Very nice and clean hotel. We had a king suite. The kitchenette was complete with utensils and cookware. It was nice to entertain a few guests in the evening. Staff called after check-in to see that all was ok which I thought was a nice touch. Pool and hottub are small but clean. Breakfast was good.

I'll definitely stay here again. the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Although it isn't listed as an "airport hotel" it is only 3 miles from the airport and the shuttle is reliably available. the breakfast and evening week-day dinner were varied and yummy. this is the one to choose!

This was a wonderful place to stay for a family get-together. My brother, wife and son flew into Omaha for the holidays while we drove 4 hours to meet them. We all stayed at this hotel in our own suites on the same floor. They were roomy and comfortable with an incrediblely stocked kitchen--complete with a full-size fridge, sink, dishwasher, stove, […] and cupboards filled with pots, pans, glasses, dishes, silverware, etc. I wish we had brought more food along to prepare while we were there. Fortunately, there are several eating places closeby in downtown Omaha where we could order out. Surprisingly, they also had a super breakfast buffet every morning with hot and cold foods and other yummy selections. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool, too. It was more than we normally pay for a hotel, but it was worth it for all the extras. My family said they'd like to stay there again if we needed to get together. I would highly recommend this place! I travel to Omaha frequently. First time I had stayed at this hotel. I checked in late in the evening as that was the time of my flight. My preferences on hotel.com is Non-Smoking room. As the hotel was over-booked per the front desk, I was one of the last to check in and received a smoking room. The room was so smoky I immediately called to request […] a new room but there weren't any left. So I ran the blowers all night but still ended up with red eyes and a headache the next morning. I informed the front desk the next morning I wanted a new room and they took my name and number to call me if something opened up. I received no calls. When I returned to the hotel after my day of business, I again went to the front desk to request a room change. Again I was told there were no available rooms other than another smoking room which was "less" smokey and I did move there but it was still quite smokey. To the hotels credit, the manager that tried to help me on the second day did try to fix the situation. She even tried to find me a room in another hotel (all booked as well) and offered a comp on my next stay. Unfortunately, that didn't make my stay at this property any better. It was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had in all my business travels. As my reservation was for a non-smoking room, I should never have been put into a smoking room. Especially since hotels.com rooms are paid in full prior to arrival. As to the physical condition of the hotel itself, it was a nice hotel. The breakfast was good. The walls were typical hotel thickness i.e. I could hear my neighbors but nothing excessive. The bed was comfortable with nice fresh linens. The rooms were both heavily smoked in and all my clothes smelled of smoke when I got home. I will not return to this hotel due to the experience I had. If I had been given the room of my preference, I would probably recommend it. Lisez la suite

Great place to stay, because my girlfriend and I went to the Katy Perry Concert on Friday. It was nice knowing that the hotel was within walking distance. Stayed in a king suite and it was wonderful. I felt like a king! Great hotel to go to, I hope to stay there again.

The rooms were very comfortable and large. A great value for the money. The location was also very convenient. The 4 mile radius of the hotel shuttle allowed us the convenience of not having to find parking. We were dropped off and picked up in the old market and at the zoo. The breakfast had a great selection. Breakfast burritos, french toast and a […] waffle making station. Great overall experience. I would stay here again. Lisez la suite

We have 3 little kids and this hotel was great for that. The suite with a king and hideway sleeps 5 comfortably (better than two fulls). The two separate rooms allows everyone to spread out. "Full" kitchen was nice too. Breakfast was great. Rarely are the eggs this good at the freebie hotels. No pastries though. :-( Pool was adequate. Place was clean […] and nice and accessible. Room was great, everything we needed & then some, staff friendly & very helpful, loved the courtesy shuttle to Old Market. Our only complaint, which is an extremely minor thing & wouldn't bother early risers, is that drapery in bedroom didn't close to block morning sunshine.

