Nice hotel with a fantastic staff in a not-so-great neighborhood. While centrally located, this hotel is not in a great area for walking, especially at night. We much preferred the time we spent at boutique hotels in Palermo where there is far more culture and we never had any safety concerns (even late at night). Hotel neglected to make any notification that the restaurant is closed due to refurbishment yet still managed to do breakfasts!

This is a fairly nice Hotel. There is a Starbucks downstairs, shopping within walking distance and convenience stores nearby. I would stay away from the Hotel restaurant unless your craving a ham and cheese sandwich. The rooms are fairly small, but clean. One down side is the elevators. I was able to walk down from the 7th floor before the elevator […] got to the 7th floor. I actually walked up once because I waited for the elevator for about 4 minutes and gave up. Excellent location and a wonderful view over the Obelisco. Well located for all the must see sights in Buenos Aires. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

My wife and I had a great experience at this hotel, thanks to the hotel staff. The location is perfect, close to everything.

Original roon did not have a view of city. Paid for upgrade to room with small balcony overlooking the 9th of July blvd which we enjoyed. Staff plesant and helpfull. Restaurant not open for dinner until late, but excellent one around the corner -Arturito's. location very good, i.e. close to the shopping street-Forida.

The staff was consistently courteous and helpful -- no complaints about them at all. The room, while small, was nicely appointed and the internet access was remarkably easy. The bathroom fixtures needed a little work. The location was good but not great. The price was certainly reasonable. Altogether we would give it a 4 out of a possible 5.

The location was perfect although a little loud, but i dont really mind that. sevice was great and the room was extremely clen and comfortable.

We were a group of 4 people (2 couples) for a week in Buenos Aires. Everything was as promised and I can generally recommend the hotel for visitors. Close to everything (shopping, transport etc) The hotel staff extremely helpfull and we enjoyed the stay in all regards. Great room. Good location. Good price (especially on weekends). Definitely recommended.

I didn't expect the rooms to be as small as they were but with that said, the hotel made up for it in customer service and the view! Being in front of the widest avenue in the world (9 de Julio) and the Obelisk was worth the cramped room. I recommend this hotel because of the location! Outstanding!!!! Excellent service, right in the heart of town -- we had a great view of the Obelisco out of our window. The two bed room was larger than we expected, and the breakfast was superb. The front desk staff were fantastic with recommendations -- they seemed to "read" what we would like exactly right...The beds were super comfy too...

Great location. Clean room with nice view of street. We paid for view of street. We were on the 6th floor with awsome views. Windows keep most noise of street out. Clean room, comfy bed, good shower, great service, good breakfast. Tour company next to hotel.

The hotel is located in Downtown BA, very central to all neighborhoods. THe staff was more than helpful, as I speak no Spanish, they were very helpful in getting me to where I wanted to go. When I return to BA , I wiil stay here again. The only negitive is there is a charge for internet access. Joe

The hotel is very nicely maintained. They don't tell you that the lower room rate has a view of a concrete wall and ours had a loud generator below the window that smelled and prevented us from leaving the window open. The view was the absolute worst, an ugly concrete building. Get a room in the front, period. The desk staff was great, the security […] horrible. They gave me trouble about bringing a girl back to my room, who was my wife. The security people were rarely friendly and a bad first impression every time we returned. Location of the hotel is great for tourists. It´s right in the center and a lot of sights are within walking distance. The Obelisco is right across the street. The hotel is located by the widest avenue in the world: Avenida 9 de julio. The building is very nice, room was a bit small, but nice and very quiet. Beds are very comfortble. Bathrooms are comfortable […] too, fresh flowers everyday. Breakfast is served every morning from 7 to 10:30 am. Coffee and pastries are excellent. El hotel en general nos gusto pero me pareció mal que me hagan firmar un ticket por determinado valor y por las dudas, es la primera vez que me sucede y eso que en el tema somos experimentados ya que viajamos mucho, tanto aquí como en el exterior. Otra cosa que no nos gustó es que carezca del desayuno, después todo lo demás está bien.

