L'hotel semble récent. Le personnel est sympathique, le petit déjeuner très copieux. Tout est neuf et propre. à part un cinéma qui se trouve juste à coté, il n'y a rien d'autre autour.

Hôtel Moderne et de qualité. Petit dej continentale super et gratuit. Bcp de choix. Wifi et parking gratuit. Proche d'un grand centre commercial environ 15 min en voiture. Calme et propre.

Nice and would stay again.

We stayed here one night last week while in town visiting friends. The place was very clean and the staff were very friendly. We liked it so much we stayed there a week later on our return trip. Highly recommended.

A very nice hotel with friendly and appreciative staff.

Overall was very happy & please with my stay. However wasnt pleased with the (check in) hotel front desk clerk. Which told me she would not make additional charges to my credit card, she just needed a card on file. Since my rooms were already prepaid. When then charging me an additional $20 per room. The hotel staff was very helpful , professional and polite. Close to the historic Old Town.

I recently moved down to Melbourne with my husband, and we needed to stay in a motel for two nights while our furniture and apt was being prepared. We had our two small dogs and a cat. This hotel was awesome!!! They only charged one small fee for the pets, not per pet like a lot of other hotels do. There was plenty of room outside to take the dogs for […] a walk and plenty of space in the room for their cage. The staff was very accommodating and immediately put us on the first floor close to a door as soon as I mentioned the dogs without me even having to request it! Although the hotel was pet friendly, you didn't walk in and instantaneously feel like you were in a kennel. No smells, no stains, etc. Great place to stay for you and your "extended" family!! Best continental breakfast in all the area hotels, and I have stayed in all of them. Clean, comfortable, up to date flat screen TV. As a single traveling woman I had a good feel for the overall safety and security compared to other hotels in the area .

The costumer service during the second shift was very questionable to my wife and I. She seemed out of character for a customer service employee. We were glad the third and first shift CS reps were more costumer friendly.

I travel extensively for business (an average of 9 day per month) and generally stay in the midrange hotels like the Fairfield. This was the worst by far. The hotel is in the parking lot of a movie theater. The air conditioning unit was the loudest that I have ever heard. The bed was like a rock. Probably the best hotel deal in the neighborhood. New, clean, fresh hotel and helpful friendly staff.

This place is fairly new and it reflects that. Very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Close to good restaurants. Easy on and off from I-95.

Very friendly and helpfull at the reception, nice and clean rooms. Good breakfast. If I ever come to Melbourne again, I know where to stay.

When checking in the hotel staff very very friendly and through out the entire stay staff seemed very happy, upbeat and always ready to assist you in any manner. When we left the hotel to do various things (like going to the beach, going to a wedding, etc) the staff always stopped their conversations with each other and told us things like "Have a good […] time!" I have never seen the entire staff so outgoing and friendly before anywhere else. The room was very clean and extra towels were placed in the bathroom. The room was beautiful as well as the rest of the building. Breakfast was good and filling. Word of the wise, when they say breakfast is done at 9, they mean it. The kitchen staff puts away the food as soon as the clock strikes the hour. I highly recomend this hotel, next time I'm in Melbourne I'm staying there again! Lisez la suite

convenient to I-95 and Melbourne; great eateries in area; Staff exceptionally nice. other than someone slaming door in the night, great experience.

This was our 3rd visit to this hotel. It is clean and well decorated, near lots of great places to eat, has a nice heated clean pool and a great free breakfast. The staff is helpful and friendly. We will stay here again!

I frequently travel for business and am delighted with the Fairfield in Melbourne. The hotel is the newest in town and everything looks new and clean. The rooms have a bright, fresh, colorful look that is such a nice change from the usual drab and non-descript rooms of other hotels in this category. I really like the showers, the desk area with flatscreen […] tv that easily tilts toward the desk, and I like the wired internet service in room. Beds are comfy. The free breakfast always satisfies my needs, although my one small suggestion would be to offer regular half and half with the coffee (in addition to the coffemate). Makes coffee taste so much better in my opinion, but this is a personal preference. At the front desk, Hector, Grace and Barbara are always so nice and cheerful and helpful and always make sure I know that my business is appreciated. EVERYTHING NEW AND VERY CLEAN

This hotel is new and the staff did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. The complimentary breakfest was a real treat also. Everything about this hotel was top notch...except for the price, which was very affordable.

This hotel was immaculate. The rooms were impressive and very comfortable. I love Marriot hotels. The only drawback is that there is no smoking in any hotel rooms and for a smoker, that is a terrible policy. Other than the no smoking policy held by all Marriot hotels, this Fairfield inn was great. The location is fabulous, there is actually a movie […] theater next door. Das Hotel diente meiner Freundin und mir als Übernachtung auf dem Weg von der Golfküste zum Kennedy Space Center. Gebucht haben wir es v.a. wegen der sehr guten Bewertungen und dem dafür günstigen Preis. Wir wurden definitiv nivht enttäuscht, vielmehr wurden die Bewertungen mehr als bestätigt. Bereits beim Check-In ging alles sehr fix und die Mitarbeiterin […] war sehr zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer gab ausrechend Platz, ebenso das Bad. Es war zudem sehr sauber und man fühlte sich sofort sehr wohl. Es gibt bzgl. des Zimmers rein gar nichts zu beanstanden. Da wir das Hotel auch aufgrund dea angebotenen Frühstücks gebucht haben, waren wir gespannt wie das kontinentale Frühstück hier aussieht. Unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als übertroffen. Neben den obligatorischen Waffeleisen, die es in den meisten Motels gibt, gab es diverse andere Leckerbissen, die es zu einem richtigen Frühstück werden ließen. Auch hier gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt für die eine Nacht und man kann es bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen. Lisez la suite

Haben auf dem Weg nach Orlando in diesem Hotel ein Mal übernachtet. Gleich vor der Tür wurden wir von Eichhörnchen begrüsst. Die Empfangsdame war sehr hilfsbereit. Das Hotel befindet sich direkt neben einem Kino. Zimmer sind sauber und gross. Frühstücksbüffet ausreichend und es hat sogar eine Mikrowelle, was wir in anderen Hotels nicht gesehen habe […] n.