Everything about this hotel was awesome, except for the night staff. We arrived at 11:30 and I needed to talk to the front desk staff once I got to my room. I called three times between 11:30 pm and 12:15 am and nobody answered. She also wasn't very helpful when we checked in and was sitting in the lounge reading a book when I came downstairs early […] in the morning. She said she only works one day a week, so hopefully she isn't working when you're there or you don't need anything from the front desk. Everything else was immaculate at this hotel and I will be staying here the next time I'm in Omaha. Lisez la suite

The front desk had everything ready upon our arrival so it took perhaps 4 minutes to check in. Very nice desk staff. Gave us coupons for dinner. Nice Deluxe Master Suite. Very nice and very clean. Wall thermostats for both rooms. Pool area needs acoustic tiles as the noise was deafening. Exhaust fans would help as well due to the heavy chlorine smell. […] Breakfast was packed with patrons but quite good. I was missing bacon. Lisez la suite

I stayed only two nights at the Homewood Suites, but found it to be very comfortable. The room layout and small kitchenette was very convenient and the bathroom was nicely arranged. It would be a very good selection for a long stay. I was particularly pleased that the hotel was willing to credit my pre-paid third night for which I did not stay.

The Homewood Suites at 1314 Cuming is very nice the staff was very accomadating and helpful. Great place to stay for taste of Omaha festival and the downtown shuttle is very conveinient. The area just north of the Suites is kinda desolate but it looks as if they are about to rebuild there so construction stuff abounds. Nice restaurants close by and […] suites at Homewood are always nice. Breakfast by Homewood standards was a little off but Saturday and Sunday they were inundated with kids and its hard to keeep up. Would definately stay again. P.S. if going to college world series hard to beat its right across the street. Lisez la suite

We thoroughly enjoyed the Homewood Suites, Hilton in downtown Omaha! It was clean, fresh, excellent service and room staff were very prompt. I had a good time-out to just do what I needed for work, while my wife was able to sit and enjoy a book she had been wanting to read. To be able to have such a leisurely stay, the accommodations had to provide […] what we needed at a fair price. Homewood Suites came through very nicely. The breakfast was very nicely prepared and always warm and ready. All the food was adequately stored and fresh! If we wanted to go somewhere in downtown Omaha, the shuttle was easy to schedule and convenient to call when we came back to the Homewood Suites. Pehaps most evident was the quiet peace we had at night -- even on New Year's Eve! One could hear people coming in from their parties, but the noise was not bothersome and quickly muffled. The room was quite comfortable and had the conveniences necessary for our needs and for any New Year's Eve snacks we wanted to share. The bed was quite comfortable and easy to snooze after a relaxing day of activities. I enjoyed the whirlpool, swimming pool and workout room. Towels were accessible when I was finished. The whirlpool was especially warm and put a nice ending touch to the day before going to bed. Overall, I would commend the Homewood Suites by Hilton, in downtown Omaha. If at all possible, we will return there next New Year's Eve, if not before! It was worth it. Finally, thanks to Hotels.com for making this stay possible at such an economical rate. nice/ friendly hotel employees,clean, quiet, great for family. Close to river park area, old market area, and the baseball stadium they are building across the street from the hotel will be awesome!

Staff was friendly. Our room was quiet. It was a great hotel and breakfast was good (french toast, cheese/egg burritos, cereal, bagels, yogurt, fruit). I'd stay there again!

The Homewood Suites in Omaha was a perfect part of a great weekend. We arrived around 2:30 pm and our room was ready. Check in was a breeze and the inside of the common area as well as our room was spotless. The full kitchen was more than we needed, but enabled us to keep our bottled water and leftovers from the restaurant cold overnight. The price […] was excellent and the great location, just a 2 minute drive to the Old Market area where we spent most of our time. Easy access onto the interstate gave us additional options when we hit a few casinos and the dog track. Planning another trip soon and will stay here again. Lisez la suite

We were traveling with our two kids, and needed an affordable suite so that we could put them to bed and not have to go to sleep at 8 pm ourselves! TVs in both rooms helped. Rooms were very clean. The extra pillows for the pull out couch smelled a little, and the pull out was nothing too comfy...but great for a 4 year old. King sized bed was comfortable. […] Front desk was helpful. We did not have time to use the pool, but it looked very busy. Breakfast was good..nothing spectacular, but still good. There was some sort of altercation in the parking lot, but the Police bike patrol stopped by and addressed the situation. Parking lot was lit up like Christmas! Very safe. Lisez la suite
