Hôtel difficile à trouver et accueil un peu compliqué mais la chambre était sympa, dommage que la TV soit ancienne.

Hotel correct situé en zone commerciale difficile à trouver sans GPS , voiture indispensable Bonne adresse pour dormir et rayonner dans la region

Pour ceux qui ne veulent pas payer trop cher pour avoir un hotel avec piscine, déjeuner inclus et proche de Providence, vous êtes à la bonne place. Par contre, la piscine est trop petite et il manque toujours des serviettes. En ce qui concerne le déjeuner, pour les 4 jours, on mangeait la même chose, alors il manque de variété pour ceux qui désirent […] rester plus longtemps. Everything about this hotel is average. Front desk personnel very pleasant. Breakfast in am was just ok. The rooms are decent and the beds are ok for comfort. For the price, not worth the value

I was pleasantly surprised with this Best Western Plus. Everything was clean and well maintained. The price was right and the location is very close to Providence. The minor disappointments I had was that our shower's Shower Gel dispenser ran out on day one and the breakfast. I really expected them to check that sort of thing before anyone stayed, […] but apparently they missed it for some reason. As far as the breakfast goes, don't count on anything other than bagels and toast. The egg patties and sausages were pretty questionable. Luckily, you'll be staying within walking distance of Lemon and Oil, a really good sandwich shop. Seriously, don't miss out on it. Lisez la suite

Went for a weekend, hotel was cheap and not that far from downtown Providence. Great "Free" Breakfast and the beds were comfortable.

From the first moment we entered the lobby this hotel had the atmosphere of a rundown youth hostel that was somewhat unsuccessfully converted into a family-friendly hotel. Staff was friendly and polite, but seem to double as maintenance people. Breakfast looked like it was purchased in bulk from the Sam's Club across the street, tasted bland and had […] no nutritional value. The location was difficult to reach and there are no sidewalks around the place which makes the Chili's next door the only safe dinner alternative for those who are to tired to get back into the car after a long day of vacationing. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the room was stuffy and the air conditioner did not work very well. It was well located for our needs and fairly easy to find. The breakfast was OK but the coffee pot was unbelieveably slow. People get really cranky when they have to wait for coffee. Good clean room. Comfortable beds. Temperature control worked well. Did not use so cannot evaluate fitness room or pool. Included breakfast had a nice variety from waffles to muffins. However, being a tea and not a coffee drinker, the lack of any basic plain tea was somewhat annoying. On site manager ran a great value hotel. Good, personal service. Helpful people. Complimentary breakfast with several choices. Quiet and clean with parking available. Close to shopping and restaurants.

We stayed here on a recent trip to Brown. We had a very comfortable room and the breakfast was varied and good.

Construction noise, some loud guests with TV at 2 am other than that it was very nice. There for wedding with large family gathering. Hotel & staff was very accommodating. Lots of stores & restaurants in area. Lindt chocolate outlet also. Would stay there again to visit colleges.

My son had just finished a 2 week summer course at Brown University and we decided to remain in the area. We are from this area and sought to see family and friends. As always the staff was top shelf. The accomodations are always of very good quality and the location is unbeatable for us.

Motel, Service & Management is excellent! Only problem was we had to change rooms due to a TV problem.

I got to the hotel and went to take a shower, found dirty towels on the sink and the bath tub was clogged from previous occupant. Breakfast was so/so... The cable TV with HBO and air conditioning was a major plus, which helped with the freak heat wave that hit. The hotel staff were friendly when it came to fixing the clog the next day. clean, nicely furnished rooms, great value for the price. I would definitely go back there. But I was a little annoyed on how early the housekeeping knocked on our door on Saturday and Sunday mornings (9:45am)

Service and cleaniness was great. Pillows could use some updating (flat), pool was great along with hot tub. Breakfast had some pretty good selections.

This is one of the better hotels in this neighborhood. It is right next to TGIF, Friendly's and Buca de Beppo. The hotel staff were nice and the manager was very friendly. The hot breakfast was good. Overall, it was a nice experience and I will not mind staying there again.

