Personnel serviable, hôtel à 15min de l'aéroport en voiture, navette gratuite sur demande, pas de nuisance sonore. En face de l'hôtel il y a un supermarché, possibilité d'y aller à pied. Il y a une salle de billard, nous n'avons pas vu d'autres hôtel avec ce plus. Sans compter la piscine, le jaccuzzi, la salle de sport. Le petit déjeuner est très complet. […] Il n'y a pas que du pain à faire griller comme dans beaucoup d'autres complexes, il y a du bacon, des omelettes, des pommes de terres, des gateaux et des pains variés en plus bien sur du thé, café, yaourt ......... très bon petit déjeuner, nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Un hôtel bien placé , à la périphérie de Toronto , dans un quartier calme. Un bon service et une très grande disponibilité.

Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre avec bain tourbillon dans la chambre et c'était super! Ça vaut définitivement la peine pour une soirée romantique

We did not receive a good welcome at the hotel, the prepose was looking at us not understanding our questions. During that evening and that night they did not help us find the place were we wanted to go (CN tour, Canada Wonderland, wineries...), they send us to search in the business room where the computer screen was broken and we could not print any […] information/directions. They send us to ask other guests for these informations??? So, we lost a lot of time and gaz looking around for things... The second day (sunday), the cleaning maintenance also could not give us more bath towels (we were 3 adults) and face cloths??? In the room, there was a constant noise (humming...). The good aspect: the breakfast is very good, the prepose was very nice and helpful. The room was cleaned and we enjoyed the fact that there were a microwave and mini-fridge. Lisez la suite

We recently stayed at this hotel in Brampton and while our criteria was a low cost room we were very pleased at the overall condition and comfort of the both the room and the hotel. No complaints and the staff was very helpful. Even the free breakfast was quite good. I would definitely recommend it

It was comfortable and pleasant stay with my family.

Needed to get away from my own house for a day and spent the night at this hotel. Hotel was clean and comfortable. The front desk person was friendly and check-in was uneventful. The hotel is fairly quiet, if you're looking for some peace and quiet. The breakfast buffet was GREAT!! Both hot and cold food available. A pleasant stay, would definetly  […] return. Lisez la suite

Staff was very helpful with all requests. Happy to see the pancake machine now works too. Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of service this time due to repainting. Overall, great hotel...

Spa was undergoing maintenance, unable to use. Couldn't even have a bath, since tub plug didn't work. Nor did it work in another room we looked at. Staff were wonderful, attentive and professional. Good breakfast, large variety of food. Clean rooms.

The hotel is in a great location near the shopping center and walmart for small items shopping. The room is very clean and maintained. Breakfast in the lobby area is simple and good. I have enjoy my stay and would come back again for my next trip. Not a cheezy place at all.

A good, decent hotel. Not the Ritz, but more than adequate for the price. A reasonable option for those who just need the basics. Good breakfast, lot more than the usual coffee and bagels that other hotels offer. Recommended!

I was very disappointed in this hotel. The description indicated a "jetted tub" in the King Suite. I was really looking forward to a hot bath in this tub after a long day at work but there was no "jetted tub". I found the bed to be very hard, the heating system noisy and the vent conected to the bathroom light also very noisy. The only healthy item […] on the breakfast bar was a banana. Everrything else was very salty. I thought I would get some exercise in the pool but it is so small (mas 18 people) by the time I pushed off one end I was at the other end. The kids and I stayed 4 nights . Housekeeping is good, room always kept clean and was provided clean towels daily. This hotel also Serves hot breakfast ,the automatic pancake machine was amazing kids ate that every morning. Scramble eggs, cheese omlettes , sausages , bacon , and yogurt . Most of the hotels we stayed at serves mostly cereal , bagel, […] toast and muffins . This was a plus .and the swimming area was great for the kids and I could relax in the jaccuzi . If I ever go visit Canada again, I would stay here again. Plus you have walmart across the street. 25 min drive to downtown Toronto . Lisez la suite

The hotel was well situated and generally clean and the rooms well appointed. The less than stellar rating is due to our TV not working and the issue not being resolved. It was a get away night for my wife and I and we would have enjoyed watching a movie but this was unable to be resolved during our one night stay. A staff member was supposed to come […] by around 10:00 pm but they didn't and after multiple attempts we decided to jsut give up on it. I booked the hotel online and viewed the pictures and the reviews. I don't always believe what people say as some people expect the moon. I'm not that fussy. However, I was very impressed with the hotel. The staff was very friendly and accomodating with a few things we had forgot. The room was alot bigger than I expected. Very clean, lots of towels […] and supplies. I especially liked the fridge, mircrowave and little prep area. It was convenient for making snacks & light lunches. The buffet breakfast was awesome! Everything you need to start your day & lots of it! The kids really enjoyed the pool, not as big as a regular pool but provided lots of fun for the kids. The hot tub was a bonus, nice & hot! I used the gym both days, not a full out gym but a universal that was useable and a treadmill which was great. There was a large tv in there too so 20 mins on the treadmill went by quick. There's a large glass window between the gym & the pool so I watched the kids have fun! All in all a great place, nothing negative to say at all! Will definitely stay here for next years show! This hotel was a very good stay for my husban and I. We had a jacuzzi suite which was very relaxing. Also there is a resturant in the main loddy of the hotel which is very convient for those who are hoping to stay in for the weekend and relax. This service is also avalible for room service. We arrived late evening to a pleasant welcome from front desk staff. The room was what we were expecting fridge, microwave etc and the jacuzzi was great!! I guess the view from the room isn't normally much to speak of cause the hotel is in a bit of an industrial area but it was early February and snowing and everything around looked beautiful in white. […] The comp. breakfast was good too we weren't expecting eggs and pancakes. Good quality hotel for business travelers. Rooms are adequate and beds are comfortable. Breakfast is included, but I wish they'd eliminate the "sponge" eggs! Also, if you're offering yogurt; make it real not that "pudding" quality !! I would not suggest this hotel for people looking to stay in a "classy " special place. The hotel is clean and accomodation is comfortable. The staff is friendly. Lots of variety at the buffet breakfast. Very well located, close to shopping/dining, attractions. Will definetely stay again at this hotel

I found the hotel to be very nice. The room we had was exellent. Temperature controll issues in the room. Close enought to Congress and International centre. right across the road from all amenities. Groceries, walmart, beer store all shopping. That is great for shoppers.

It was a very quiet and nice location. My hubby and I relaxed in the jacuzzi with no interruptions of noise etc. Clean, lots of towels and friendly staff. No restaurant attached however.

Hotel staff were very polite and willing to help in any way to rectify any problems. Surprisingly good breakfast dispite the pancake maker not working. Hotel & room was very clean.

The heater in my room was stuck on heat - i couldn't even turn it off, so I ended up just unplugging it from the wall. There was no way to cool the room down as the windows didn't open. So it was hot all night.

Nice updated hotel with pool, hot tub and decent simple hot breakfast. Located in very industial area. Close to Walmart Supercentre and a couple of box stores. Hotel was spotless and clean. This hotel was a good value. Pool needs more towels and a change area. Free parking and internet was a bonus.

Very good price quality relation. Excellent breakfast!

It was suprise how expensive is Canada for trevelers. So this hotel provide very good service, indoor pool, complimentary breakfast and parking (in Toronto parking is not allways incluided in hotel service!!!). Rooms are clean, bads are comfortable. Highly recomended!

My family and i enjoyed our stay very much. breakfast was great. my sons loved it. Hotel is conveniently located to many stores. Easy access to most places. I loved my short stay.
