Cet établissement n'est effectivement pas un hôtel mais une guest house. C'est ce qui en fait le charme : l'accueil par les propriétaires est chaleureux, la décoration cosy et le chat adorable ! Brighton House est très bien situé, face à la mer, et à proximité de nombreux restaurants. La chambre était spacieuse et bien aménagée. Idem pour la salle […] de bain. Nous n'avons pas du tout été gênés par d'éventuelles nuisances sonores. Le petit-déjeuner était d'excellente qualité, les propriétaires étant soucieux de proposer des produits locaux et/ou bio. W-e de 3 jours à 2 avec la 2eme nuit à Brighton. petite marche de la gare pour arriver à l'hotel pas loin du bord de mer : hotel tres bien placé. Accueil agréable, proposition de centres d'intérets sur une carte de la ville offerte. L'environnement alentour est tres calme. Chambre on se sent comme invité chez des amis à la campagne, taille correcte, […] tres propres, lit et oreiller nickel. La chambre 38 est situé au 2eme étage avec escalier. Les problemes : bruits des gens qui passent aux étages supérieurs. bruits de la chambre au dessus, lumieres du couloir qui passe sous la porte de la chambre. Les gestionnaires du guesthouse mettent dans la palquette beaucoup de principe ecocitoyen (mouchoir bio, contrat d'electricité avec nrj renouvelable..) mais le chauffage était à fond dans la chambre avec la fenetre pas isolé entre ouverte ! dommage. Petit dejeuner bio inclus tres bon et complet (saumon exceptionnel pour ceux qui aiment le salé). Pas de pieces pour garder les bagages, ils restent dans la salle commune. jusqu'au départ. Un endroit vraiment tres agreable, extremement confortable, tout etait tres bien et la qualite du service (petites attentions, etc.) etait vraiment remarquable. Le petit dejeuner est d'une tres grande qualite!!!

Small rooms, and a few stairs to climb, but staff could not be nicer, and I've never had a better breakfast in my life!

a lovley hotel ,but we were in room 42 and as we are tripping along in terms of age, it was one stairs to many. we were knackered when we got to42 ,not age .but room.and to cap it off ,there was an urn on the mantlepiece, ?i was ready to go into it..we could have done with a few chairs ,in stead of stools , apart from all this .we would stay again, […] if we were near ground level. We recently had a wonderful visit to Brighton Beach and a lovely stay at the Brighton House. The staff are very friendly and helpful in providing information about local attractions and places to visit. The hotel is lovely and the room was very attractive and clean. The breakfast was well presented and the dining space, although small, is a pleasant […] room to sit and enjoy coffee and a light breakfast meal. The hotel is located in an area where within a short walk you can visit many shops and restaurants, and is within site of the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and if we are fortunate enough to visit again we will certainly stay at Brighton House once again. PS...there are no elevators, but the stairs climb is not difficult. Enjoyed & appreciated the enthusiasm of the predominantly young staff. Breakfasts offer a great spread and everything was clean & comfortable. Hotel's - or super-B&B to be more accurate - location is excellent for the seafront, Churchill Sq shopping and The Lanes. Only drawback for the less athletic are 'those stairs'.... we had 55 to climb, and there […] were rooms above ours. Local parking was expensive by our standards too, as we were there for a week. I booked this hotel on the internet for a special night away with my partner. It is a delightful place in a quiet square near the seafront. On our arrival we were immediately made very welcome. The check in process was quick and easy. Our room, although it was on the top floor, was spacious and clean. The bed was very large and very comfortable. Full […] central heating so the room was warm and cosy. There was a tray with tea and coffee and a large bowl of fruit, all complimentary. The en-suite facility was well laid out with toilet, basin and shower. The keys included a room key and a main door key. We went out for the evening and on our return there was freshly baked cake on the hall table, a lovely touch. The buffet breakfast was extremely generous and well laid out and catered for all tastes. This was a very welcoming hotel. The only draw back for us was being on the third floor with significant luggage and no lift and possibly the size of the shower. However, these are to be expected in an older, converted property. It is a little out of town but still within walking distance and with many restaurants near by.

We stayed there for 3 nights and the location was perfect for us to walk down to the Lanes etc. Hotel staff were very friendly, the rooms were very clean and the breakfast was excellent! Thanks! We will be back again!

This was a well run very nice B&B but did not have the facilities of a 4 star hotel such as a phone and elevator.

When my daughter suddenly came to stay with me, they kindly change my room from single to double. The double room is very comfortable and clean and has a big bathtub. Breakfast is healthy and good, and the cake (free) was very delicious. Good wi-hi internet access. I can easily walk to the Brighton station. Small hotel very close to the pier and surrounding restaurants and palace. Easy walking and convient parking lot just across the street. No elevator with narrow stairs leading up to the forth floor was quit a workout but otherwise it was good. The breakfast was very nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

the room was small near the top of the house with a small window but comfortable enough with small flat screen tv with 4 free to air channels and wi fi. the radiator was just about big enough for a wet english summer day but i wonder if it would warm be enough in winter. the bathroom had a nice shower and was new. the breakfast was pleasant in a well […] lit reception room with a good selection of newspapers. good for a short stay. To be helpful could I suggest that residents on the top floor might be attached to hydrogen balloons to mitigate the effects of the climb. No complaints however since a nice gentleman carried our two bags up for us.

