"Nice hotel"
The hotel and staff was very nice. The hotel looks like the pictures online and it was clean and close to resturants and gas stations.

"one night stay 7/2/11"
We had a suite with two double beds and a pull out sofa. We have 3 kids and so we have to get the biggest room, we got there about 7:30 pm and asked for a blanket for the pull out and they were out of blankets in the entire hotel. I asked what I should do and the lady at the desk said, We are out of blankets. That was her answer. It was a decent hotel, […] but if I had the chance I might stay somewhere else. Hotel is nice but top sheet did have a few stains, nice pool area but the pool could use a good cleaning....Hotel staff was very friendly

The staff was very helpful, storing our two bicycles so we didn't have to leave them on the vehicle. We dined in the restaurant and found the food very good, well priced and the waitress very cordial. We would stay again.

This hotel was clean however, when I called the front desk twice to have someone stop the children in the room above us from jumping off of the beds and couches and to stop screaming at 10:45 PM I was told "there is really nothing they could do". I asked if I should call the police or if they would and was told that they would send security up there […] and knock on the door this time( this time???). We will not recomend this hotel to anyone. If hotel staff can't control a situation such as this they will not get our business. Lisez la suite
"I'll stay again"
very polite staff extremely clean lobby, pool, rooms the pool is supposed to close at 10pm but i guess because most of the guest didnt arrive until later that night it remained open until 12pm, after all guest had cleared out , they treated the water i forgot to pack a toothbrush and the hotel provided one at no additional charge as soon as you stepped […] into the room the only thing you caould smell was cleaners, not a bad thing, it was a pleasant scent, so much so that my germaphobe wife actuall felt safe to sleep on the sheets, (she pack our own sheets when ever we travel) maintenence was hard at work the entire time of our stay to clear the hotel grounds of snow, even the back patio for smokers!!, if i could have given this place 10 stars i would have if you are looking for a anice place with a fair price then this is it!! also must note even though i didnt go, there is a restaurant and bar offering "night caps" , and dinner for a fair price, and i did manage to hit the Starbucks around the corner a couple of times Lisez la suite

"Great Hotel!"
This was a great hotel. We arrived and check-in was simple as was checking out. The restaurants surrounding the hotel were family friendly. The pool area was nice and clean. The room service was reasonable and tasty. The only thing I would change would be that the restaurant at the hotel closes at 10. Usually room service stops at 11 but it ends at […] 10 at this hotel. It was easy to find and the staff was friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely stay there again! Lisez la suite

"The Staff Haden't a Clue"
We arrived at 2pm. Check in was at 3pm. The room was ready so they let us check in early. We went straight up stairs and back down to the pool. Within 30 minutes, we were 'strong-armed' out of the pool by several children ranging in age from grade school to high school. All the adults were outside on the veranda having a "50th" party. We went to the […] desk and asked if there was a party in the pool area and they said no. I told them they should check again and that we were forced out by a bus load of kids. We asked to check out, they offered us free breakfast but wouldnt refund our money. We checked out at 3:10pm. We had only been there an hour. I sat on the side of the bed, it seemed comfortable. "Great Place"
Restuarant had good food- fresh and nicely presented. Staff was helpful with directions to places of note. Rooms comfortabled - beds and pillows were supper fresh and comfortable. Even my grandsons noted the difference.
