Super 8 Austin Airport North - Austin

I've stayed here before and have lo it every time. However, as luck has it.. the outdoor pool was out if order and that is why we booked. Big let down for the kids. Not happy. I will always call ahead from now on.

Our stay at this hotel was fabulous. The staff went out of their way to do everything they could to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Will definitely be back. Thanks guys!

Very nice. Good appearance, clean, no bugs, large efficiency suite for low per night 4 nights, comfortable bed, good shower, good amenities, pleasant staff with good English. When I told them the pool and hot tub needed cleaning (April 23), they cleaned it the next day. Some minor wear and tear in the facility. The hot tub was dirty - albeit off season. Staff was very nice and the quality was far superior to the price!

Didn't expect Super 8 could be this clean, and up-to-date. The only downside is that the sort-of isolated location.

Do not pass this hotel by. It is wonderful. The beds and pillows are amazing. Do not think this is a typical Super 8. You'll regret it if you don't stay here.

I purchase this hotel for the night from hotels.com which incorrectly listed free airport shuttle to airport. They do not have one and I had to pay $25 to go by taxi. Not happy at all about this. Hotel was in the middle of nowhere for a walking person to go get food.

We were in Austin visiting family and decided to stay here based on the reviews we already read. Our stay was wonderful. We were on the second floor and had the gym just down the hall. It is just like in the picture and looks like not many people take advantage of it. We did not get a chance to use the pool but saw many others using it. It has a small […] convenience store open 24/7 and the morning breakfast was just right. My only complaint was that the only ice machine was on the first floor so it wasn’t like you could run down the hall in your pj’s for a bucket of ice. I will definitely stay here again. I travel a lot for work. The bed was very comfortable, the whole place was very clean and the amenities for even a hotels twice the cost were very over the top. Great value

I have stayed in this Super 8 many number of times, even though it is 20 miles away from where I have to work I still stay here because of the quality this offers. The room is super clean, the bed-sheets and blankets have a clean feel and fragrance, the shower heads are adjustable and well kept, the toilet offers all the amenities and small bottles […] of shampoo, conditioner etc. There are 4 types of pillows with varing amount of firmness; all rooms have LCD TV’s with CCTV cameras on all floors. Exactly as everyone else has described. Well-maintained, reasonably priced, cool texas-shaped waffle maker at the breakfast bar. They seem to have an odd fascination with Vizio plasma TV's which are literally on every available wall surface, but well worth staying here. I came in for a conference and saved about $120 a night by staying here and driving […] in to the conference hotel. And from the sounds of it, the Super 8 was a nicer room to boot. It's not fancy, but if what you want is a clean room, and a nice bed to sleep in, this is probably one of the best options in Austin. Great value for the rate! Very comfortable rooms. Owners care about the comfort of their guests.

Room was a good value for the cost. Location was convenient, but access in and out of location was congested at times. Frig and microwave in room was a plus, but microwave was broken and had to be unplugged to stop it from incessantly beeping. Carpet and decor of room was a bit 70's and tacky, but in good condition and with the lights out looked great. […] The desk chair was comfy, but lacking arm rest pads. The bed was very comfortable and I was in pillow heaven with the selection of size and firmness. There had to be 10-11 pillow choices on the bed! Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good though sparse in terms of choices. All in all, a great value and I would highly recommend this location, even for an extended stay. Lisez la suite

The room was soo comfortable, ecspecially the bed, it was extremely comfortable. When it was checkout time I was not ready to leave !!!!

This is one of the nicest 3 star hotels in Austin. I've stayed there four times. The beds are incredible. It's very clean. Staff is thankful that you are staying with them. The pool is outdoors - but very nice in the summer. Although the property is non-smoking - they have erected a smoker's gazebo out back - but it's not scary or unlit. The price for […] this particular hotel can be a bit up there with what you think you'd pay for a better name... don't let that fool you. It's very much worth it. The Super 8 in North Austin surprised our family of 5 with the cleanliness, comfortable beds, and location. We were happy with the breakfast selection and availability of the 24 hour mini-mart. We only wish it had been pool season!!

