très bonnes impressions de l'hôtel avec piscine intérieure couverte agréable en fin de journée. Malheureusement déçue par les environs de l'hôtel, peu de commerces ou de restaurants. par contre excellente situation à proximité des chutes et de rainbow bridge.

Hôtel très accueillant. La chambre était très agréable et propre. Cet établissement crée la différence en incluant un petit déjeuner buffet varié avec salade de fruits frais. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent. Ne pas hésiter à réserver.

Hôtel bien placé, personnel discret et sympathique. Petit déjeuner inclus à la Française où vous faites vous-même vos gauffres! Très bon rapport qualité pruix.

Nice, clean, hotel. Problem I had is there are no restaurants nearby. This hotel is surrounded by factory looking buildings.

it looked very newly renovated; my only complaints is no food for purchase; drink vending machines only; there is nothing close by--no fast food or anything. The next room, we could hear every time they turned on their water, and when they left, it sounded like someone was trying to bust down our door. otherwise, very clean. "Awesome Location"
Spent the weekend in upstate NY . . from our hotel we went to the Falls , Buffalo and a Bill's game . . what a central spot . . .walls are thin, but no biggie
"Lackawanna Best Western"
A hidden gem we booked online not knowing anything about the area. What a wonderful surprise considering the surrounding area. We were greeted warmly by the person at the front desk on arrival. We were pleasantly surprised, as it wasn't advertised that there was a continental breakfast that included make-you-own waffles. Our room was beautifully appointed […] and the mattress was great. Bathroom was large. Obviously the rooms were newly renovated and our room was quite large. Only down-side of our stay was the pillows. They looked great but were way too soft. I would stay here again but you need a car as cab service is unreliable. It's relatively close to the McKinley Mall. It's minutes away from the Peace Bridge so easy to get in from Canada. I was surprised that this hotel rating was only a 2 1/2 when I checked on line. It was clean, nice, well staffed, decorated beautiful. We had a wonderful stay.

IT,S A NICE HOTEL IN GOOD QUATE NEIGHBOUR HOOD. THE MANAGEMENT MIGHT LIKE TO TALK TO LOCAL AUTHORITIES TO SEE WHAT CAN BE DONE CONCERNING ENTRANCE/EXIT TO THE HOTEL .IT IS ON A BUSY HIGHWAY AND SOMETIMES IT GETS A BIT RISKY TO ENTER OR EXIT THE PREMISE P KARANJA
"BUF trip"
Everyone was very friendly, the location was perfect and the price was GREAT for what it is. I know it doesn't have a very great star rating, but it worked well for us. We were on an adventure using public transportation and it worked well!

I came for a 1 night stay with my wife and baby. It was very comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was good. Clean rooms and having a Tim Horton's nearby was a nice surprise.

After spending one night in a different filty hotel for the same price, we were so relieved to find a clean, welcoming hotel. Tastefully done. Rooms were spacious and very clean. I am somewhat of a neat-freak, so it was wonderful to end our trip in a room we felt comfortable in and were able to get a good night sleep. "Receptionist Unfriendly and Bad Room"
Receptionist was not that friendly when I arrived to check-in. I was a few hours early and she did not like that I was there early, but still gave me room keys. The room they gave me was right next to the staircase and an exit door. So, we heard people going up and down stairs and the door slamming all night. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, […] but the surrounding neighborhood was questionable. The continental breakfast was ok for what is was. When I checked out, the receptionist never asked about our stay. I would have mentioned the lack of sound-proof in the room, but she did not care. As other reviewers have pointed out, the hotel is located in an industrial area, however, it was conveniently located to restaurants, shops and casino. Overall, it was clean and affordable and worked well for a one night stay on our way to Ontario.

Overall hotel was clean and comfy. We only have one complaint. Our toilet clogged and instead of sending someone to unclog it, they gave us a plunger and asked we unclog it ourselves.

Based on the generally favorable reviews on this website, I decided to book here. This is an excellent hotel that is clean, well-maintained with a friendly staff. Traveled From Rochester, NY- The Hotel Was Good: Rooms Were Clean, The Bed Was Comfortable & The Bathrooms Were Nice, A Little Drive To HSBC Arena (Downtown Area) So You Will Need A Car. Front Desk Staff Was Friendly Overall We Were Pleased.
"Visit to Buffalo"
Visiting from Toronto - Buffalo Sabres game at the HSBC Arena. Wanted to spend the night somewhere close but not have to spend a fortune. The rate was great, the hotel itself was clean, staff were friendly and curtious. Bonus - Complimentary breakfast and there was pool - my 10 yr old son loved it....

Unless you have your own transportation, this hotel is inconvenient to area restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. I would recommend this hotel only if the traveler(s) had other activities planned in the immediate area.

Nice hotel, great from street. Room was nice, but had to request bathroom spruce up as there was some kind of white powder all over everything, and a piece of toilet tissue under the bathroom vanity. Once that was cleaned up, we were happy with the hotel. I would definitely stay again.

"housekeeping"
The only issue I had was with the Housekeeping . I was disappointed in them and there performance outside of my room. Someome was vacuuming and cleaning the next room to my at 7:30 AM. Later the same day, housekeeping loudly banged on my door during the day requesting to clean my room - told them no as I was still in the room was wasn't checking out […] for another 2 days. "Great hotel for the money"
We read this reviews and decided to go with this hotel. Good move. We didn't care about the comments about location because we had a car. The hotel was very clean and everything we expected. The room was nice, clean and spacious and the fridge was a good bonus to keep bottles of water in. We stayed here because we went to a Bills game and Niagara falls […] and it was halfway between both places. The hotel is in a great location to get to Niagara Falls and Buffalo. The neighborhood behind the hotel wasn't the best, but the only issue we had was a couple of kids skateboarding out front. "Very comfortable"
The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I had read a previous comment about the exercise equipment being in bad shape and I found that to be true. Very quiet location and within a couple miles of some great resturants and shopping.

Hotel was clean and new. Area was horrible. Nothing around to walk to. Gym equipment must have been purchased second hand because it was a little worn for a new hotel. I chose this hotel because I am sick of dirty, skeevey places for too much money, so I was not disappointed. The hotel was immaculate.
