Un hôtel bien placé géographiquement, tout près d'une interstate sans que l'on entende le bruit des voitures, près du centre de Norman et d'endroits sympas où l'on peut manger. La piscine intérieure ajoute à l'impression globale très positive.

je recommande cet hôtel, confortable, propre, bonne qualité de literie avec en plus la piscine qui est très agréable en période de grosses chaleurs et très bien entretenue.

Un des meilleurs rapport qualité/prix entre les chaînes d'hôtels que nous fréquentons actuellement. Salle pour le petit déjeuner toujours trop étroite, comme dans les 3/4 des chaînes. Pas encore déçu par cette chaîne que nous recherchons en premier quand nous voulons une chambre.

Hotel bien tenu. Calme. Accueil sympathique. Grandes chambres. Un inconvénient toutefois : les fenêtres ne s'ouvrent pas. Petit déjeuner correct sans plus (pas de yaourt par exemple).

Everytime I stay there it is a great experience. The staff is always helpfull and curtious. I do not have any complaints about this hotel. A+
"Room smelled great!"
I spent 2 days here since it was close to where my daughter was staying. It was very clean, quiet and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast hours are different on the weekends than during the week so I missed breakfast on Monday. I don't know what cleaning products they use but the rooms smell so good!
"Room was not clean"
The hotel is in good condition and our room was pretty nice, much like the pictures shown online however it was NOT clean. There were many 'hairs' in the bathroom as well as mold around the tub.. yuk! Also the shower pressure was almost non existent... overall a disappointing stay.
"Short drive to the airport"
Aside from being a little difficult to access from I-240, it is convenient to the airport. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again, and recommend it.

Reservation was lost. When it was found they told me that I was suppose to check in on a different date. The date I made the reservation. After I showed them my print out of the reservation they still didn't have a clue. The hotel staff was rude through out my stay. The breakfast was horrible. For the cost of this hotel, I expect the rooms to be clean and comfortable. Not much better than I would expect from a 1 star except for the breakfast.

Pictures don't help when booking at this hotel. The hotel was nice and updated, however one of the reasons why we booked here was because it had a pool. I could tell that the pool was small from the pictures, but I couldn't tell that it wouldn't be heated. It was freezing cold and they didn't keep the pool area stocked with towels. They even had a sign […] on the wall stating the pool temp was within regulation of laws. Not to mention your eyes burned while you were in there because of chlorine/salt mixture that they used. "Best Western in OKC, OK"
This was a nice facility. The rooms were clean. The staff was very kind. I liked that you couldn't hear what was going on in the next room. We have 6 kids and when we get away for a weekend the last thing a couple wants to hear is the people in the next room.

The people there were friendly, the place was very clean, the free breakfast was typical but still good. The room was clean and was cleaned everyday we were there. You couldn't complain about anything in the hotel ...apart from maybe the breakfast which was fairly synthetic...but the rooms were clean and big and the staff friendly. It didn't do enough to make me recommend it but it certainly was acceptable for the price

My husband, 4 month old son and I stayed here over Thanksgiving (our second time staying at this hotel) and we were not disappointed. The hotel is quiet, very clean and updated, the beds are comfortable and the rooms are a good size. We got a Standard King room at the internet rate which was less than eighty dollars with taxes and fees. The neighborhood […] is good with lots of places to eat nearby and shopping. The staff is freindly and quick. They have a pretty great breakfast each day that is included in the price. You just can't beat this hotel. It's our go-to place when we visit family in the area. My only complaint, if you can call it that, is that the AC/Heater is a little loud while it's running, but it worked like white noise for me and helped me sleep through my baby's little noises he makes while he's asleep. This is a great hotel for business or leisure travel. Very convenient location to all major highways. Close to the airport. Great staff gives excellent customer service. Breakfast is great. I stay here every time I visit OKC.

"Great stay, great price"
We needed a hotel quickly at OKC, looked online and found this one. Don't let the name Best Western make you think this is a cheap, rundown hotel. NOT. Great new place, very comfortable and very affordable. Will DEFINITELY stay again when in OKC>
Stayed there when we attended a KState football game. Great place to stay...nice, clean room and community area. Nice staff and very helpful. We will stay there again!

Excellent newly renovated large rooms with mini-fridge and microwave. Very comfortable beds, pillows could use upgrading - but overall - good deal. Convenient - right off of 35.
"BW Barsana OKC"
Everything about this motel makes it more than a 2 1/2 star. Bed was comfortable, food was good. The only issue was the chair. Someone had dumped candy under the cushion on the chair and the cleaning crew missed it. M&M's were smashed under the cushion but this could be easily missed when cleaning.
Clean, rooms, comfortable beds.Stayed several nights. Staff was courteous & promptly answered any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

"Location"
This motel is located not to far from the airport, but just alittle out of the way,the rooms were clean, the service has alittle to be desired as far as leaving more towels than just one,, leaving coffee, etc.,, the pool was cold not a hot tub,,over all I would stay again,, the people were very friendly. I would recommend this motel.
My only complait is that there were a couple of bugs running around on the bathroom floor in the morning.
