all was good except the pool was not available due to some kind of water leak in that area of hotel--not their fault

THE BEDS WERE UNCOMFORTABLE CAUSED ME AND MY WIFE TERRIBLE BACK PAINS AFTER MY SON IN SEPERATE BED ALSO HAD SAME PROBLEM. THE MORNING COFFE WAS COLD. NEXT TIME I AM IN AREA WILL LOOK FOR DIFFERENT MOTEL. THE PEOPLE WERE NICE BUT THAT DOES NOT MAKE UP FOR THE UNCOMFORTABLE BEDS AND BAD COFFEE

"Very Neat Hotel"
This hotel seems to be brand new. Everything is so clean. The indoor pool was amazing. Very nice. I went with the family for my graduation at Liberty University, and even though it was a long drive, it was worth it.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel where we found our room to be very clean and comfortable. The employees were very friendly and helpful. There are many stores and restaraunts nearby. I will definitely be staying there again.

Very clean and comfortable
I was quite disappointed! On checked out I gave the staff member at the desk the following: The bottom part of the shower curtain was filthy with soap scum and mildew. The white blanket on the bed had a large red stain and appeared to be just flipped over. I payed for the kingside room with all extras I had coffe supplies and no coffee pot no problem […] I saw the sign that said coffee 24/7 so decided to walk down only to find empty pots .Over very disappointed have stayed here before hope this is not the new norm. "Good for the money"
Within walking distance of everything from food to Wal-Mart!! Figured as new as this hotel was, it might look a little more contemporary on the inside, but it was just your normal "outdated" look. Everything was fine during our stay though. Would definitely stay again. :)
"decent room for $, but needs cleaning improvements badly"
My husband crawled into bed and felt something at his toes. He kicked it out from underneath the covers... someone elses socks. Needless to say, they didn't change the sheets before we arrived to the room. Not nice to know that you are sleeping on the same sheets as a stranger slept. There is only one washer and dryer, so it was difficult staying 5 […] days with little ones and wanting to do laundry over a holiday weekend. The cleaning crew needs to stay on top of the entrance ways more as there were leaves and dirt blown in everywhere. The room was not so bad otherwise and rather nice staying in a suite for a good price. JUST CHANGE THE SHEETS. YUCK!!! It would have been nice if the management acted like they cared a bit more. They did not offer to change it right then, nor did we get a call from the daytime management or any offers to make our stay better in anyway. A phone call at the very least would have been nice, but the staff seems young and not very professional, so what can you expect? The young lady at the desk, sat in her seat with her fur trimmed coat on and didn't know what to say when I asked for quarters for the laundry and she didn't have any change to offer. In addition, there isn't any hotel store inside, so be prepared!! Lisez la suite
"Bad customer Service"
The hotel condition was good. The rooms were good. We got charged twice for staying one night. The night we stayed and then 4 days later charged again. Got the run around about it for a week calling the hotel. The manager would not return our calls, called the corporate manager to get this handled. A week later we still have not settled this.

Needs Improvement no towels at the pool and it was dirty cobwebs in corners of the room & bathroom

The hotel was nice and clean but when we (5 in one room) ask for more towels we were told to reuse the ones we had. We didn't have enought for five people in the first place! The pool was clean and nice but there were no towels there either so if we took the ones from our room then we didnt have enough for showers the next day! They need to purchase […] more towels. "Needs improvement in housekeeping"
we had serious problems during our stay. Housekeeping came to clean our room and take our dirty towels. When we returned later in the evening, housekeeping had not cleaned our room and had taken our dirty towels but did not replace with clean towels. When the front desk was called, we were told that there were no clean towels available. There were not […] even any towels at the pool to retrieve. After numerous attempts to speak with the manager, I finally gave up and got her card to contact once back at home. I have since left the manager messages, but she has yet to return my calls. Obviously she does not care how her hotel is run. We stayed during a holiday weekend and one would think that extra housekeeping would be available. The hotel was completely booked and we were told that some rooms never got cleaned and ours must have been one of them. My parents had the same problem with their room. Lisez la suite