I recently stayed at The Best Western Seekonk when I was on business in Providence. The location is a very convenient drive and the staff was warm and helpful. PROS: -Great breakfast with plenty of options both hot and cold -Every amenity you could ask for: fridge and microwave in room, pool, hot tub, laundry, fitness center, coffee machine available […] all day, business center with printing (convenient for boarding passes!) you get what you pay for. Quiet area and centralized location

The room & facility was very nice, clean. Though the rooms have microwaves and refrigerators there is not a single spoon, plate or bowl provided, that would be nice. I stay at this establishment on a regular basis. The workers do a good job for the most part. Often I need to be accomodated with an early check-in which is always done. I was in the area for Thanksgiving with family. It would be nice if the patrons exhibited even a small measure of common courtesy. But no, folks do not rein in their children. Out of […] four mornings we atempted breakfast only once. Limited selections and tiny room (20 persons?) and some folks feel entitled to sit and gab while others are waiting to get basics. Fortunately there are plenty of breakfast alternatives close by. Friendly's and DeLeo's Breakfast House are just two of the closest alternatives. Housekeeping failed to put out washcloths 3 out of 4 nights. I noticed this time that the bed was too soft which exacerbated my chronic, severe back and neck pain. I will give them one or two more opportunities to address the shortcomings before I look for alternate lodging. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within a couple of miles of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel. Staff was very courteous and accomodating. Newspaper delivered to room every morning. The first room we were allocated had not been made up from the last guest. They apologised and gave us a better room. However the carpet in that room had not been vacuumed and the maids first attempt at cleaning it was far from perfect. Also there was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom drain. Reasonable choice of restaurants near by.

I didn't expect the Ritz-Carlton, but for Best Western, the largest hotel chain in the world, not to have bottled water available anywhere (the vending machine was empty), to find a clogged toilet upon arrival at midnight and no set-up to order on demand movies made for more challenges than I had anticipated for me, my pregnant wife and two kids after […] a very long day of traveling from the West Coast. The staff is very polite and helpful. The breakfast they offer is excellent. I really enjoy having a laundry room for guests!!

We stayed at this hotel for 7 days based on recommendations we read on Hotels.com. We had just finished a week long cross country trip from the NW to RI and had stayed at numerous hotels along the way and we are sorry to say this was the worst hotel. Upon arrival, the front dest staff of two was surly, did not smile the entire time and one had a pack […] of cigaretts between her bra and blouse. We went to our room (303) which smelled awful, similar to wet clothes that have been left in the washing machine for a week. Our daughter who had just moved to Providence came up to our room and commented on "the awful smell". The bathtub did not drain so you were constantly in 5 inches of water while taking a shower and it took about 10 minutes for the water to drain between showers. The microwave in the room initially did not work until we discovered that it was unplugged because the electricity socket was not functioning we had to move the microwave and use a different outlet. The room did not come with any hand soap in the bathroom because there was a dispenser in the shower which you were expected to use. When we went down to the front desk they did give us 3 small bars of soap which is what we used during our entire stay, We asked if we could change hotels and were told "no" because our reservation was through hotels.com. The same four people were at the desk 24/7, my husband had to wake one up at around 11:00 pm when he went downstairs for something. Security in the hotel is non existant, twice when we came back to the hotel later at night, both doors were wide open and there was nobody at the front desk area. The dining area is fine if you like sitting at little tables in a small stuffy room. . I do have one good thing to say about the Best Western in Seekonk, the beds were comfortable. I do highly recommend the Hampton Inns in Maumee, OH and Syracuse NY, the Quality Inn in Cedar Rapids, SD and the Comfort Suites in Missoula, MT. This is at least my 4th stay at this property. I choose it for its location. It is close to all I need and desire in the area. Shopping possibilities abound within a half mile. Movie theaters are found in 2 separate places in a 2 mile radius. Restaurants are plentiful including chain eateries (TGI Fridays, Bugaboo Creek, 99 Restaurant and Pub) and local […] faves like the Country Inn (Warren RI) and The Red Bridge Tavern in nearby E. Providence, RI. Also fine Portuguese restaurants like Estrela Do Mar, The Riviera, et al. Unfortunately I was put in a room by the elevator on the 3rd floor. I thought it would not be a major issue as my hours are contrary to the average guest. I was wrong. People have less and less common courtesy it seems. Parents try to minimize their exposure to their young ones and let them run the hallways early in the morning. 0600 runs to the ice machine (on far side of elevator) without regard for other guests were too common. There is an ice machine on the first floor away from sleeping guests but that would require obviously foreign thought, consideration. The latest pasttime in Seekonk is for Best Western guests to sit outside in front of the entrance and drink beer. Starting to look more like the Hillbilly Hilton than a reputable hotel. One front desk employee seems to be more concerned with her nicotine habit than providing service to the guests who pay her salary. The free breakfast we only tried 1/3 of our stay. The hote was nice and clean. The staff was pleasant. The continental breakfast was also very good.

hotel was nice, and clean, but the indoor pool was very cold, expected a little warmer water, but that was my fault, i should have asked if it was heated or not.
