My Family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel was quiet a distance from shops, there was a Wendy's next door. Breakfast was wonderful. My son enjoyed the pool, and Wendy's for his Ice Cream.

We stay here about twice a year when visiting family that lives a few miles from the hotel. It's right off of the highway so very easy to get to and leave. Cannot comment on the pool, we never really use it, but it appears clean from windows. We always get a clean room and lots of pillows. Never have had a problem with check-in and never had to wait […] for our room. Breakfast is good, but there does always seem to be an issue with the pancake maker. There are plenty of other options though so this is not really an issue, more just an observation. The staff is almost always very friendly and we've never had a room that was too noisy to be in. Overall, I give this hotel props and continue to use it because it's very reliable and the price is fairly competitive for the region all through the year. It never goes above and beyond my expectations, but meets them right on and doesn't disappoint. Good to know, gas station right next to hotel makes gassing up a breeze when coming or going. Stayed here because it was close to family. Room was very clean and well maintained. The second night we were there was very noisy. Never encountered this problem anyother time that we've stayed there. Breakfast was ample but breakfast area was VERY crowded. Checked out early in the morning bc of an early flight. I had 3 problems on this short overnight stay. First was that i booked a room for my wife and I and our 3 year old daughter. When i got there they only had a king bed room available and the couch was not a pull out so my daughter was left without a bed. When I complained about it they said simply "Sorry, there is nothing I can do about it." When we […] got settled into the room we tried to connect to the WiFi and were unable to so we called the desk for support who transferred me to some offsite support center who couldn't figure it out after wasting 1/2 hour of my time. They said they would escalate it and call me back. They did call me back but at 7:10 AM on Sunday morning, ridiculous that they would wake us for that, 10 hours after I first called. Later that morning we went down to the buffet and as we were getting our breakfast the staff was cleaning out the food and turning off machines, I basically had to beg to get a class of orange juice for my daughter. When I complained about the all this at checkout they repeated "Sorry, there is not really anything we can do about it" So for me they score 0 for a non-existent internet connection, 0 for ability to fulfil reservations based on booking parameters, and a -10 for terrible customer service and issue resolution. I didn't report the discomfort of bed right away. I didn't want to pick up everything & move. I told the front desk when I checked out the bed was uncomfortable, sagged in middle. They said they would make sure when I return they would check bed out & thanked me for reporting it.

The front desk and housekeeping were fantastic and very attentive and helpful - the breakfast was a 3 on the scale of 1 - 10, The beds although changed every day were not comfortable and squeaky when you moved around. The location made it hard getting in and out of the property that was tucked in between a car dealership, storage company and a Wendy's […] restaraunt. I have stayed at this hotel many times before and it was always a pleasure. However my recent stay I was blown away by their recent policy change. They used to do a standard $50 incidental hold on your credit card. Now with the new policy they place $150 per day hold on your credit card. The staff were very friendly & accomodating. The hot breakfast had something for everyone considering it was a limited buffet style. The lady that looked after it most days did an exceptional job. This hotel was in a great location in where we were visiting in Pembroke Pines and it was EXTREMELY clean! Also a hidden bonus of this hotel is that it has a Cracker Barrel within walking distance (if you're into those kinds of places).
