Très bon accueil des propriétaires et chambres spacieuses avec espace cuisine. Parking gratuit. Proche des commodités et du walk of fame.

Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter Hollywood ,parking gratuit,connection internet moyenne dans les chambres meme si elle est gratuite,petit dejeuner compris et copieux,un frigo mais pas de coffre fort.Personnel très sympathique le seul bémol c'est que même les chambres non fumeur sentent le tabac froid sinon dans l ensemble séjours agréable pour 2 à 3 nuits maximum,ah oui petite piscine pour se détendre et ça aussi c'est toujours agréable .

Très bon compromis: qualité/prix, emplacement idéal à 1minutes à pied du Kodak Theatre et à la fois dans une rue calme. Jardin sur le toit très bien aménagé, piscine agréable, petit déjeuner délicieux (mention spéciale aux muffin), chambre grande avec cuisine, parking fermé - Bref ravis de notre séjour (4nuits). Les petits bémols: murs fins car vieux bâtiment et penser à demander une chambre sur cour et pas sur rue (c est quand même Hollywood Boulevard dont on parle : y a de la vie!!). C'était très bien!! Vraiment

Hotel classique au niveau des chambres. Parking assez grand. Bon avantage sur le placement à 2 minutes à pied du métro et à 5 minutes en voiture d'Hollywood Signs, des étoiles d'Hollywood Blvd, 15 minutes d'Universal Studios, de Sunset Strip, 30 minutes sans bouchon de Venice Beach et Santa Monica. Méfiance tout de même dans le secteur de l'hotel à la tombée de la nuit mais c'est pas non plus Bagdad...

"one night"
I had a great stay at the hotel. The room was nice and clean. I've stayed here before they did some upgrades and paint. The rooms were much nicer than before. Overall great stay. good customer service. The only thing was the people next door had kids and they were kinda loud running back in forth thru the hall in the room. But it was a good stay.
"Inexpensive so I guess you get what you pay for..."
Corridors appeared to have not been vacuumed in some time, We were accross from the "trash room" and it smelled of having not been emptied recently, or kept clean. We were next to a mechanical room that made "noises" all night. The linnens were clean but there was a hole in the bottom sheet that my wife complained of having caught her toes in. "hotel was next to shopping center"
alot of traffic , was the first thing i didn't like room was nice and clean, freeway was a few blocks away so it made it easy to get around
"clean simple"
If you can get beside the fact they have no pool or jacuzzi, its a simple clean hotel to stay for a day or two or week. You get what you pay for. The hotel was convienently located in walking distance to Walmart, and various restaurants to choose from.
"Wish our trip was extended"
The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a nice stay and got a great sleep. We wish we would've gotten a kind bed instead of a queen though.
"Quiet place to work"
This a great location for those going for business close to business district, near food locations and it is quiet hotel. The only thing I wish would be to have real glasses at lobby for breakfast or in the room. Some people don't like to drink out of Styrofoam.

This was a very pleasant stay and id be remiss if i ddint take this time to let everyone one . I was truly satisfied.

Queen bed a bit hard. Pillows were a joke! Bring your own or request more. TV dated........
I enjoy my stay but my bed sheets were not clean but service was wonderful.

"relaxed night"
Its a nice clean hotel. Friendly staff and the hotel is nicely located close to the 91 and 405 freeways. Overall a good stay for a cheap price
Everythign was good and the price was right. This Hotel Chain needws to upgrade their beds and they would be good for the price!!

My daughter and I stayed for two nights, most hotels will come in to your room and clean up and make the beds up every morning, well, not this hotel. The same dirty towels were still in the bathroom when we came back at night and the beds were just like we left them. I guess you get what you pay for. Sadly its just what we could afford.

The shower and the tub faucet was not working properly. Both came on at the same time. No hot water either. I then moved to a different room that had a strong ordor of smoke. The carpet in the hallway and the bedroom were not clean. I will not stay at that particular hotel again. It needs some attention.

"Bad Service"
made a reservation for a king bed, was given a queen. when i asked why, i was told there were no king beds available, and given an attitude. also the check in time was about 10 minutes for no apparent reason except that they are poorly organized. only plus is the rooms are big and parking is convenient.

The carpet in the room was dirty and needed cleaning, but overall cleanliness was OK. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The baggage cart was no where to be found at check in or check out. This did create a problem for us as my husband is disabled. I was surprised that the hotel only had one baggage cart.

Good value, great location just off freeway, close to all amenities with Starbucks close. Bed way too hard, felt beat up in the morning. Otherwise great value.
"Another Nice Stay"
Stay in the Signature Suite! Been here several times...Noticed the clientele has changed, a bit rowdier crowd of late. Still, feel absolutely safe, just annoyed at rude neighbors. Walls are paper thin. Need to update TV's and improve cable selections...no HBO. I get great internet reception using my own modem..verizon. Biggest issue is the smoking. […] And not just cigarettes! It's sooo obvious guests are smoking in their rooms..the smell comes through the vents and halls, you may as well light up yourself! The staff needs to do something about this...it's awful. Really clean place, very well maintained and staff is pretty cool. They also took some feedback and put a packet of dishwashing liquid in the rooms., I think that's great that they took that action. A little slow in doing so but still.... Hopefully they'll update the TV's! Lisez la suite

"Ok for the money"
The hotel was ok considering the cheap price. Good location-close to fwys and shopping center. My only major issue was the size of the beds. My reservation stated a rm. for two w/ a queen sized bed. When I got to the rm. the bed was a full. We walked dowstairs to w/all our luggage assuming we'd get a rm. w/queen bed. The clerk had an attitude and looked […] at us like we were crazy. She stated that their "queen sized bed is like a full." So we asked for a rm w/a bigger bed and said none were available. Extended stay should get there bed sizes corrected or the clerk shouldn't come up w/lame excuses. Lisez la suite
"Clean convenient and safe"
We were quite content with our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was tidy, comfortable and quiet. It was more than we expected for the price. Great location close to the freeways but not so close as to be bothered by traffic noise..The area seemed safe and the parking ample. We would certainly recommend this hotel to others.

"Reasonable rates;"
Understand the once/week room cleaning. However, they should replace towels at least every OTHER DAY vs having to go down to the reception to exchange. Also -- inconvenient if one wants to check out BEFORE 7am ... no reception personnel around to give one a receipt... especially if this required for a Business trip. "My second stay, I came back!"
I came back. I travel in the area on business often and will choose this hotel. Stayed in the Signature Suite. Cooking odors/smoking still a problem. This time I cooked (no oven) and the fire alarm went off. Hard to really cook without that happening as ventilation isn't great. They put me in a handicapped room so there was no tub, just a big shower. […] But room was very clean. Laundry is convenient. TV-no HBO, but Showtime. Quiet and great location fro unexpected needs. "Good hotel for the price but absolutely no amenities."
Great price compared to other hotels in the area. Although the hotel say it has a "full kitchen" there is no oven (if you expect one, I know I did). Otherwise good hotel, comfortable and conveniently located.
"Book the Signature Suite"
The signature suites are very nice and definitely worth the upgrade from the outdated regular rooms. They are all on the 1st floor so it's very convenient to the laundry room and in /out access. The room is very clean, the hotel is very quiet. Only problem was the smoking. Even in a non smoking room you can CLEARLY smell the smoke from other rooms. […] One guest stuck a towel under the door but it didn't work. Minor annoyance though. Also a strange odor in teh air from teh local businees next door...but you only smell it outside. Overall, great price (via hotel.com, good location right next to stores and hwys. Staff was super cool! I could live here long term. Lisez la suite
