The staff was rude and very unhelpful. Lots of noise outside of room until 3:00am. Will not stay again.

Great place to stay for a couple of days.The hotel employees were great and very hekpful...

Beds and pillows very hard. Older hotel.

It was the worse ..... No air for entire stay and dead roaches in drawers.... Front desk was no help....

We were satisfied with our stay - we have stayed there in previous years as it is fairly close to the Leesburg Bike Fest

good value for the money, no fridge or micro but not expecting it for the cost. Nice pool and clean room.

We went to check in and the door wouldn't open. This was not the key. No lights would even light up when you scanned your card... not even the red or yellow. They ended up switching rooms and said maint would resolve. Later in the day someone else was seen having the same issue with that room. The light in the bathroom flickered to the point where you […] couldn't see. We left it on thinking houskeeping would report it but the next night it was still flickering. The electrical outlets were out. In the middle of the night they came on hence so did some of the lights. There is a gap above the door large enough for some pretty major insects to get in. beds old but clean older heated pool, it was big and 9 ft at the deep end, it was GREAT kids loved it its an older hotel from the days before I4 and I75, I loved it ,needs new beds and landscaping

The staff is pleasent. One room is OK and the next is ratty. A/C was noisy and the room was either miserable and hot or freezing. A breeze came in from outside and the curtain was blowing away from the wall. Both beds were beat but the sheets were clean

The desk clerk was pleasent, the hotel is dated but the room was clean and the price was right.

Asked maid for enough towels for 3 people multiple times. Very noisy guests in first floor late @ night. Had to call front desk.

near turnpike just nort west of orlando, desk clerk was nice , rooms clean

I stay here for convenience of my interests. Close to nothing but if you want peace and quiet this is it.

The best part about this hotel is the lovely heated pool. Though it is a little out of the way, it is a nice, well kept hotel. There is a simple free breakfast (coffee, juice, cereal, bread products, fruit). It's a great stay for the price.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is quite far from shopping and places to dine. Could not pinpoint location on GPS. Good off-season price.

Reasonable rates. The write-up I read said no breakfast included. They did have a continental breakfast that was basic--pastries, bagels, coffee, juice,etc.---better than nothing. Decent stay for what I paid.

We (fiance, daughter and I) were in town for a bicycling race. The hotel was nearby and we had no complaints about the service, the room or the neighborhood. It's actually a really good price for this hotel and we would stay again if we needed to. Breakfast was nothing to write home about, but it was quite fair: toast, danish, mini muffins, cereal (frosted […] flakes/corn flakes), milk, apple and orange juice, yogurt and fruit. There aren't too many tables though, maybe 6 and they were full. All in all, we would recommend it, even with a child in tow. :) Lisez la suite

This was not a plesant stay for my husband and I. There were bugs in our room. The footon was not comfortable. The shower was nice. The room was cleaned nicely. It just wasn't comfortable.

Yes, I've stayed in a cleaner room. Yes, I've slept in a more comfortable bed. Yes, I've had a better breakfast. But for the price, it really was quite decent!

Stay was ok for a supper cheap hotel. Conveniently located to our destination. Beds were worn out. However overall descent.

We didn't have much to select from to be close to the Lakeridge Winery, and the Effinheimer Brewery. This location allowed us to see those sites and travel to famed little town in the hills ,Mount Dora. Most people don't know about these places in Florida. This location was only 1/2 hours drive from Orlando attractions.(depending in traffic) We are […] Locals from Stuart, Fl. and appreciate the countryside of our state. This is also an area of historical information. The prices from hotels.com gave us the best value. We had asked for a small repair for the toilet seat which never happened. The hotel met our needs and was very reasonably priced in comparison to neighboring hotels. Breakfast was fair at best, selection was poor and it closed too early; in this case you get what you pay for............

It is obviously an old hotel. They did a good job trying to remodel it. The room was comfortable for one night, the A/C was not working well during the night, so I woke up sweating, and even thought I asked for a non smoking room, the next morning, I got the smoke throug the air condition vents, from somebody else smoking in another room nearby; this […] made me try to get out of there as soon as I could, but it wasn't fast enough, later that day, I got an asthma attack. horrible hotel.. super dirty, the lady at the front desk barely looked at me when checking in, she was very rude and seemed annoyed to have to take care of me. Room.. horrible rug disgusting, beds were the worst. and just getting there was just scary!!

Basically the only personnel we see at a hotel now is the front desk personnel. The person at the desk at 6AM on the 4th didn't make us feel welcome. The lady in charge of the breakfast was very friendly however and made up for her.

My girlfriend and I had to stay somewhere in this area because all other hotels were booked and this one was the worst experience I've ever had on a hotel. My girlfriend is very scared of spiders and in the morning noticed a banana spider the size of my palm roaming around the ceiling of the room. She just starting screaming and panicked. I wanted to […] kill the thing but felt that I should have their staff come in and kill it. Called into the Front Desk and they sent their handyman which tried to kill it just before it jumped on the floor to hide. He kept trying and finally killed it. Definitely needs a makeover but the staff was friendly. For what I paid, I got what I was expecting; it was comfortable and close to where I need to be.

Our room was clean. One of the towels had a hole in it. It was very good for us.

This was a good place for me and my 3 young kids for three nights. Room was ok and the pool was good for something to do, but needed to be cleaned. It was not cleaned once over the weekend. The mattress on the beds are VERY old and need to be replaced. At least the ones in our room were bad.

Very nice hotel. This was our second time staying here. The pool area is very nice and you can't beat the price.

the room smealled like an ash tray, derty toilet seat ,derty bath tub,, two coffee packs and no coffee maker..one towel in the rack .very noisy corridors people slamming doors .. Had no choise but to leave..never again would I stay there..booked for three nights..lost my money gladly.

The hotel and heated pool were great. However, the staff didn't seem to care about the guests. In it's day, this was a great hotel and could be again.
