Unfortunately my room was terrible. Dirty spread on one bed. Light over bed did not work. Bathroom vent was extremely loud each time you turned on the light. This was too bad because the staff and lobby area was very nice. Unfortnately, I would not stay here again.

This was my first time ever staying at this motel and I was really surprised at how clean and comfortable it was. I will take that extra long drive over and over again just for the cleanliness and comfort. The rooms have kitchens and micro-waves in them for the same price as a regular room at other motels without one. I stayed a Saturday and Sunday night with my girl friend. I was looking for something inexpensive and clean this fit the bill. It is definitely no frills. Bring your own shampoo and blow drier. WiFi was free. 1 of the lights directly next to the bed did not work. Its location is literally right off 295 and Rte 70 conveniently close to cherry hill PJ's. […] The room was quite, clean as well the kitchenette was spotless. It was very nice preparing bacon and eggs in the morning as well as a fresh cup of coffee. The kitchenette definitely makes this hotel worth it! Lisez la suite

I was looking for something inexpensive and clean this fit the bill. It is definitely no frills. Bring your own shampoo. Internet connection is extra. Light Bulb was out. Its location is literally right off 295 and Rte 70.

The location was excellent directly of 295. The room was quite clean as well the kitchenette was spotless. Plus the price was right --a 10% discount . Thank you.

the extended stay hotel in cherry hill,nj on rte 70 east was very out dated. Only 2 lights worked and the bed kept popping up and down whe you sat on. the light was better then a clap on light . lean one on the the light went off another way it went on. The staff was extremely helpful and hospitable. The room was nice.... The air conditioner made a lot of noise and the exhaust fan in the bathroom was extremely loud. i had a room on the first floor and didn't like that the outside door was never actually closed (unless you pulled the door hard, that door stayed open).... Front desk staff is very friendly and quick with check-in.

I personally had a great night at this hotel. It felt like an apartment without a dishwasher lol. The service was helpful and the hotel was clean, inside the room and out. My stay was great because it was a night away from home.

Although we had booked online, and confirmed & had been charged the full amount, upon arrival we were told they had no rooms. This was by a gracious laundress. Apparently, there is NO night management, no one to call in case of emergency or if you're in need of immediate attention...BAD deal. After checking with other hotels, no one seemed to have 2 […] rooms, the laundress went physically to search for what appeared to be vacant rooms. After 45 min., she found 2 rooms that had the capacity we required. THESE ROOMS HAD NO KEYS. Yes, once you were in the room, you had no key available to come & go as you please...? Apparently they were lost. Who knows who had the keys ? This was on a Friday night. We were told management dealt with customer assistance or complaints on MONDAY morning ??? While we were waiting to find rooms, there was another guest who insisted on changing their room, another lady who checked out who reported she had no key but was checking out, and apparently keys were in the wrong slots to hand out...? This was a fiasco. I was wondering all night if someone would come into our room because of a mix up or whatever. A chain this size having no night management, no recourse is unacceptable. This is especially because they continue to accept reservations for rooms they "don't have" as we were told, even late in to the evening. The only way to know is when you physically go to check in and get this runaround. I definitely would stay away from this mess. Yes, after hours of driving, I would choose to continue on the road in search of greener pastures. Lisez la suite

This hotel was not what I expected. First of all, we had called to say we'd get in late and the person who answered did not inform us that no one is at the desk past 11pm. When we got lost and could not find the hotel at 11:15, no one answered the phone. Finally got to the hotel at midnight and had to call to wake the night agent. He was very cordial, […] even though I was not. He gave us a room on the third floor, and I stepped on the elevator into a wall of cigarette smoke and several rooms having very loud sex. I walked myself and my 2 year old daughter back to the desk and said no way. We got a new room on the first floor. Then the guy next door turned his tv up to full volume. None of us could sleep. I called the night guy again and asked him to ask the next room to turn the tv down. An hour later, it was still at full volume. I called the desk again and asked for him to kindly request for the tv to get turned down or to give me a refund because I was going to leave. He said he could not do either but gave us a new room. This time, it was clean, no smoke, no neighbors in our end of the hallway and we all got some much needed sleep. The reason I give the staff high marks is because I was livid with the situation. But the desk agent never lost his cool. He stayed cordial, helpful, concerned and polite. I say given the price it did not meet my expectations because I have stayed at hotels for the same price in costlier cities and had great experiences. This hotel does not seem to offer any amenities for the cost, no breakfast, no wi-fi, no desk personnel unless you call them and wake them, and its very outdated. I felt like I was staying at a seedy motel for half the price, given the clientele on the third floor. I would not stay here again. Lisez la suite

The hotel was very conveniently located, just need some softer beds and better pillows. Other than than we had people in our party not feeling well and they did get us checked in early which was greatly appreciated! Staff was very nice.

We stayed there for 16 days, and believe me... 16 days in a hotel room is horrible. Dont ever do that yourself. Well the room was good and the cleaner and fresh when compared with all other ES I have stayed so far. Had couple of following incidents, but not the problem with the hotel owners - ace got fired up and the entire hotel got evaculated for […] few hours due to someone pore some water on ac. Another day some people (drunked) were fighting and cops came over and blocked one section of our floor. Lisez la suite