We stayed here for new years eve and were delighted with our entire experience! Our room was very clean and the bed was extremely soft and comfortable. Good location near downtown Austin. All in all a great time!

This is a fairly new hotel and it is very clean. There are no restaurants or stores near it's location, so that is a bit inconvenient. The good thing is there was a small fridge and microwave in the room. The room was a small (but clean) to me so if I were to go again I would ask for a suite. The free breakfast was ok. Our second time staying at this hotel. We liked this hotel because of the exceptional cleanliness, comfort, and convenience of a great breakfast in the morning. Great value for what you get!

I booked this hotel because of the reviews and they were right. Clean, family owned and operated. I'll be back.

Granted it was only a few miles away from the airport but there is NOTHING near the hotel but a YMCA. The hotel itself is great! The rooms are lovely, service great, breakfast fab. Great small touches that make your stay feel special.

We stayed here for 2 days with our two young children 15 months and 5 years old. It was such a great hotel. The breakfast buffet had a huge variety and was never busy. We spend an extra $10 for a suite and it was well worth it. The hotel is brand new and very nice. The only down side would be where it is located. It is directly off a really fast highway […] and doesn't have anything in walking distance. But it was a great location for us because the people we were visiting lived not even a mile away. It is great access to lots of shopping either right down the highway or side road either way. They even had a dessert bar every night with cake and cookies. :) Lisez la suite

The reviews for this hotel were very good; however, I was still pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel and accomodations were. And it was so convenient from the airport and to I-35. Nice breakfast too.

The hotel was very nice. We took advantage of the free shuttle from the airport--it was a little farther than I would consider an airport location. Staff was very courteous and I enjoyed talking to the hotel manager. He even placed my pizza delivery order for me. The complimentary breakfast was very tasty and the selection very nice.

This is the best hotel I stayed on my recent trip to Texas. We stayed at 4 different hotels, and by far this is the best (in terms of room condition, cleanliness, and customer service.) You can tell the hotel management (I believe this is a family run hotel) cares about their customers. They even provided us some snacks and a bottle of water for free […] in our room!! Breakfast was great! Each day they had different type of meat to go with the eggs. I love it! Coffee at the lobby available 24/7 and it is brewed one cup at a time with Starbuck coffee beans! Even though I am not a fan of starbuck I am still impressed with this offering. I can't believe I actually found a Super 8 with such high quality. Highly recommended. Lisez la suite

What a gem! We were amazed by all the anemities this hotel supplied...excellent rooms with flat screen TV, DVD player, refrig, microwave, coffee maker, new crisp white sheets and comforter. Breakfast was hot, bountiful and even had a Starbucks coffe maker with multiple coffee choices. They are close to downtown Austin (you will still need a car) but […] are miles away from the hustle and bustle. The hotel has an international feel with quality artifacts and design. The hotel is new, so that was what sold me first. the rate was great and in needed a good price. it was a little further than i wanted, but i picked it. neighborhood was great, condition was great, staff was helpful. it is a decent hotel. it isn't fancy, it's just a moderate hotel. The little touches are very nice. Like water for free with a little snack. Breakfast was nice, had lots to choose. Would stay again.

My spouse and I enjoyed our stay at Super 8. It was a surprise weekend stay for his birthday. I was so glad it was all as expected and rated and did not take ME by surprise. The staff, continental breakfast and access to the freeway was all superb. I will stay again if the rate stays the same or get better than prior offered.

Perfect place to stay for an overnight near the airport. Friendly people - great room

Very clean, comfortable room. Extremely friendly staff from the management to the maids. Good breakfast, especially the Texas shaped waffles.

Super clean room complete with incredibly comfortable beds, mini fridge, & microwave! I checked the beds for bed bug detritis because I'm a little paranoid, and everything was super clean. The hotel staff was friendly & the breakfast was pretty decent: instant oatmeal & grits, bagels, toast, sausage bisquit sammies, & even Texas-shaped Belgian waffles. […] The pool could use a good skim, but everything else was pretty fab. Also, this is a few miles from the airport on Airport Rd. or something like that. We didn't hear a car,let alone a plane, the entire stay. Nice & quiet! I would certainly recomend this place.
