Best Western Monterrey Airport - Apodaca

This hotel has a contract with several truck companies, to serve their drivers between trips, for a couple of hours. And they do NOT clean the rooms after they have been used. We hired three rooms, and had the misfortune of findind two of the restrooms not clean, the showers still wet, and the courtesy toiletries opened. We have nothing against truck […] drivers, but would expect a clean room in a US chain hotel, no matter where in the world it is located. The airport shuttle is arranged according to the needs of the truck companies. IF they have a trip, they take you or pick you up at the airport. Otherwise, you must wait a long time. Great complimentary breakfast and free transfers to the airport.

Our mission team recently stayed at this hotel for one night. It was very clean and friendly staff. They were very attentive to all our needs. The only low point was the a/c system. The hotel itself did not seem to have a/c. The individual rooms never cooled properly. The hotel is modern one of the most up todate hotels that I have ever stayed in. Staff is wonderful, always eager to help. There is very little around the hotel its self but the rest of service more than make up for the surrounding area. I will stay there evrytime that I pass through Monterey...

very good business hotel , very NICE staff , they all speak fluent English . very professional. the room service was excellent , had the steak. I was tired and didnt want to venture out. the transportation is very convienent , when I was going back to the airport , the shuttle was full , but they had one of the drivers , drive me in the hotel car. I […] also saw a sign that said they would drive you to any business that was , I think , 12KM away and pick you up!!!pretty cool! very close to the airport , maybe 3 miles. the pool area is small but adequate, as the gym. the free breakfast had a large selection , probably more than you see in the U.S. again , another savings and convience. The room was clean, bed was very comfortable, and had good water pressure in the shower. Staff and service were attentive. We had an early morning flight and the hotel provided us with a complimentary shuttle to the airport. The hotel room exceeded my expectation for the low price I paid. Great room for the money

The hotel has a very user friendly shuttle. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. There were computers and printers for use. The pool was very nice. The staff was very nice and friendly.

Hay algunas obras en la avenida Miguel Aleman que hacen un poco complicado el acceso llegando desde el aeropuerto.

no cuenta con caja fuerte , a lo mejor ahi solo para subir avion ,no sera necesario .como quiera la persona nos comenta que no habra problema ,si no quiere que entre nadie ,podra poner tarjeta de privacidad en la puerta ,asi ya no entra nadie.en general todas las personas que nos atendieron muy amable .solo como sugerencia a hotel ,debe de tener mas […] persona en el restaurante ,ya que solo una persona no podra atender a todas las mesas y servicio al cuarto. hotel, agradable, limpio, alimentos bien en forma general. personal amable atento y servicial. se encuentra cerca del aeropuerto y zona norte industrial, precio razonable. habitaciones en buen estado, aire acondicionado bien, baño bien. lobby bien. en general un buen lugar para quedarse en plan de negocios.

En una estancia de una sola noche para abordar vuelo desde el aeropuerto de Monterrey esta es la mejor opción. Esta a cinco minutos de la terminal, tienen servicio de shuttle gratuito, puedes dejar tu auto una semana sin costo en un estacionamiento con vigilancia y a un muy buen precio.

mi experiencia en este hotel fue estupendamente placentero no hay quejas el personal de lo mejor el cuarto super comodo todas las facilidades de volver a ir monterrey definitivamente volveria a ir a este hotel gracias
