Excellent location for shopping in Syracuse,especially Liverpool or North Syracuse locations and only minutes via 481 to Carousel Mall. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful;room was very clean and comfortable. This our fifth stay and we plan to return again and again. For craft types ,there are AC Moore, Michaels and Hobby Lobby stores within […] five minutes drive and lots of excellent eateries and large food stores nearby. Nice breakfast, only complaint was you couldn't close the blinds to shut out the light.

I stayed with my family over the christmas weekend. It was clean and staff was very courteous. They had very very nice , warm apple cider on christmas morning.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Grocery store across the street, as well as a Wal-Mart. Several good restaurants nearby too. Rooms were impeccable. I'll stay there again when in the area, for sure!

we stayed 4 nights over the Christmas holiday and were pleased with the staff, the room, fitness center and indoor heated pool. the staff went out of their way to make the holiday special for their guests. we had fresh cookies, candy in the room, and lots of little touches. we will be back as this is close to where our family lives. We loved this hotel. There were snacks in the lobby every evening, activities for the kids, indoor swimming pool and whirlpool. The standard size room is a bit cramped with 2 Queen size beds in it, but with three kids, the larger beds were awesome. The staff were extremely friendly and eager to help with any problems. All in all a first rate hotel.

It was a very comfortable stay, clean and nice. They had wonderful warm apple cider on christmas day. It was delicious

This was my second stay at this hotel. Both stays were splendid. The staff is extra friendly and helpful. They always seem to have fresh popcorn popped for you as you come in the door. Even the cleaning staff is peppy and cheerful. The room is clean and attractive. The bed is extremely comfortable and there's plenty of room. My only complaint was the […] new "eco-friendly" cups they have in the rooms. While I support going green, these cups failed in function. They are paper and started leaking after several minutes. My only issue as a smoker is you could tell the smoking room was and had been a smoking room for a very long time. Otherwise, everything was great and would definitely stay there again should I be back in the area.

Friendly staff. Nice clean rooms. Very nice facility. We would go back!

Hotel was great, staff very helpful and friendly, located right off the highway near a bunch of restaurants, we love a room with 2 queens instead of 2 doubles, nice furnishings and very clean room

My family and I had a fantastic stay at the Hampton Inn Syracuse Clay. We arrived to a clean room and about ten minutes after we arrived the front desk called to make sure everything was okay and if we needed anything. We really appreciated this extra courtesy. The breakfast was exactly what we expected as a typical continental breakfast. But what set […] this hotel apart in my eyes was the activities the hotel sponsered certain nights during the week. For example, on one night they had a cookout, with hot dogs, hamburgers, chips, soda, and potato salad. This was great because it saved us some money since we didn't have to worry about dinner that night. The pool was also a big hit with the kids and the hot tub was a big hit for my husband and I. There are also grocery stores, Walmart, and Target right across the street. Plus there's a shopping mall right up the road and many restraunts all around. It's not the Hampton's fault that the area in which it is located has many useful stores and restaurants but very little pedestrian access.

A little more expensive than the other hotels in the area, but worth it. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and pretty. Bed was superbly comfortable. I don't remember the last time I slept so well in a hotel. Will stay here again next time!

Great location near restaurants and stores and onlu an hour from the Waterloo outlets. Breakfast buffet was more than enough and the kids loved the indoor swimming pool. I recommend it for small families.

Good Hotel, Kids loved it. near major shopping malls. Next to many food choices as well. Loved it. Good pool, breakfast, rooms are very clean, good staff. Overall, I made a misstake last time staying somewhere else. Going back soon to the same place

Excellent stay at this new Hampton Inn. The room and halls were quiet, and the internet connections were fast and reliable. Breakfast was solid, if unspectacular -- exactly what was promised, so no complaints. Hotel is fairly new, so in great condition. Room was very comfortable; I really liked the walk-in shower instead of a tub. Bed was comfortable, although pillows could have been a little less lumpy. Overall, great stay and I would recommend to anyone.

We have 4 children, 7 and under. We slept in a room with 2 queens. The room was comfortable and clean. My only complaint was the bathroom vanity was high so I had to pick up each one of my children to use the sink. It was either that or turn over the garbage can. We checked with the lobby and there were no step stools to be had. They did offer the cleaning […] service stool but I didn't want that (it was a little dirty) in our clean bathroom. This is a very nice, clean hotel with great service. Ammenities are good. Location gives you access to lots of shopping & food choices. Great choice at a great price.

The Hampton Inn was a great place to take your family to. It was very nice, they have a beautiful pool, jacuzzi, work out room and it was a great place to take the family just to get away. I was overly impressed with Hamptons service and cleanliness. This year I have stayed at Sheratons Four Points, Embassy Suites and Holiday Inn, and by far Hampton Inn was the best. We were all very pleased with the over all experience and would gladly stay here again.

From desk was prompt, easy check in. Room was extremely clean, up to date, beds/pillows were extremely comfortable. Close to Great Northern Mall and various other shopping sites. Many great restaurants within walking distance.

Was convenient to locations we were visiting. Room was clean and the staff was excellent and helpful. Stayed there again 2 weeks later on another trip.

Great experience at at he hotel the staff was very nice,professional and caring. Few Minutes after I arrived to my room I got a call from the front desk asking if everything was fine. That made me very welcoming. Great restorants and shopping in the neighborhood. I am very happy with my stay.

A nice Hampton Inn but not quite as nice (and quite a bit more expensive) than the one in New Hampshire we stayed at the night before. The only real complaint I have is that it was a very hot day and the air conditioning did not seem to be very effective. Also the breakfast was nowhere near as good as the one the day before in Nashua.
