hotel tres bien situe, mais chambre petite ,climatisation super bruyante et refrigerateur egalemment tres bruyant , dommage ! Par contre un personnel super attentif.

We were celebrating our 2nd anniversary, but the staff treated us like we were celebrating a 20th. Everyone we encountered was friendly, courteous and efficient. Very beautiful hotel and we especially enjoyed that once you exit the elevator, that here are only two rooms and no hallway which meant that there was no noise at all. The bathrooms are gorgeous and I enjoyed the water views from the bathroom as well as the bedroom. The baclonies are small but furnished and is relaxing. This hotel is far from South […] Beach, so if you are looking to party, be prepared to drive or pay lots of cab fare. We did love eating at The Palm and enjoyed shopping at the Bal Harbour Shops. The hotel restaurant was expensive and we were not impressed with the food for breakfast. This is definetly a nice place for a laid back vacation.
