Très bonne impression, prix peu élevé en semaine à cette époque. L'hôtel est de qualité et pour les repas il y a la possibilité de bénéficier du restaurant "all you can it" de l'hôtel Excalibur situé à coté du Luxor.Parfait pour une nuit

Excellent séjour. Situation idéale car tranquille pas de bruit et à 15 minutes à peine de la ville. Piscine sympa. Commerces autour. Hôtel 3 étages avec balcon ou terrasse vue possible sur la piscine.

Hôtel situé à 8 mn à pied du BELLAGIO,centre du strip,un peu bruyant, personnel arrageant, dommage que l'on ne dispose pas d'un petit déjeuner même en payant un peu plus cher.

Hotel un peu en retrait du strip (enfin 30 mètres pas plus). En face du Cosmopolitan, entre MGM et Paris Las Vegas. Vu l'endroit, je me suis dit que la nuit allait être bruyante mais en fait pas du tout. L'hotel en lui même est correct sans plus mais bien placé pour y faire un étape (j'y suis resté une seule nuit) à Vegas. Je conseille pour ceux qui veulent juste voir Vegas à petit prix.

LE SEUL PROBLEME C'EST LE SERVICE: A part les politesses d'usages condescendantes mais sans convictions, aucun service: ++ manques des draps, signale mais pas livres, ++probleme de valise avec la compagnie , qui livre finalement , mais […] l'hotel dit ne rien avoir recu. Il faut insister +sieur heures et avec la preuve de la livraison pour qu'elle soient finalement retrouvee. domage En bref ne rien attendre d'exeptionnel a part la situation et les prix qui peuvent etre parfois tres interressants. Pour avoir essayer bon nombre d'hotel 5 étoiles à las vegas, le Palazzo est certainement un des meilleurs choix possible. L'hotel palazzo, plus récent que le venitian offre des chbres immenses, impeccables et si vous optez pour une avec vue, vous ne serez pas déçus. "The Palazzo"
My wife booked The Palazzo for my 70th birthday. We had never stayed at this hotel, but would go back at anytime. The hotel is immaculate and the help is outstanding. Our room was one of the nicest we have ever stayed in.

Stay was great. We slept in the first morning and it was comfortable. No turn down service though. Been to Vegas a few times, definitely a 4 star hotel, but not 5 star. Best hotel I have stayed in Vegas, but have stayed in better around the world. Overall, really good, the Bella suit is perfect for 3 guys. No complaints, happy in the end. Go to Tao […] in the veniecian, it rocked!!! Cut was pretty good too. The one thing that was very nice is they limited the smoking areas in the casino. "Below average experience"
I've been to Vegas at least 30 times. I've stayed almost everywhere. This by far was the most underwhelming experience I've had. Thankfully it's attached to the Venetian which offers great restaurants, and shopping, and it's near one of my personal favs The Wynn. I travel to Las Vegas for conventions at least once per year and have stayed at pretty much all of the hotels on the strip, I would say the Palazzo is the very best hotel I have stayed at. The room was huge and the view is outstanding. Every conveience is covered, from toiletries you may need to a printer/ fax machine in the room. Check in was a breeze […] and the staff was extremely friendly and always addresses you by your name. So much space in the room. The lay out is great and so comfortable. Only problem is it's Vegas and when do you really spend that much time in the room. Our get a way was a romantic one, so spending more time in the room worked really nice. First time staying at the Palazzo, wouldn't hesitate to come back again!

This hotel is very beautiful....My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are amazing and the hotel staff was very friendly. We will visit this hotel again!!!!
"Amazing suites"
The Palazzo is definitely one of the nicest, classiest hotels in Vegas. We got a free upgrade to an amazing 1,200 sq ft suite, though the standard 600 sq ft suites are also incredible. We'll be back!

The hotel was wonderful... the group I was with kind of hotel hopped... so out of the 3... The Palazzo was the most elegant... The Planet Rock was a good party place and The Paris was just ok...

"The Palazzo at Vegas"
We stayed over the weekend because of my husbands b'day, and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The room, the bed, the bathroom, the casino, the shopping mall at the hotel and across the street, the bars, the restaurants and most of all LAVO! Everyone there was nice to us. It make us feel special. We will be back for sure!!

The rooms were very spacious, modern and comfortable. The pictures on line do not do the rooms justice. The only complaints I have are no coffee pots in the room and the mini bar is weight sensitive so if you move anything, you are charged. There are mini bar items out in the open so if you have young children be careful they do not grab an item or […] you'll be charged. The strip view is very limited. You can see Trump, Treasure Island and the Mirage and the mountains. You will not see a lit up view of the Strip...you may want to save your money. "Disappointing"
I had to wait over an hour before my room was ready and then only got my room after calling to complain. For a top hotel charging top prices I expect more.
