Hôtel bien situé et accueil très agréable. Toutefois, le son de l'ascenseur "ding" s'entend parfaitement depuis les chambres justes à côté. A part ça, très bon hôtel. Je le recommanderai à tous.
Situation
Dans le quartier de West Edmonton Mall à Edmonton, cet hôtel qui porte le nom de Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Edmonton/West est très pratique pour les voyageurs d'affaires et se trouve tout près de West Edmonton Mall, Galaxyland et World Waterpark. Fort Edmonton Park et University of Alberta se trouvent également à proximité.

Superior hotel. Suite was big and roomy. Staff and GM were fantastic. Great breakfast.
Hotel was close to West Edmonton Mall but does not have the easiest of access to get into! It was clean and the suite we were in was large and very comfortable.

"hampton inn by west ed, perfect location"
the hampton was just minutes from west ed, the rooms were clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Loved the entire setup! would definitely recommend to anyone. We will be back!

I FOUND THIS HOTEL TO BE VERY GOOD. THE SERVICE WAS GREAT AND THE STAFF WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP. WE HAVE USED IT BEFORE AND I WOULD USE IT AGAIN WHEN WE GO BACK TO EDMONTON.

"Spacious rooms and convenient location"
Close to West Edmonton Mall and other shopping. Right off of the Anthony Henday, it is easy to get to anywhere in the city. Service was good and the breakfast was included was good as well. Overall a good value.
"Great hotel"
We stayed as a family at this hotel over the holidays. We loved everything about our stay. The staff was always friendly and helpful, the breakfast was fabulous, the children enjoyed the pool and fountain, and the room was great too. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone and we will certainly be back next time we're visiting Edmonton.
"Great but kids pool needs work"
Everything was great. Hot breakfast was good and hotel was very clean. The ONLY problem was the kids pool was in need of work. It is chipping at the bottom where the kids walk in the pool and hurts.

We stayed in the two queen /sofabed room with our 3 children. This room was bigger than most who offer the same for families. We really liked that the sink was located outside the bathtub/toilet area as someone could be getting ready while others used the other facility. The breakfast we enjoyed two days in a row, did change and we appreciated the wonderful […] detail that the hotel personnel assigned to the breakfast area did. They not only took care of everyone's needs they always looked out to help anyone who looked like they need assistance. We would definitely stay here again. Pros: - The hotel was very clean. Cons: - There is no restaurant. - It is not walking distance to West Edmonton mall, as I had understood it to be. - When we arrived the receptionist continued to bicker with the cleaning staff over the walkie-talkie, in front of us.

First of all, the beds (and I don't care who says I am wrong) were NOT queen size. I cleaned rooms for years and I know a queen when I see one. The breakfast was good, if we were able to eat it hot but, since the tables there were so small, other families were grabbing 2-3 tables and putting them together so my family had to bring it to our room which […] was on the 5th floor. By the time we got there the food was cold. The toddler pool would had been nice for my 6 month baby had it been warmer than the actual pool but it was not. WE werre really pleased with all aspects of the hotel. Very quiet, clean and great breakfast.

New and fresh. A good economical place to stay on the West End. Breakfast is servicable, your standard self-serve fare. Common areas pleasant. Wednesday's manager reception is reason alone to book! Business centre is a bit tight, but has what you need.............those printers.

Great hotel and fantastic breakfast! I just wish we stayed longer to enjoy all the ammenities of the hotel. We will definately stay here again when we come back to Edmonton!

"Happy with Hampton"
We stayed at the Hampton when we were visiting West Edmonton Mall. The hotel is only a couple of minutes from the mall but way better prices than the hotels right by the mall. Plus they had a toddler pool with a fountain that our son loved.
The service was excellent. Front desk had our room keys ready and very friendly. The only concern we had was the construction going on neare the hotel. It took a little more time to find the hotel due to detours. Either than that it was a good stay.

Overall the hotel stay was very comfortable. The workers at the counter were also very helpful.

I will definitely stay here again ifever we go back to Edmonton. Very clean hotel, friendly staffs and good location. The only reason that I gave 4 on location (not 5) is the exit going to the hotel is under some repairs during our stay (August 19-20, 2011).
We recently travelled to Edmonton for a family getaway and booked through hotels.com. We were all very happy with the room, the rooms were clean and modern and the continental breakfast was great. Very close to West Edmonton Mall and many restaurants. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel.
"NO worries"
We had an excellent stay but what I did not like and I knew would happen was putting us in a room just beside the elevators. I would like to book online but not because the price was not it's original we get to have a room beside all the noise. But over all it was a good stay :)
"Not a good family hotel."
We stayed at this hotel because we have three children and wanted a large room with beds for everyone. The sofa bed was by far the worst sofa bed I have ever experienced. It had no support and was like laying on a bed of nails. My children chose to sleep on the bare floor instead. The breakfast room did not have enough table and chairs to seat all the […] guests. "Recent Visit"
Our recent visit to the Hamptons was much better then the previous time. The service was excellent and the breakfast was great. My only comment would be that both times we have stayed there that the hot tub was not working.

Great location if you are going to the mall. The continental breakfast was great. Tiles in pool need to be changed because they were so slippery.

Continentel breakfast was great. Bed was super comfortable. Guest Services were courteous and informative. Only complaint would be that room was a little chilly and I ended up unplugging the a/c. Iw oudl definitely stay here again.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Inn West Edmonton on the May long weekend. This hotel is within a 5 min drive to West Edmonton Mall, and easy access to the Anthony Henay that takes you down to the southern end of the city. We had a rather bizarre incident happen to our car keys and the Great Ladies at the front desk went above and beyond […] the call of duty to get our keys back to us. "The Hampton Inn in Edmonton - comfortable stay."
The Hampton Inn was overall an OK experience. Our room was very clean, quite comfortable and really enjoyed the pool and hot tub that was available until midnight. As for the negatives, the location of the hotel was not very inviting and lacked curbside appeal, the front desk service was mediocre at best and having a vehicle is a must if staying at […] this hotel. This is a good location hotel.close to everything. The only thing we dont like about his hotel is no microwava and no fridge. we stayed at his hotel for 4 days and have a baby who still on formula so it would be easier for us to have microwave and fridge but our room doesnt have those,so next time i book a room i need to tell them what i need..
