Des chantiers autour de l'hotels, des avenues bruyantes par la circulation, et la musique le soir, pas d'isolation phonique correcte, bref c'est moderne et très bien sauf le bruit.

J'ai trouvé un cafard sur mon lit et le landemain un autre en train de grignoter mon paquet de chips, j'ai trouvé ca dégeulasse.sans oublier le ménage fait à la va vite, oublis de papier par terre, serviettes de toilettes et débarassage du balcon.hotel éloigné des endroits populaires.

Très bon séjour avec une disponibilité incroyable des employées de plus nous avons eu droit a un petit gâteau d anniversaire au bord de la piscine pour les 22 ans de mon fils je garde un très bon souvenir de cet hôtel . Merci encore a toute l équipe .......

La chambre est propre et le service était présent. Belle piscine à disposition et si besoin restaurant et bar dans l hôtel. Le mercure est proche de la plage et du centre commercial tout en évitant ainsi le côté bruyant du côté animé (restaurants et bars).

Excellente prestation de services. Chambres calmes et bien isolées, propres, spacieuses, piscine trés accueillante. Le personnel est trés sympa. De vraies vacances mais demander chambres poolsize Supérieures ou deluxe. J'y retournerai volontier.

L'hotel est très bien situé, en plein coeur de la rue la plus animé ce qui nous permettais le soir de se promener à pied pour le shopping et proche des restaurants. Il possède une grande piscine agréable et une petite sur le toit, les chambre sont propres et sympas et le personnel aussi.

The hotel was great. Breakfast was kind of expensive and they had flavorless bacon. Flavorless bacon! I didn't know that was possible. For dinner, walk to Break Point and you will not be dissapointed. Great food for a great price. I would say, pay extra for a room on the pool side as it is quiter than the outside ring of rooms. The view of the pool […] is better than the view of the city anyway. I did not care for Patong and would not stay in Patong again, constantly being harrassed for a suit, tuk tuk, or a massage, but that has nothing to do with the hotel. If you go on one tour here, go on a sea cave kayak tour. Take a more expensive tour as they limit the group size. Skip Phi Phi if you are here in the high season, the crowds are sickening. Toilet has terrible odor even after they try to clean it; only sprayed air freshener but never actually clean the toilet and its surrounding. Only provided two towels. Door knob/handle installed upside down. Water pressure is weak; shower drain clogged and causes flood. Bed sheets were stained when first checked in to the room.

This was the nicest hotel I stayed at in Thailand, and easily one of the least expensive as well. The hotel is in the south Patong area, a block or two from the beach, and a short, inexpensive taxi or tuk tuk ride from the nightlife area. (The nightlife area itself is quite noisy and a bit of a scene, so I think you're better off being a short taxi […] ride away.) The room are very clean and well-appointed. The staff is friendly. And the pool is nice and relaxing. My only complaint is that, like other reviewers, I found the shower to be quite cold. I used the shower head in the separate bathtub, which was fine. Overall, I recommend this hotel highly. I ended up extending my stay in Phuket for a few more nights, and I tried a different hotel further north (the Album Hotel) -- but it was difficult to get to sleep there because there's so much street noise. It's a good idea to be a little bit outside the main area. I ended up moving back to the Mercure, and I definitely would stay here again on a return visit. Lisez la suite

reasonable for the price I paid and location is good, staff are helpful, Thai people on average are very friendly anyway, will definitely stay there again, Patong is not a nice area, but for a short stay is ok

We stayed in a pool view room. Room was spacious and comfortable, although we did notice a musty paint smell when we checked in. It soon went away and didn't bother us after our first night. A very good place to be. Service is great. Staff speasks English well is very helpful. We managed to get all useful information about places to visit and best beaches nearby from the staff at the reception. The only annoying thing there is that WIFI is free only at the lobby.

Very nice hotel, beautiful pool. Staff was friendly. I liked the fact we were right at the end of everything, not right in the middle of busy patong, but still close enough to walk to eat, shop, & beach. I think I would try another hotel next time just to see what thats like, but definitely recommend to others.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Patong beach. There was a great pool in the center of the hotel.