El servicio del hotel en generl es muy bueno. La ubicación es muy buena ya que está sobre una avenida que está cerca de centros de compras, restaurantes y teatros. Esta muy bien puesto, muy lindo el baño y un poco chico pero lindo el cuarto.

Gostamos muito da estadia, mas achamos que há necessidade de fazer qualificação dos trabalhadores, pois uns são muito bons e outros deixam a desejar....

Gostei muito do Caesar Siver Obelisco, os quartos são pequenos mas aconchegantes. Ótima lmpeza e cordialidade. Há muitas facilidades perto do hotel, como cafés, farmácias, mercados e metro. Recomendo!

CLASSIFICO COMO UM 3 ESTRELAS. QUARTOS SÃO PEQUENOS MESMO! EU E A ESPOSA TÍNHAMOS DUAS MALAS E, SEQUER CONSEGUIMOS ACOMODA-LAS ADEQUADAMENTE. FICAMOS EM DOIS TIPOS DE QUARTOS O 502-FUNDOS E O 807 COM VISTA PARA OBELISCO, AMBOS SAO IGUAIS. NAO HÁ ROUPOES DISPONÍVEIS. O CAFÉ DA MANHÃ É SIMPLES E MUITO CARO, O PREÇO DE UM ALMOÇO NUM BOM RESTAURANTE! E, […] ABSURDAMENTE, NÃO TEM NADA DE PRATO QUENTE NO CAFÉ, NEM MESMO OMELETE, ISTO PQ ELES FECHARAM O SALÃO E A COZINHA QUE SERVIA AO CAFÉ DO HOTEL E, ALI ABRIRAM UM STARBUCKS, COM ENTRADA POR FORA DO HOTEL. excelente hotel. excelente localização. bom preço. excelente quarto. comprem a opção luxo, pois para eles luxo superior e luxo é a mesma coisa. de ruim só a vista para o interior do hotel, já que os apartamentos com visão para a avenida nove de julho são do tipo luxo superior com visão para 9 de julho - sem opções de contratar via Internet.

Para tirar 10 absoluto, somente um colchão um pouco melhor para acompanhar o padrão do conjunto do hotel. Os atendentes são ótimos e ajudam você a escolher as opções. Vale a pena.

O CAFE DA MANHA NAO ESTAVA INCLUSO NA DIARIA E O VALOR A PARTE ERA UM ABSURDO.

hotel novo de bom acabamento ,bem gerenciado,com calefaçao boa!!!! pode melhorar o café da manha muito basico falta opçoes de frutas ovos mexidos !!! mas com certeza nós recomendaremos para os proximos passeios nossos a buenos aires inclusive para amigos.

Ótimo hotel. Localização privilegiada. Prédio em ótimo estado de conservação. Quartos agradáveis e confortáveis, apesar de pequenos. Hotel muito limpo e com belíssima decoração. Serviço atencioso e cordial. Ótima relação custo/benefício. Altamente recomendado.

O hotel em si é ótimo , com um excelente atendimento e limpeza de quarto . Porém , minha família ficou em um quarto diferente do meu , que era bem menor do que os deles. O banheiro quase não havia como se mexer e só podia passar uma pessoa por ver no quarto. Pelo que pude perceber , todos os quartos com terminação 01 e 02 são assim.

Totalmente satisfeito com a qualidade, serviços e atendimento do hotel. Ótima localização. Indico o quatro com vista para o Obelisco.

Parabéns pelo atendimento e dependências bem cuidadas. Só faltou o café da manhã fazer parte do pacote, isto é fundamental.

Atendimento excelente, funcionários muito atenciosos dando todas informações como chegar nos pontos turísticos por exemplo, vale a pena não irão se arrepender. Infelizmente o café da manha não estava incluso, e o preço ficou alto em torno de 160 pesos para o casal.

Excelente, funcionários atenciosos, fizeram até as reservas de restaurantes que necessitavamos, café da manhã, ótimo, tudo de muito boa qualidade e bom gosto!
