Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites Kingsport - Kingsport

The room was nice and clean, my kids loved the indoor pool, and the free breakfast was great! The only problem I had was that my son and I got stuck in the elevator. Luckily a maintenance man was there working and got us out pretty quick, about 20-30 minutes. The hotel staff never asked how we were or our names. Comfortable, clean, family atmosphere including hot soup and warm cookies in the evening. An inviting location in a lovely town.

This was a very satisfying stay. Our suite was very nice, including a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. The maintenance people did a good job at keeping our room necessities stocked up. The hotel as a whole was very clean as well and the pool area was very nice. The continental breakfast was delicious and had many different options. The Dominoes […] room service was very convenient. There were also many different other food places readily available as well as a grocery store. There was a small mishap with my reservation getting 'lost', but they quickly resolved my problem with a quick phone call. All the front desk clerks were very nice and helpful also. We scheduled the room for my granddaughter's 11 birthday. She invited a few friends - they enjoyed the pool and had an awesome night! The employees were very acommodating supplying 2 Queen beds and a sleeper sofa - Refrig / Microwave and all the necessities to make this an enjoyable evening!

For the money the room was great with service to match. The hotel is very clean and comfortable as well as the staff being very accommodating. Close to downtown Kingsport and several nice restaurants.

We were so excited to have such a great room, and helpful staff. We will look for this hotel for our future visits to this area. Super clean, inside and out. We loved it!!!

I have traveled a lot. This was some of the worst customer service I have received at a hotel. The first night we were there, my 2 year old got sick and threw up in the room. When I called the front desk, I spoke to a young lady. I sincerely apologized and asked if someone could come and clean the area on the carpet. She said no problem, she had cleaned […] up worse, and said someone would be there in a moment. A few minutes later, I got a knock on the door. There was another girl at the door who proceeded to hand me a trash bag and cleaning supplies to clean it myself. I was shocked and asked if I was supposed to clean it. She informed me that there was only 2 of them at the desk and they were extremely busy. She just happened to be the one on her cell phone chatting away when I walked in to register 15 minutes earlier. I asked if there was a maintenance person on shift (it was around 7pm). She told me no, and that she was definitely NOT "cleaning up someone else's vomit!" I asked to speak to a manager several times. I was told someone would call me back. During my stay, I never received a phone call. I did, however, receive dirty looks and attitude from this girl every single time I walked past the front desk. We, again, had words the next day when I asked why I had not heard from a manager. AFTER we checked out three days later, a manager called. He said he had had some trouble with people complaining about her attitude before. He evidently didn't say much to her, because when we came back to the hotel a few days later for the second half of our stay, she once again gave me the "go to you know where" looks when I passed by the front desk. Had we not made reservations that were non-refundable, we probably would have went some where else to stay. That being said, the hotel was very clean. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were comfortable. Enjoy the complimentary continental breakfast and the afternoon fresh baked cookies. One small compaint, the fitness facility. The equiptment that worked was filthy, but I cleaned it off and got my work-out in.

This hotel was clean, comfortable and convient! Breakfast was really good with bacon, warm cinnamon rolls, biscuts and gravy just to name a few of the items. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We were slightly disappointed with the indoor pool. It was not very warm but the kids loved it for a little while. I would definatly stay here again.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Good selection for breakfast - sausages, eggs, bacon, bagels, pastries, coffee, juice, yogurt, milk, apples and bananas. Convenient location. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Our Family of 4 had a wonderful visit to Tennesse. The hotel was the icing on the cake. Every staff was helpful and friendly, all the time. THe breakfast was so yummy. Everything was Very clean. I have no complaints! THank you for your hospitality.
