room given had no window at all, so had to upgrade the room with extra $$.

The hotel is good, and I would recommend to others but in such a hotel room should be more intimate, the toilet leaked, which is not ok. the only thing I have to complain about is a long forntdesk guy and top management, their job is to give a guest a service, but these men felt more stiff and very proud to be some type of manager that they have forgotten […] the sense of service. the food is good but unnecessary expensive with the result that not many who eat in their restaurant. Good Value

THIS IS NOT AS GOOD AS 5 STAR HOTELS, FACILITY IS JUST LIKE 3 STAR, NOT COMFORTABLE RECEPTIONS ATTITUDE, ROOM IS DARK AS NO WINDOW & NOT CLEAN ENOUGH.I WONT STAY ANY MORE!

Excellent hotel in this part of the world. Have stayed in 4 and 5* hotels in europe that do not match up to the Dhaka Regency. Make sure when booking you ask for luxury deluxe, this will give you a room with a window.

Nowhere in the league of radisson etc...so not for me.

DE LUX in this hotel means very basic CELL. It was awful. I travel the whole word the whole time and it was the worst value for money hotel I have been to EVER. THERE WAS NOT EVEN A WINDOW IN THIS ROOM. I have stayed in two rooms before with no windows both at hotels within the airport and this is understandable but to have this in an off airport hotel […] and have the nerve to call it a RESORT must be against the trades description act of any country. The Dhaka Regency is conveniently located near the airport although they do charge extra for using the airport shuttle. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and provided great service. The room was a bit of a disappointment, for the price. I missed the fine print on the website that my room choice had no window which made it rather claustrophobic, […] small and boxy. Although with the noise of traffic in Dhaka perhaps windowless is the best way to go if you want to get any sleep. The rooftop pool was a lovely retreat and deserted most of the time, would have been nice if the restaurant/bar actually opened up there sometime. The included breakfast was quite good with a nice mix of Western and Bangla foods. Overall, an adequate accommodation but not quite as nice as I would have hoped for given the price. Lisez la suite

Not much of a resort by U. S. standards due to the surrounding neighborhood, but an excellent location for airport access. Advertised as a 5 star hotel, which it is by local standards and service, but the rooms and amenities are 3.5 star at best. Staff was extremely friendly and anxious to help. Breakfast bar was excellent with a varied menu high […] quality food. Evening entertainment choices were a rooftop, family oriented grill/bar with live music, and a 13th floor night club with live music. I would stay there again if business was in the same area of the city. It does make sense to switch to a different hotel if your business is in a different area of the city due to the horrible traffic congestion. Lisez la suite

전반적으로는 그다지 높은 점수를 주기어렵다는게 개인적의견입니다. 이유는. 럭셔리 디럭스룸을 예약했는데 그냥 디럭스룸이 배정되었던점. 4일간의 숙박기간동안 차액의 환불을 요청했으나 안된다하여 결국 서비스(맥주4캔)를 주겠다하여...와인으로 받았으나 질이 매우 낮았음. 두번째로는 공항에서는 가까워서 좋았으나 반면에 시내에서는 먼곳에 위치하고있어 업무에 불편하였슴. 시설은 so so 이 금액으로는 시내에위치한 상위호텔을 예약하는 편이 좋았을 걸...하는 생각이 듬. 풀장이 없어서 시각적으로 삭막했음.

La stanza assegnata era addirittura senza finestre. L'accesso ad internet molto lento. Il personale, pur volenteroso e aninamato da buoni propositi, non è formato ancora per la ricettività. Ma l'esperienza della città, soprattutto per la quasi assoluta inesistenza di turismo, giustifica il tutto Fare attenzione al traffico e all'orario di uscita, si […] resta bloccati anche per ore, ma è assolutamente indispendabile fare un giro nella Dhaka vecchia e caratteristica priva che il turismo la rovini. 朝ごはんがとっても美味しかったです。立地条件もいいし、英語がとても上手に話せるスタッフも多数いました。 次回もまた泊まりたいです。ただ室内はすこし冷房がよく効いていました。お風呂はきれいですしトイレもきれいです。

Rooms could be of better standard. My door had a big gab from the door to the frame which ment that I got all the noice from the other rooms

overall everything is ok, but there's not auto flush in toilet , but you need to refill the water by yourself the location bit far from downtown the room is very noisy when the somebody take a shower in next room but those staffs are very nice an helpful

I have never had less value for money than in this hotel. A room without a windon!! nothing stated about that when I booked the room terrible area. swimming pool was closed. nothing about that on the website!. TV was not working, but was quickly replaced. Staff was helpfull.
