tres bel hotel moderne situe dans chinatown a 5 min a pied du quartier des bars,restos... chambres spacieuses et propres, tres bien equipees (micro onde, frigo, seche cheveux...) petit dej en buffet, du choix ( muffins, pain, cereales,..)mais les produits sont de qualite moyenne. Accueil agreable.

Hotel tout neuf situé en plein chinatown et sur un centre commercial, très calme malgré le tramway et la grande avenue. quartier pittoresque mais parking payant et pas donné. acceuil agréable et en français, petit déjeuné et internet gratuit. buanderie à disposition. On le recommande.

Hotel bien placé et agréable.

hotel tres bien situé, calme chambre tres grande ( famille de 5 ), mais la chambre était très sale, le canapé blanc dans la chambre était taché , la moquette était d'une rare saleter ( par endroie) , le mobilier ( table basse, meuble TV .... ) étaient très sale également, les draps étaient propre ,la salle de bain aussi.

Très bien situé, près de tout, donc il est très facile de marcher vers l'endroit désiré (Rogers Center, Hockey Hall of Fame, Air Canada Center, centre-ville, Dundas Square, magasins, restos, bars, TiFF, etc.) Une alarme d'incendie (fausse) a été déclenchée à 4h40 et le plan d'évacuation laissait à désirer, car le pauvre employé était seul pour gérer […] la situation... Cet hôtel est en fait situé dans un centre commercial, et une de nos 2 chambres donnait a l’intérieur du centre. (un peu sombre). Dans nos 2 chambres, un lit sur 2 était fait avec des draps avec des trous ... Et 24h de parking nous on coûté 20$ (les tarifs donnés à la réception sont additifs et non pas exclusifs). This was a very nice place to stay in Toronto. I wasn't thrilled with the Chinatown neighborhood, but I felt safe enough. (I was traveling alone.) The staff were very friendly and attemped to make things right. However, the room was never very clean, and twice in my week long stay I had to have them change 'fresh' linens that has been used to make the bed. I would leave in the morning with a clean unmade bed and return with the bed remade with stained sheets! Overall, a great central location, […] but only for certain travellers. The hotel is located in China town Toronto where good location to shopping. and also safety and only 10 min from the city hall where center of Toronto. the hotel appearance is not fancy, but it is very comfortable and clean inside the hotel. I really enjyed breakfast, too. I went tothe ballet concert of the National Ballet of Canada on foot that it […] took only 10min. and I went back past 11pm, but nothing felt dangerous. mold in bath tub, bathroom light not working properly, view of debris, hair on the mattress. I can say I would not go there again.

Room seemed to be ok when arrived. Blanket had some stains. My girlfriend is frequent traveler for work, and she said it's sketchy. She took blanket and looked for stains, and guess what, we found few not washed out. Simple as that. Not nice at all! Second, we had back flow in drain, both in sink and tub. I had to wait for water to clear out of the […] sink/bathtub. Over time it gets worse. If those two simple things get fixed (wash blankets/sheets and keep it clean, and clean pipes i.e. using draino) room can easily get 4 stars!!! Lisez la suite

poor limited breakfast menu selections which I didn't have, scary expensive($20 a day) parking lot, no water for an hour, elevator was broken... and so on. The worst memory of my Toronto visit. I will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location being so close to downtown. Great rooms with great prices! Definitely will stay again.

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. It was close to Queen street shopping and the Eaton Center, and most importantly the room was comfortable and spacious. I will stay here again in the future.

We stayed in the motel just one night while we attended an appointment at a nearby hospital. Everyone here was super friendly, the staff were courteous and the other guests we encountered were friendly as well. Our room was clean and comfortable. This place has huge rooms with TV, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Free continental breakfast makes it that much better.

This hotel was unexpectedly good. We stayed king size bed room. It was clean and spacious. Furniture was very nice, too. It is great deal considering the price.

Don't expect any sights from the window, or any usual amenities, but DO expect a great value for your money. Chinatown (surrounding area) really isn't that attractive, but the hotel itself is located within comfortable walking distance of a number of top toronto tourist destinations (such as those on the superpass).

The hotel is close to most of the tourist attractions and the surrounding neighbourhood seemed pretty safe. The room was clean and contained all the typical amenities. We really enjoyed the continental breakfast, always a plus, and the free Internet access. The smart card swipe elavator is a good idea, but it slowed things down for getting in and out […] of the building, but maybe it was just because it was New Year's Eve and there were more guests. We were in town for the ballet and some Christmas shopping. 6 girls, 3 adults, 3 kids and the Super8 had a giant room for us with a sofa bed. The parking garage caused some confusion as one of our vehicles was taller than the 6' clearance and had to be parked in a lot down the block. Also we had to take 2 different elevators to get to the hotel from […] the parkade which despite the inconvenience, made the hotel more secure. The beds were clean, the sofa had some stains on the cushions, but the bed itself was clean. The bathroom was generally clean but not immaculate. The front desk person was very efficient and polite, but extremely busy. He was kind enough to arrange a taxi that would accomodate our large group. Location was very central to downtown core and transit which made it very easy to get around. Shopping and restaurants were all within walking distance. Although located in Chinatown, the area was busy and felt safe with so many people around. Staff were very pleasant and helpful especially Zaeen, the daytime concierge.

We were very pleased with this hotel. Our room was good quality for the price. The hotel is located very close to some great authentic Chinese and Vietnamise restaurants within walking distance. Parking was a bit pricey. Continental breakfast was included. Very close to Toronto Western hospital.

Clean, Spacious, we were a pretty large LOUD crowd (There to go clubbin) No noise complaints.

Hotel is great and rooms are very large. Buy all your pop before you get there as all the stores in Chinatown don't sell pop for some reason and unless you want Chinese food (which is good) pick up food before u get there or be prepared for an adventure finding anything but Chinese food. Confusion about room but it was immidiatly rectified.

Great location, clean rooms. Only problem I had, Someone tried to get into my room about 1am. They had a key, but I had the door bolted on the inside.

If Someone is looking close to downtown and also wanna some good cheap option this is the hotel of your choice. Well the staff is mixed, I mean some were helpful and some werent. But overall the comfort level the location and everything worked for me. Its easily reachable by TTC and has good connectivity to other areas of downtown as well.

If you like China and the Chinese culture then you will love the location of this hotel. The parking garage was difficult to park in due to the low clearence for our truck. The breakfast was subpar at best.

room was clean and comfortable service was good . The only thing I thought they could improve was the continental breakfast .

There was no sink stopper in bathroom sink and the maintenance manager refused to remedy the situation.

I stayed at this hotel because of its close proximity to my appointment. Walking thru Chinatown was quite nice. The hotel staff were very accomodating.
