The room was clean.Needed addtional towels - only two. No fan in bathroom. Limited cable / staellite. Dissappointed with their breakfast selection of items. NO bannanas. - How can one have breakfast with NO bannanas ? NO peanut butter - NO hard boiled eggs. Limited cereal selection. Very poor ! Go Out to the grocery or restaurant !

If you are looking for an economical place to stay and you don't need upscale room or hotels comforts and amenities then this is a good place. The wireless internet had problems.

If you're constantly out and about, then this place is the spot for you. The room is clean and simple. Room service could use some work since I had to come down in the middle of the night myself to get bath towels. No elevators, so it may be a problem for heavy luggage or disabled people. unbelieveable that you could not close the curtains in room G01 they were cut and scotch taped and stapled open leaving only the shear curtain that did not close all the way. any one walking by could see right in all night! Very hard bed bathroom smelled very bad the floor felt really gross

This is more of a motel than hotel. If you are the type that wants to bug the front desk, you may want to pay more and stay at a more expensive hotel. This is the closet place you can stay to Folsom Stadium, particularly helpful for winter football night games. Parking is just $15 for guests on gameday should they want to join you for tailgaiting. There […] is a Sprouts health food market a 1/4 mile away next to a very good microbrew pub-grub place that's been around forever. I was there during a college game, and the parking lot looked like a tailgate party with strange people and beer cans everywhere. I worried for my safety and couldnt even find a parking spot. My call to the front desk was met with "I will let the manager know".

Very reasonably priced, particularly for a Colorado Buffaloes football weekend. Located across the street from the eastern edge of the campus. Free, above-average breakfast for an economy motel. Internet didn't work in my room all weekend (worked fine in dining area by office). Electronic room keys stopped working two of my three days, had to get fixed […] at office. It is right across the street from the campus which was perfect. We did have to pay to park because check in time was 3:00PM and we got there early for the football game. One of our non-smoking rooms smelled like smoke and the front desk was very accomodating and offered us the biggest suite to compensate. The front desk was very nice. Great, straight forward, nothing fancy hotel at the right price and close to everything in Boulder!!

This is not a posh hotel but the room was clean and large (two full rooms) and very reasonably priced. The location is good for walking to the UC campus. It is not as convenient if you want to walk out of your hotel and do some shopping. I understand that they have units with kitchens so that you can do some long term staying as well. The continental […] breakfast was skimpy but adequate ( cereal, bread items coffee/tea and juice). I would definitely stay here again and did. My daughter and I stayed for a few days. The hotel was excellent for the price, well located. The beds were comfortable, parking convenient and the staff friendly ahd helpful. I was very pleased with our stay and would definately stay there again.

If you’re looking for no frills, this is it. The hotel staff was helpful and nice. The continental breakfast was enough. They even accommodated me doing my airline check-in online, accepted my email and printed my boarding pass. My issues involved not feeling the bed covering were clean and wireless internet was not working in my section of the building. […] The staff assured me that it was. CU is within walking distance. Not the fanciest place. Pool is small with leaves in it but no trash. My room was roomy enough the a small cramped bathroom. Carpet is old. The door lock was tricky and I kept de-magnetizing the card. Breakfast was cereal, toast, store bought pastry and pre-made french toast. There was fruit of oranges, apple and grapefruit […] halves. It is not worth the price. We should have paid an extra $20 dollars for another motel.

I arrived early and inquired about an early check-in. The front desk clerk went to check for me if any of the rooms were available. He even accomodated my first floor request. The hotel staff is excellent. The room was clean and adequate. There are no extras with this hotel, but it is in a central location, close to everything. Staff was very polite and called after we settled in to see if all was OK. It was. The room was quite comfortable with all theamenities in working order. This is a very good price for a stay in Boulder. I would use this motel again in the future.

Location is the best. Went for Shakespeare Festival and it was ideal, but the breakfast area is not very clean, nor are the products served up to par. The water fountain in the office/bkfast area is corroded and green, as was the sink in the bedroom. With just a little cosmetic help, and a few touchups it would make a huge difference. This hotel was about what you expect for the money. Older property. Convenient location. We misunderstood how long breakfast was offered and missed it because it ended at 9 a.m.

No frills hotel in a great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit old but clean. Recommend this hotel if you are not planning on spending a lot of time in the room. The price is right as well as location

The room smelled stale and musty, and the hotel was very run down. It looked much nicer in the pictures. The breakfast was decent. The wireless DID NOT WORK. I kept calling the front desk and they kept saying they would reset the router. They finally said they would need to install software on my computer to get it to work, NO WAY was I going to let […] them mess around with my computer. We knew this was not a deluxe hotel but found it to be comfortable and adequate. Couldn't get the wifi to work in our room (we were in an end unit) but it worked well in the lobby/breakfast area.

One night during my stay, I endured a excruciatingly painful experience when a man continued to scream obsenities at the top of his lungs from 3:00 am to 6:00am. He was so loud that I am sure he woke up the whole building. The hotel staff refused to address the uncontrolled rant, even though I called many times for assisstance. The next morning everyone […] was fleeing the premises. I believe this man is a regular customer. Not one hotel staff member would pay attention to my concerns, even during check out. I was put into room 212 in Boulder, Co.and it was terrible...bed was old as was mattress, furniture from the 70's, t.v did not work, bathroom very old and cramped in general it may have been a room for an employee as it did have a 70's stove in it Not at all as advertised

The people were helpful and professional and the room was comfortable. This motel clearly has had some hard use and could really use some sprucing up...if just some paint. Otherwise I would recommend this place as a relatively inexpensive place to stay in Boulder.

ABV got me in the door with their low rates, despite the few negative reviews. All I needed was a clean place to stay while attending a conference for a few days, and ABV delivered. take this hotel off your list; it was not in good repair...i would never stay there again at any price

No extras, but cheap. Made it possible for us to get to many Boulder activities without much hassle. Mattress not very comfortable. Towels very small. But definitely worth the cheap price.

Some buddies and I stayed here for three days while working on large electronics in the room. Sure, we made a mess (and cleaned it up), but the staff was very accommodating to our needs, and even offered to provide extra chairs for us. You can't beat the room for the price! The location is great! CU is right across the street, markets and food are […] a 10 minute walk to the North, and the Dark Horse tavern is a 10 minute walk south. This hotel is not an upgraded, modern, high quality establishment... which is reflected in the room rate. It does provide an excellent location at the best price in Boulder, as well as a bed, shower, TV and free wireless. If you are just looking for a place to crash then this is your best bet. This hotel was not the best but it's good for a one night stay, i wouldn't recommend it to anyone who would be staying there on vacation. The room was comfortable, aside from a really small bathroom, and in the night it got quite cold in our room.. The service was good though.

You get what you pay for. The sheets are scratchy, the room has a dirty feel to it, and whole place just feels slightly run-down. If you're looking to spend bottom dollar, you can probably get by here. But I'd rather pay an extra $20 a night to have a chance at better conditions.
