Good address close to Times Square. The room was clean. However, the room is too small. La rue dans lequel il se trouve n'est pas des plus propres, mais il est tres bien situé , très bon accueil avec un personnel très à l'écoute. Pour 4 personnes les chambres restent très petites et les lits doubles sont loin d'être des king size

Les hotels sont chers sur NYC, celui-ci affiche un rapport qualité/prix tout à fait honête. Idéalement placé à 200 mètres de Time Square et à côté de stations de métro, l'idéal qd on cherche un hôtel pour passer la nuit tout en sachant qu'on quitte tôt le matin et revient en général tard le soir....

A 5 mm de Times Square, proche gare Port Authority, chambre au 18 ème pratiquement pas de bruit de la rue, les lits étaient confortables, les sanitaires propres. Rapport qualité/prix très convenable. Personnel très professionnel WIFI gratuit c'est un plus à l'étranger.

Par contre très bien situé, près de times square et du métro. Le petit déj est compris (correct) mais il manque de place pour s'assoir. Malgré tout OK pour les familles et un bon rapport qualité prix.

Il est très agréable de trouver à son arrivée à New York un hôtel propre, récent, climatisé, avec un accueil courtois et petit déjeuner inclus (bien que ce ne soit pas précisé sur les sites). Très bien situé, au centre de la ville. Parking en face de l'hotel (payant). Les chambres sont petites et la salle du déjeuner plus petite qu'une chambre (prendre un plateau pour faire son room service). Mais j'y retournerais volontiers. Prix abordable.

L'Hôtel est à quelques pas de Times Square, Broadway. Il est vraiment bien situé et prêt de tous, métros, restaurants, boutiques, service d'autobus, etc. Juste en face se trouve un stationnement, à part de l'hôtel, très pratique, mais prévoir pour deux jours environ 100 $. Nous n'avons pas eu de vol dans l'auto, pas de vol dans la chambre. Les lits […] sont vraiment confortable, les oreillers... Au bas se trouve la petite cuisinette ou il serve le petit déjeuner continental, il y a des céréales, des muffins, des croissants, des bagels, des omelettes, des saussisses, des confitures, du philadelphia, du jus, du lait, du café, etc. Vraiment très bon, pas beaucoup de place, mais tu montes le tout à la chambre et c'est presque parfait! Si tu arrives avant l'heure, ils prennent les bagages et les mettent dans une chambre et c'est très bien identifié donc pas de trouble pour perdre les bagages. Même chose pour lorsque tu quittes et que tu veux encore visiter, ils mettent les bagages dans une chambre et le tour est joué! Tu peux profiter de ta dernière journée. I will definitely return, the staff is very profesional and friendly,the rooms are clean, my experience was very good. I don't have any complaint. I recomend this hotel for a good vacations in NY.

It was fine for one night but no chair for the desk (no room for it) and a lack of available electric outlets make it unfriendly for business travelers. Room and bath were clean, bed was comfortable.

There is no security at the front door. Anyone could walk right in and get on the elevator without being challenged in any way.

Sleeping rooms fine and clean, and as expected small. Free breakfast was nice too (though room way too small) staff friendly and helpful. Wonderful midtown - theater-times square - location and for the price excellent. No on site services but none needed in midtown!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very clean. The service we received from the staff was exemplary. The only problem we had was the pillows were tiny, and therefore did not provide a very comfortable nights sleep. We did not ask for more, but I'm sure they would have been happy to oblige us had we done so. They allowed us to store our luggage […] there before check in and after checking out. This is without exception the worst hotel I have ever seen. The ceiling in the shower was rotting and chunks were falling in the shower. The sheets did not fit the bed, there were burn holes in the lampsdhade, and it was filthy. There is also a "ladies only" club located right next door! Avoid at all costs!

Great location for a quick stay, very clean room and courteous/helpful staff, terrible water pressure in the shower and the breakfast is room is very tiny.

Every single staff member I talked to was very kind and polite. I know I must have bothered them asking for an early check in several times but they were always to nice about it. Rooms were small but clean and comfortable. Nice and modern looking. Location was right next to to everything in Times Square. Definitely recommend it.

