"Plumbing problems"
There was air trapped in the plumbing which made a periodic loud, long sound that could be heard throughout most of the hotel and was very disturbing to sleep! There was no one working on it. "Super Dirty!"
Our room smelled bad and the floors were filthy. We also found a roach in the bathroom. It was in the bath tub and difficult to kill. To top it off, our phone didn't work. We won't stay here again.Avis véridique Hotels.com

"Adequate and very basic hotel."
I requested a non-smoking room and was given a room in the smoking section. Also, the hotel does not have an elevator so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. The hotel was very basic. No additional seating besides two chairs and table. Only one night stand. The smoke detector was disconnected. I guess because it was a smoking room.Avis véridique Expedia

"room not worth the price"
The hotel smelled of cig smoke and dirty carpet. The pool needs repair. There were crickets all over the place in the room and hallways. Trash cans overflowing. Obviously a lack of concern for cleanliness and maintenance. Desk personnel were very nice. I won't be back.Avis véridique Expedia
"A/C unit squeaked all night"
There was confusion between Expedia and the hotel over my arrival date. Therefore, they had to give me an undesirable room. The a/c unit in this room had a condensation problem that caused water to form and drop on to the fan and leak on the floor. As the night went on the water got into the fan motor and caused an ungodly squeaking noise that would […] not allow me to sleep. They brought me a box fan, which made the night bearable. In the morning, the coffee maker did not work. Staff tried to make all ok...and the hotel is clean and well-kept. A little landscaping would go a long way on the exterior appearance. "Surprises not really my style!!!"
This was Memorial Day weekend with my granddaughter. First of all we arrive to find the pool is green and no repairs scheduled until the next week. What is a Memorial Day weekend in a hotel without a pool? The overall hotel was clean and nice. "Just what we expected"
We stay at this hotel every few months when we go visit family in the area, staff very nice and extremely helpful. The room is exactly what you need for sleeping, nothing fancy, but in this part of Texas you don't want to stay inside all day, it's too nice outside!Avis véridique Hotels.com

I require a smoke-free room and was very pleased with the set up at Atria. The smoking rooms are separated from the rest of the motel by an extra set of interior doors. We had only one problem: sin ce we travelled with our dog, we had some trouble with billing after having booked with Hotels.com. The motel not only charged us the pet fee, but also two […] additional room charges for our one night stay.
