"clean, good breakfast"
All was good. The only complaint that we had was that we got hot at night and turning the thermostat down didn't change the temperature at all. It seemed to have a cap on how cool you could make the room.

"Pre Christmas Visit"
We picked this Hotel for the kids to swim. When we checked in there was a sign that said pool was closed. We went to the front desk and asked about it. The heater in the pool was not working. He advised us we were fine to swim as long as we did not mind that. The kids were very happy, cold but had a great time!
"Very nice staff"
I had to wait until 5:30 before I was able to leave. The front staff let me stay in my room because they had low occupancy the day I was there. That was extremely nice and it was very appreciated. I wish all hotels were so kind when it doesn't adversely affect them. Thank you!

Room was very nice. Hotel staff was great. The young man that checked us in was very pleasant. He put is in a room that was quiet since there was a group of high school kids and younger kids staying at the hotel. They were not a problem at all.

We arrived just after the 3:00pm check-in time and were given our choice of rooms. The staff was extremely professional and courteous during our stay. My boys really enjoyed swimming in the pool -- which we had pretty much to ourselves. Overall excellent stay! Highly recommended hotel for a restful night after a long day on the road.

"Countrytime in Miami, Oklahoma"
We stayed here in 2008 and decided to stay here again. BUT.. The bathroom had a sour odor like it hadn't been cleaned but maybe just wiped over. There were no hand towels or bath mat. We had to call front desk. At breakfast several tables had not been cleaned but we heard some girls chatting and laughing in the next room. No one EVER came out to clean […] up the tables. It was dirty and unappetizing. I cleaned off our table for my husband and myself so we could eat. The cinnamon rolls are a 5. Lisez la suite
"Excellent place to stay"
The room was clean and in very good condition and the breakfast was great. I would recommend this hotel. We arrived late at night and had no problem getting our room.

They billed my credit card after I had prepaid for the room thru hotels.com. I tiold them not to bill me at the front desk when I checked in and they did it anyway. Please tell them to tak it off my bill.
