Hôtel très bien situé. Chambre petite mais très fonctionnelle. Cloisons peu épaisses mais les journées sont tellements crevantes qu'on dort très bien. Service sympa. Chambre très propre.

Trés bon séjour. Le personnel est prévenant. La navette part de l'hôtel pour la station de métro toutes les 30mn et vient vous chercher dès que vous le désirez. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. La chambre un peu petite mais accueillante. Pas de bruit pendant la nuit ce qui est appréciable après une journée à Manhattan. Pas de commerce aux proches […] alentours.Très bonne solution pour ne pas payer le prix fort de Manhattan. Ticket de métro 2,25€/trajet. Hotel de qualité . L'accueil est excellent , le personnel très agréable . La chambre spacieuse et très propre , le petit déjeuné à volonté est parfait . Construction récente. Rien aux alentours de l'Hôtel mais par contre, navette gratuite au métro à toutes les 30 minutes. Coût du transport pour deux personnes en métro à TimeSquare 5,00$ Aller seulement /comparé à 25 $ ou 30$ US en taxi. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation.Avis véridique Expedia
"No Phone System working during the entire stay!!!"
This hotel was close enough to the event I was attending that it looked like a great option for the price. However, buyer beware. The special rate we received was for a good reason that was undisclosed to us even after checkin. The entire hotel's phone and internet was down. So not only could you not call from your room but you can't call the hotel […] AT ALL. it says disconnected. and the WiFi / internet was not working at all which was a major problem. I was very upset trying to reach the front desk to find out information about check out since the conference was going to be running later than 11am. but we had to leave the event early rush to the hotel and upon telling the front desk the situation they just kind of nodded and said "Yeah we know, time warner is supposed to fix it". "Good, but could have been better"
Room was smaller than I was lead to believe. The wifi was on and off for my laptop and didn't work at all on my girlfriend's. The issue took a chunk of our day. "Manhattan view" was of a cemetery and a junk yard and a partial view of the brick wall of another part of the building... When we Got to the hotel And i noticed the area and surroundings i couldnt help tell my husband we are screw...it looked ugly And dangerous to walk at night, me Being pregnant And my hormones going crazy gave me chills just thinking HOw on earth would we walk late at night here o even come late... "Parking Packed Like Sardines"
The quality of the hotel was great and the staff very attentive. I've stayed in other nearby brands and know you can trust Fairfield. Parking at this location is limited. For a handicap person, although there are designated spaces, they are either taken by persons without a permit or crowded in so close that realistically they are not functional. The […] breakfast needs improvement too. While the location is desolate, the proximity to Manhattan is unbeatable. Plus if I were to use the train, they do have a shuttle. Tourists seem to like that. "New York fun and affordable"
The hotel is ok, great location only 4 tramway stops to manhattan, free parking good breakfast , very very nice attendants. The bus drive to the tramway is very smart.. I love the window that allowed fresh air into the room however the noise from the street woke us up on at least 6 occasions, then the elevator broke down and our door had been jimmied […] in the past so one can slip a credit card on the the door frame close to the latch and easily enter the room.. I didn't spend much time at the hotel as I was in the city most of the time, but let me tell you, the free shuttle to the subway station that this hotel offers was very helpful. They will even pick you up if you give them a call. There is also a bus stop just a few blocks away that is very easy to walk to. The free breakfast was also very good. The […] room was always cleaned, and the staff was very informative and helpful. The neighborhood is so-so, not too bad, not great. Staff and rooms were great. Only complaint was that the shuttle back to the hotel took a good 45 minutes to come pick us up, but only one time. Perfect place to say for a good price. Everything in the hotel was awesome! The staff is nice and the coffee is available 24 hours a day which i really liked! I dont recommend relying on the shuttle to take you to the train station or pick you up though. I waited for an hour and a half at the train station after i called to be picked up. It was very cold outside and my phone was dead so […] i couldn't call again. I ended up having to pay for a cab. I felt like the staff was preoccupied every time i needed something.
