Calme et tranquil, idéal pour se préparer quelques repas(cuisine équipée), lave linge et sèche linge. Dommage que le wifi ne soit pas accessible de la chambre.

hotel parfaitement adapté à un séjour en famille, accueil personnalisé, appartement immense (ménage fait tous les jours) avec une cuisine équipée où tout est fourni (poudre machine à laver et lave vaisselle, liquide vaisselle, éponge, torchons, sopalin... il y a aussi un sèche linge. Une grande table à manger, un canapé convertible, une terrasse pour y manger à 4. Un grande chambre avec un lit immense, télé, accès terrasse et jacuzzi.. Une salle de bain spacieuse (gel douche et autre fournis). Il y a 3 piscines dans le complexe (serviettes fournies, avec cascades, 3 ou 4 jacuzzi à 40°, table de ping pong, billard (tout est prété), des chaises longues à perte de vue, un ponton qui donne sur un lac avec crocodile et tortues. L'accès au tennis est gratuit et ils pretent les raquettes et les balles. Le restaurant est très bon, le bar est accessible, et les parcs Disney sont à 5 minutes. A recommander pour des vacances relaxantes!

Tres bonne impression générale. Chambres spacieuses et tres propres. Entretien sans reproches du resort en général. Piscine exterieure chauffée des plus agréables. Personnel à l'accueil irréprochable . Un tout petit bémol quant au choix des plats préparés proposés.La carte mériterait d'être un peu étoffée avec quelques plats en plus dédiés aux clients d'outre atlantique. L' hotel est situé à mi chemin de Dysney et Universal, à proximité d'autres attractions de premier rang. Sans oublier un supermarché à 5minutes et un excellent Premium Outlet à 15minutes de marche.Nous retournerons donc sans aucune hésitation dans ce même hotel lors de notre prochain voyage

Incroyable confort : chaque combo est composé de 4 chambres, une grande cuisine, un grand salon, 3 salles de bains, 4 wc. Beaucoup plus que ce à quoi nous nous attendions. Piscine, jaccuzzi, l'endroit est très calme et pourtant très proche des parcs (Disney et Sea World notamment) Je recommande fortement cet hôtel (attention cependant : pas de ménage inclus dans le prix et le check-in se fait dans un hôtel voisin, pas si simple que ça à dénicher)

"Very Quiet!"
Very Quiet area. We were able to walk around in the resort next door, which must have been more expensive. Went out to dinner close by and had no trouble finding our way. We had come for a balloon ride the following morning. We would have liked to spend more time there, since everything seemed wonderful. "Disney vacation"
This hotel is out of town a little ways, but close enough to Disney for an easy vacation there. The hotel has several nice pools, a great hot breakfast and a free shuttle to Disney. Who could ask for more at this price? A great family getaway and a great value.

"HIE Summer Bay resort - very good value."
We always stay at this hotel when going to a park in Orlando, although it is not the closest one ; good value, very clean and comfortable, professionnal staff. So we can relax with the kids at the resort the next day.

Nice resort like property . The room was clean . Breakfast was decent continental. Excellent pools for the little ones. With two having bars and activities. Over all with it for the money.

Everything was ok. Beds are really confortable, The breakfast was quite boring, did not have hot items, since normally the HIE I have visited in the past have pancakes, eggs, sausages, etc. for the rest excellent location, very nice area.

Excellent stay consistent with all Holiday Inn Express locations. This one is located on grounds with other longer term vacation lodgings. Good option for Disney area or convention center hotels. About 15 minutes drive to Disney, easy direct drive.

Perfect in every way.
Great hotel stay from beginning to end, front desk staff extremely friendly.All staff very pleasant. Rooms clean. Would definately stay here again and would recommend to other travelers.

Great hotel: very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, and close to Disney. I was extremely satisfied with the room and property, and it is inside the Summer Bay resort, so guests benefit from the manned security gate, and other resort ammenities.

The hotel was extremely adequate. It was clean and the staff very friendly. The beds were okay, nothing to write home about, but not lumpy or uncomfortable. The bathroom was spic and span, I Immensely appreciated that. Breakfast bar was full off food and what we ate was good. Our one complaint would be the air conditioning unit was VERY noisy when it […] kicked on. I was very grateful to have the AC available to us, as it was hot while we were there, but when it kicked on, everyone knew it kicked on. What a pleasant surprise . We were in cary, north carolina the previous week for the nationals for fast pitch softball. After the tournament we were going to go to clermont ,fla.to visit my mom. so i surfed online for a room and stumbled onto summer bay resort . Great find !!! Really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend it to anyone, Thanks Ozzie

My overall experience was pretty good. The room was clean eventough the housekeeper only made the beds halfway the first morning and also forgot to put towels in the bathroom. Breakfast was not wide. I was expecting more variety. My party loved it though. The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely firendly. I was accommodated really fast. The walls are very light and you can pretty much hear what the people in next room are talking about. Other than that, very nice hotel and they serve breakfast. The hotel furniture is quite old though.

The quality of the hotel and the service were very good. The price is excellent and everything in the resort was very good. I'm absolutely sure that whenever i go to Orlando I'll stay at this hotel. the room was very clean and you can smelled it. the only thing i would recommend is to have a refrigerator in the room.

"no sleep"
With our toilet that never stopped running and the rock hard mattress, we didn't sleep very much. The breakfast was good and the pool was nice, but wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

"hotel needs to be updated...old and used..."
hotel needs updating....old and used...right down to the bedding...smelly and not nice to enter after being out at the resort..elevator was slow and always busy...wasted too much time waiting on it...used the stairs most of the time so save time...but , found the hand rails not clean to use...love the place but it needs updating....badly...
Wireless was easy to use. No microwave so we couldn't have our evening popcorn. didn't have a refrigerator. View was nice. We had an end room so we only heard some loud folks out in the hall.

The showers were terrible. There was no hot water and the shower spray was awful. You had to unplug the radio and plug in the bedside light in the same plug in order to turn off the lights at the bed. The light by the desk did not work. The hotel was ok.... the front desk person that I dealt with was borderline rude, and if the hotel had been any worse, that would have been the last straw that made me never go back. I would go back again, however, I would make sure that there were no conventions going on. We were there with a bike ride for cancer (or something of that nature) and some […] of the bikers decided to go and drink beer in the pool (there are kids around.) and they were spilling beer in the pool and urinating in the pool as well!
