Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Longmont - Longmont

We opted to stay in Longmont instead of Boulder because it was closer to our next day's destination -- Estes Park -- and because the Holiday Inn Express in Longmont had a better rate (plus free parking and a great free breakfast) than most other options in Boulder. Such a great decision! The hotel is in a nice suburban area with many places to eat, […] a movie theatre and a Kohl's deptartment store in sight of the hotel. The room was comfortable, if a tad small, but we have a family of 5 and could still fit a roll-a-way bed in the room. The highlight for the kids was the pool and water-slide. My 6 year old son was still talking about the slide days later! There were free, just-out-of-the-oven chocolate chip cookies upon our arrival. Best of all, after a long, busy day, we had our pick of many decent restaurant choices within 1/2 a mile, choosing to walk across the parking lot to Outback Restaurant. We could have easily gone to the movies that night too, if we my kids hadn't been so enamored of the pool! Easy drive to Estes Park and Rocky Mtn National Park the next day. Lisez la suite

For the most part, we were satisfied w/the hotel. However, I hadn't noticed when I booked the room, that the double did not come w/a fridge. When I called the front desk, they said they'd bring one up if they had an extra one, which they did. Good thing that the young man that brought it up had boxers on because his pants were hanging below his butt. […] Might be stylish but not very professional. The breakfast was OK. Your typical hotel continental. The oj and the apple juice were watered down however. There is a computer for guests to use near the lobby. There should be a time limit on use because when I wanted to get on there for a couple of minutes to check for directions, I couldn't because of another guest that was using it. I checked 3 times over the span of an hour or more and he was still on there every time. The pool and hot tub were nice. For a hotel, the big blue slide was pretty good! Lots of good restaurants in the area. Might want to bring your own pillow. They were a little poofy for us even though one was marked "soft" and the other was marked "firm". Lisez la suite

The manager Maria was a super pleasant person. She was very organized and friendly. W brought my daughter there for her birthday and she said it was the best birthday ever. The water slide was great and the breakfast area was stocked and wonderful. I would definitely stay there again!

I've stayed there for several years the night before a huge 10K in Boulder, Colorado. From the moment I walk in, to when I depart, I am impressed. The staff is extremely friendly and they want you to be happy, so they go out of their way to make that happen. The rooms are clean & spacious. The pool is fun with a lifeguard. Great place for my daughters b-day!! Hotel was super accomidating and the front desk clerk (running the whole hotel himself) was fantastic--he needs some help though or a raise! Hotel had three large groups plus other guests, and kids had a blast. Pool looks larger in the pics- but still amazing for a hotel--great slide. This is the first time I've felt compelled to write a review on a hotel. This hotel was fantastic! Specifically, I am very happy with the service. The young man at the front desk was awesome. He was friendly and did everything he could to help with any requests we had. The lady that was in charge of the morning buffet was also great. She was friendly, […] attentive, and helpful. So much so that my wife went back to our room to get her a tip (first time ever). The positives include: 1) clean hotel and room 2) surprising good continental breakfast including eggs, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, and more! 3) awesome 2-story pool slide 4) very nice room 5) best service I've ever gotten (I think the front desk guys name was Will, great kid!) 6) very helpful with one small issue we had 7) quiet hotel Negatives are: 1) Pool is only four foot deep...but, this is to be expected since the pool is mainly for kids and has an awesome slide. 2) You can hear a train at around 7 in the morning. Other than that, it was very quiet. 3) Health nuts will want more fruit on the breakfast line. They only had bananas None of these negatives are a big deal at all and nothing that would change my opinion of this hotel 5/5. I would stay again and I would recommend it to all of my friends. The hotel staff were outstanding. From the gentleman who checked us in to the lady who runs the breakfast - everyone was super friendly and accomodating. The pool is fun (water slides), especially for families. The hotel is right next door to Outback and REAL close to shopping area and movies. Lots of options. Breakfast had sausage and eggs. The suite we booked was not availble when we arrived. They were extremely helpful and did what they could. The room we received was fine, just not what we paid for.

The service is very good. Everyone is friendly and helpful. We have stayed there before and my family remembers the experience. The swimming pool is memorable and the beds are wonderfully comfortable. The eggs are horrendous though... only complaint.

The staff has really internalized the value of exceptional service. They regularly went out of their way to take good care of me. I won't drink coffee out of the styrofoam cups they have for their morning buffet, so they found a ceramic cup for me. Clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet-- a great value for business travel.

My husband and I were impressed with the comfort of the bed, cleanliness of the room + friendliness of the staff. Exceeded our expectations for sure! Would highly recommend.

Breakfast Bar should feature more healthy items. Plain yogurt would be nice instead of flavored. Flavored has sugar. Also, more fresh fruit. Eggs tasted awful. Cereals, low fat milk, toast and fruit juices were good.

WOW. I was surprised at the size of the room. Last minute, we ended up having to take our 2 kids (4yrs. & 16 mos.) in a room with just a King bed. There was room for our pack-in-play, a tent set up for our 4 yr. old and still had the love seat & desk accessible. The room was very nice, the bed very comfortable, the continental breakfast was fantastic, the kids LOVED the slide and the pool. The slide is only open when a lifeguard is present so just know that going in. :) The staff was very friendly and we would definitely stay there again.

We found the accommodations lovely. The kids especially loved the water slide! Close to many great res truants.

The pool is great-the service was awesome-the people were very nice and the fresh baked cookies in the lobby every nite certainly didn't hurt. Breakfast was good-but could do a little better with the egg or egg substitute. Thank you-it made our trip to denver enjoyable knowing at the end of the day we could come back to a clean comfortable room.
