Willows Motel Williamstown - Williamstown

Petit hotel sympathique le long de la route vers Williamstown (Massachussets). Bonne étape, ou pour photographier les célèbres Fall Foliage (chute colorée des feuilles en automne). Vermont à proximité. A noter: les routes dans la région sont pas toujours très propres, rajouter du temps de route au temps théorique.

I loved this place, it is very clean. I didn't need anything from room service or what so ever, so i don't know how good they are. But in terms anything else, this so good for the money you pay. Very good value. I highly recommend it.

Nice large room with separate sitting area, would totally stay again.

We'v stayed in several motels in Williamstown AREA - THIS IS THE BEST.

Actually a little better than we expected. We were able to save the cost of dinner with this motel and it is very conveniently located for what we wanted, Clark Museum and Mass MOCA. Very nice greeting at the desk.

We stayed two nights at the Willows motel and were happy with our stay. The motel is dated but comfortable and it's main road position that wasn't a problem. The people that run the Willows were lovely and supplied a nice continental breakfast. The only thing we had a problem with was the low water pressure in the shower. Nothing to write home about. Room was small with a double bed, but there was a fridge, microwave, and coffee machine (no decaf available). Breakfast had good choices of cereals, baked goods, and spreads.

The room was small but very clean. It had cable tv, an alarm clock, a small fridge and microwave as well as a coffee maker.There were free snacks and bottled water in the room. Telephone is free for local calls and long distance within the United States. The staff was extremely helpful. I have special needs and they met each one cheerfully. Continental […] breakfast is offered from 7A.M. to 10 A.M. every morning. It includes coffee, milk, juice, fresh fruit, bagels, muffins, yogurt, cereal, donuts and cookies.There is something there for everyone. It seems to be a small property that is well maintained. Outside had places to relax. I was there on a rainy weekend and so did not inquire about the extent of available on grounds activities. The Willows is located very close to Williams College and the Clark Art Institute. It is about four miles from MassMOCA in North Adams.It is a perfect spot for budget minded people who do not require all of the extra ammenities of a larger property. Lisez la suite

The hotel is quite old. That being said, the accommodations were very comfortable, beds especially. Very clean and served our purpose well for a reasonable amount for a very pricey area. Owners a lovely young couple who did everything to please.

I'm very satisfied with the reception and services received on Friday and Saturday. My room was comfortable, the continental breakfast was good, and the manager retrieved for me an item that I mistakenly left behind on checking out. The manager was kind and polite, and made my stay very pleasant.

We enjoyed our stay at The Willows. The rooms (we had two) are small but charming and comfortable. The staff is friendly. The motel is conveniently located on Main Street just a few minutes from The Williamstown Theatre and Clark Museum- both were stops on our visit to the Berkshires. It is also close to the border of Vermont, so it was perfectly located […] to tool around Bennington, come back and take an hour nap before heading south to Pittfield for an evening performance at The Barrington Stage. We've had better luck with 2-star choices before, but this one was truly limited. While clean, the room was small, with little sitting space, and the motel had no ambience at all, being right on a busy street. While a simple breakfast (yogurt, cereal) was available in the office, there was no place to sit down and eat it, other than in your room or […] outdoors. We did better elsewhere for the same price. The Willows is a reasonably-priced basic motel on the road between Williamstown and North Adams, just a few blocks from the main traffic circle in Williamstown. Totally adequate motel and conveniently located. We were permitted to use their microwave at night and they even provided safe plates for this use - beyond the norm of their breakfast fare. Staff was friendly and solicitous of our needs.

Great! Clean, new furniture, lots of extras, incl. free breakfast. A very comfy stay for a surprisingly low price - motel rates and hotel quality.

Very convenient to our destination, very clean and lovely, helpful family who runs this small local hotel. Nice extras in the room for the taking, snack and bottled water.

The room was very clean and furniture, carpets, etc in good repair. This is a basic motel room and very good value. The staff person at check in was polite and welcoming.

We chose the hotel because it was reasonably priced non-chain in Williamstown, site of Clark Museum, Hotel is older, on Main Street, but quiet, Main Williamstown is not a raucous kind of town, well maintained and quiet. Impeccably clean, very generous continental breakfast. The eating space is OK for 4 people, I was impressed by the food items available, […] 2 kinds of juice, apples and bananas, 5 kinds of cereal, muffins, bagels, bread, including raisin, and pastries. When I stopped at desk to turn in key and get a cup of coffee for the road, host gave me a goodie bag for the road, coke, 2 water, peanuts, mini candy bars. This was as we were leaving, probably never to return. If you are going through Williamstown give this place a try. You may find yourself making it your first choice for return trips. Lisez la suite

This is a great classic motel experience. Even though it is an older building, it is exquisitely well maintained, the staff is attentive and friendly, the in room extras (microwave, snacks, fridge) were excellent. The only possible neutral comments I could make: the water pressure in our second floor room was a bit weak, but adequate. We were very pleased with our night at WIllows Motel. The hostess was wonderful, the room clean, roomy and comfortable. The breakfast was by far the best of our stays in 5 other motels (both independent and chains). Our only problem was poor water pressure in the shower. Over all a great value.

Old motel on highway. Room upstairs, squeaky floor. Did have a fridge & microwave and was very clean. Towels thin but beds were comfy. Family run - very friendly. Very cute town!