We booked a room at the Comfort Inn because it was one of very few hotels that offered two beds in the same room. Our experience at the hotel has been very disappointing. The hotel did not have our room available and only had a room available with one bed, despite the fact that we were charged extra for choosing a room with two beds. The receptionist […] refused to let me talk to her manager over this and told me that I should have called the hotel ahead of time to confirm that the specific room had been available. Our room was extremely noisy. The heating was really loud, and we could not sleep at night with the fan on. And it was freezing cold when we turned it off. Moreover, there is a night club right next to the hotel that got pretty loud. And finally, our room was next to the dining area, and we were awoken at 6 am by noise from other guests and staff. While our room had two telephones, a TV and a coffee-maker, it didn't have a closet or any other place to hang our clothes! First impression walking into the lobby was "this is it?". The lobby was one small room with two elevators and two guest rooms right off the lobby. Each floor only had four rooms. Our room was very small. TV didn't work. No chair for the desk. However, beds were pretty comfortable. Tiny area for breakfast buffet -- only three tables for guests to sit […] at. All staff friendly & helpful. Hostess coordinating breakfast did a great job. Hotel could use remodeling. The street it is located on does not have much interesting activity, but it is close to Time Square

The original request was for a king size bed which wasn't available at check in but room was very clean and comfortable so was the restroom. Space is ok the bed was comfortable and staff was very friendly at check in and check out. I would defenetly recommend the place for the price and location which has many venues in walking distance.

This hotel was nice and was exactly what I needed for my overnight stay in NYC. A little on the small side, but for what I used it for, it was perfect. Not horribly expensive considering the location. Conveniently close to Times Square and Empire State Building.

I came to NYC to see a show and see the WKC dog show. This location was great for both and just a short walk from Penn Station. Staff was polite and helpful and room comfortable. I will stay again.

Hotel was very clean & nice. Staff was VERY friendly & helpful. They stored our bags after we arrived early for check in, and after check out the following day. I would def go back to this hotel again. Enjoyed our 1st NYC trip and the comfortable quarters provided at Comfort Inn. The staff were very friendly and helpful the room was small if you are large or have more than three people, it would be very tight but the it was exceptionally clean and cozy! We enjoyed the nice breakfast, always a plus at the Comfort Inn with both cold and hot foods. The […] breakfast attendant was very helpful and friendly. Made sure everyone was good and full and we came 1/2 hour before breakfast ended! Convenient to subways, Times Square, great restaurants. Had a small issue with the TV reception, but who goes to NY to watch TV. Not the hotels fault, the providers issue. Great front desk staff! Will definitely be back!

This hotel is extremely well located and the service level of the staff is outstanding, my wife loved it just this (and it was the only part she liked). Unfortunately the rooms are extremely small, outdated and the amenities are practically none existent. I give it a 4 on the surrounding neighborhood because it has a male strip bar next door to the […] entrance, but after that (and if you don't mind it) everything else if close within a 2 block radius. In regards to the breakfast, they should consider serving something else besides eggs and sausages for the hot part of the breakfast, and be advice that you need to be down on floor 1 before 8:00am or you end up eating standing up since they are only 3 tables that sit 10 total! But all together I had a nice experience, but would not stay there again unless I'm traveling alone and I would not dare recommend this hotel to my friends or co-workers. Lisez la suite

Positives: Room was quient and clean. Breakfast was good. Negatives: They did not have the room I asked for because of plumbing problems. So, instead of a King size bed, I had to accept a room with two twin beds. Also, the room was very small. Note: The location is convenient to everything, including Times Sq. Do you remember that episode of Seinfield where Jerry makes a reservation for a mid size car and when he goes to Car Rental place they say they only have a ford escort. Yeah that is what this hotel is like. They know how to make a reservation but don't know how to keep the reservation. Now there that is the trick to a reservation keeping that King size […] bed that I requested open cause there is two people sleeping on the bed and want to not fall off. This hotel was great either through me and my fiancee only stay for one night we enjoy our self because the hotel was area time square and shopping places too. I can't wait to come back to new york because this will be the first hotel we will stay at.