I wouldn't describe the property as a hotel, rather tahn a good standard B&B. As there is no bar or restaurant etc. The accomodation is clean with the breakfast being continental. There is no parking at the property but there is a car park immediately in front of the property although parking can be quite expensive.

Love the guesthouse. Would recommend to everyone. convenient to centre and seafront, great service, staff are helpful.

We spent a fantastic weekend in the Brighton House hotel. The staff are lovely, the hotel is clean and the extra touches (fruit in the room and in the hallway) made the stay very special. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone, and hope to return one day.

Wow! What a lovely hotel, excellent service, friendly without ever being overpowering. Gave us lots of helpful advice on where to go and what to see. Beautifully furnished and presented room, very very comfy bed! It was a struggle to get out of it in the morning. Very clean and lots of nice touches like a fruit bowl in the room and home made cake in […] the foyer every night. Breakfast was perfect, not the usual full english but if we're honest it was much better, didn't leave you feeling bloated but we were definitely full! Brighton House is a warm, inviting and cosy B&B in the heart of Brighton. All of those managing the property are welcoming and friendly. The surrounding areas provide interesting and fabulous walking environments.

This really was not a hotel. It was more of a boarding house or Bed and Breakfast. Room was nice and clean but there was no chairs to sit on. Floor in my room had stained carpeting and the floor boards were uneven, making the floor slope from side of the room to the other. Wonderful friendly staff, lovelly room, magnificent breakfast spread in the morning, and a perfect location on Regency Square. Great value, and just fantastic - I will certainly go back . Be aware of the following: firstly, there is no elevator, so rooms on the upper floors are quite a climb (particularly with any luggage); and secondly, the nearest […] parking (Regency Square public car park), whilst conveniently located, is absurdly busy and over-crowded on sunny weekends. We found the room to be very clean and the beds comfortable (the pillows not so much so). The shower was very efficient and both hand and shower wash were provided but they were hard to squeeze for older hands. The breakfast made my daughter decide to be late to work in order to take full advantage of the wide range of fresh fruit, organic cheeses […] and other (to many to name) goodies. Very conveniently located, this a super spot to stay and they have a great attitude to being 'green' - the only place we've stayed with a recycling bin in the bedroom! Warmly recommended.

Regency Square is a great location for Brighton House. The hotel was good, nice room, service was fine. No complaints.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, we were made very welcome, big lovely comfy bed, room was 6 flights of stairs which didn't bother us but if you were elderly it could be a problem ! Breakfast was great everything you could wish for and was served between 7.30-10am so you didn't have to be up too early, also hotels in great position.

El hotel esta muy bien situado cerca de todo lo mas importante de Brighton y de la playa a un paso. lo único malo que tiene el hotel es que no tiene ascensor y para las personas mayores es un poco incomodo, sobre todo si te toca la habitación 46 o 47, que son las ultimas. por lo demás yo diría que genial.

Varm och skön inredning, otroligt serviceminded personal, hjälpte till med vägbeskrivningar, tips, taxibokningar mm. Bra kontinental frukost, de frågade om man ville ha nygjort kaffe eller thé, rostat bröd, varmt färskt både vitt och grovt bröd. Likte dette hotellet selv om rommet jeg fikk ikke var stort større enn at jeg kunne snu meg der inne.:-) Masse tepper, litt skjeve gulv og smale trapper. Akkurat slik det skal være på et "ekte" engelsk hotell. Var stille og rolig på den plassen hvor hotellet ligger, samtidig som det er nært sentrum. Trevligt rum, perfekt läge på hotellet, centralt men ändå avskilt, fantastiskt god frukost, trevlig matsal, positiv och trevlig personal. Enda smolken i bägaren denna gång var att jag debiterades kostnad för rummen två gånger pga att hotellinnehavaren hade missförstått hotellsajtens nya bokningssystem. For just 1 night, a short visit and first time in Brighton, I found the hotel just what I needed. The small things one prefers, handheld shower, no carpets, a bit bigger room really didnt matter because everything else was just perfect. Even the cat, Mr. ? waiting at the front door promised a comfortable experience. I grabbed a piece of homemade cake […] on the way up to my room. 10月中旬に４泊しました。 まず、暖房は0時〜7時の間、切れます。ですので、それまでに寝ている必要が…結構、布団に入っていないと寒かったです。 あと、部屋の音は筒抜け、階段（５階までありますが、エレベーターはありません）のステップ音も気にしていないといけません。一泊目の後、下の階の宿泊者より苦情を言われてしまいました。普通に過ごしていただけなのですが…。 つまり、0時には寝て、7時以降に起きる方、そして足腰に自信のある方には最適なホテルだと思います。その２点以外は素晴らしいホテルです。床は傾いていましたが、さほど気にはなりませんでした。 朝食はオーガニックのものが出ますし、猫のMr.Wattsもお出迎えしてくれます。スタッフはみなフレンドリーですし、苦情を言われた以外は楽しい滞在でし […] た。 中心街までも近く、またレストラン街はすぐそば。海まで徒歩１分というロケーションもよかったです。 駅やコーチステーションからは15分くらいでしょうか。タクシーの方が楽だと思います。£５あれば着きます。 Lisez la suite

ブライトン駅からは少し歩きますが、海岸にも近い割に、道路から少し入ったところにあるので静かです。道を１つ隔てた通りにはアジア料理が並んでいて一人旅の食事も便利。 外見は古い建物ですが、内装は上手に改装してあり、ホストの猫付き、無線LAN回線無料で大変快適でした。

Brighton House hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Würden wieder gehen.
