Hotel très agréable, chambre spacieuse. Hotel dans la verdure. 3 ou 4 piscines. Il est très agréable de prendre son petit déjeuner au bord de la piscine.

Ravis d avoir passé deux jours dans cet hotel (plus qu une chambre, c est plutot une mini maison de vacances). Plusieurs piscines, mais un peu petite... Loin de l effervescence de Key west centre mais du coup plus calme (vehicule necessaire)

Très propre, charmant quoiqu'un peu loin de la ville. Bien qu'il y ait de nombreux bungalow, l'hôtel est très calme. le confort : des chambres inimaginables avec plusieurs étages, des lits gigantesques, un mobilier très joli et des terrasses pour un prix finalement raisonnable vu la prestation.Des produits de soins variés. Un dressing avec fer à repasser. Parfois plusieurs salles de bains et plusieurs écrans plats. La situation : un peu loin du centre historique mais défaut palié par la possibilité de faire venir des vélos à l'hôtel. L'île étant petite, se déplacer à vélo est très facile et pratique : location à la journée/vélo.on vous les amène et on vient vous les récupérer : top! Bon plan : un wallgreen (superette ++) ouvert 24/24 avec distributeur de billets (DAB) juste à côté. Le personnel : aux petits soins et arrangeants. ILs font tout pour vous faire plaisir. La restauration : c'est du dépannage pour le petit déjeuner (boissons chaudes servies dans des gobelets en cartons et céréales toutes prêtes à passer au micro ondes. Très agrėable hotel disposant de bungalows au mileu d'un jardin. Grande piscine. Pas de plage. Nous vous recommandons de laisser la voiture au parking (gratuit) et de louer des vélos a la rėception (environ 15 minutes jusqu'au centre). Chambre spacieuse avec une terrasse et wi-fi gratuit. hotel mal situé , trop loin du centre, pas de petit déjeuner possible,petite piscine , loin des plages , aucun interet d'y séjourner

Très bel hôtel avec des jardins et 4 piscines, très mignon, possibilité d'avoir une piscine rien que pour soi à certains moments... Aspects négatifs pas de possibilité de petit déjeuner à l'hôtel et rien dans la chambre (table, chaises...), la solution est d'aller le prendre en face sur le parking du centre commercial....pas terrible compte tenu du […] niveau de standing de l'hôtel. We were very pleased with our stay. The rooms are very well designed to give you a sense of privacy, and the pools are very clean and private. Highly recommended.

Thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful hotel. Tile floor, pale yellow walls, bright pictures, plants and foliage everywhere. We wished we could of stayed longer. The only drawback was the rainy weather interfered with Internet.

First-time visitors to the Keys, my wife and I chose this relatively new place with its lush gardens and pools, and nautically themed rooms. The facilities are at a somewhat weird location (right next to a Home Depot), but are secluded enough to allow for privacy and comfort. The rooms are gorgeous, as are the gardens and pools (interestingly enough […] - salt water!). There is a pier at the tip to see the sunsests, which is nice. Restaurant is okay, but not stellar. Prices and menu for breakfast are very doable, but the lunch meny was a bit bland and quite expensive. Housekeeping was good, but they kept showing up later every day. The hotel is a 2 mile ride from the hotel to downtown, and taxis show up within 5 minutes after calling. And after our first experience with Duval street, that was a blessing. Even though this hotel is not located right off Duval it still is a perfect place to stay while visiting Key West. I was surprised to see that it was located right off busy Hwy 1 when you enter onto Key West but once you enter the parking lot and grounds of the hotel you'd never know there was traffic, malls, and a Walgreens right next door. There is […] so much greenery and tropical foliage everywhere and the rooms are like cottages with entryways, porches in the back and a sand terrace with lounge chairs to soak up the sun. They have 4 pools to choose from and I loved the artwork and sculptures placed throughout the grounds. We did not eat on property but the cafe and outdoor tiki bar looked great. Beautiful views of canals and ocean from my room. It was an easy 5 minute drive to a parking garage a couple blocks away from Duval Street. Lisez la suite

To be fair, we were upgraded to a two-bedroom, two floor suite when we checked in. It had two balconies- one overlooking the water. It was absolutely fantastic. So romantic and peaceful. This hotel is tucked away right off busy Hwy 1 and yet you don't hear any traffic because of the lush gardens surrounding the entire property. We loved the beach feel to the cottage style rooms and loved the sand terrace at our back door. There are plenty of pools (4) to choose from to relax and soak up some sun. You can also rent jet skiis and kayaks […] right from their dock. We only stayed there 1 night but it was a perfect spot to relax but still be able to get to Duval street in a few minutes by car. Great hotel but located a little far from the action. Staff was very good and hotel was great. The only problem was the noise level between rooms was a little much but because the hotel was so good I would definitely stay again.

It is clean, and the staff is responsive. But something was missing. I had really hoped that waterfront meant what it said. While the property may abut the water, it doesn't factor in the offering. The restaurant at one of the pools --and the only one on the property--closes early evening. You're a ways from town, so if a meal close by is what you […] have in mind, your choices are limited. We didn't do Domino's....and the take out Chinese we had delivered was so-so. A cab to downtown will run you 15 bucks once you count the tip, and they don't take long to come. The four pools are all shallow, and are quite small. The place appears to be great for kids, and for fmaily members traveling together who want to be close by each other. A 24 hour Walgreens next door has all the stuff you need, or have forgotten, or need to import once the bar shuts down.... Lisez la suite

I have stayed at the Parrot Key twice now, and it has changed. I still enjoyed it. The rooms are very nice and the pools are small with a private feeling. The only downside is that they do not have an adults only pool location, and it is a cab ride away from downtown Key West. Also, be prepared that the check out means 11am. No exceptions for the most […] part. Also, when they say "waterfront," not so much. However, this all being said... I would stay there again. Parking is tight. Rooms have thin walls, especially if yu have a snorer next door like we did. That dude needs to have a sleep apnea test.

The hotel was awesome !!! Loved all the greenery and plants. Service was good !!! Nice and quiet. Parking can be challenging in the evening. I would go back again.

At first we were impressed with the hotel. My sister and our spouses booked a suite with 2 rooms. We paid over --- and at first glance we liked to first bedroom and suite even though it was on the 2nd floor. The problem was the 2nd bedroom was on the 3rd floor (the attic). The room was very small, and the bathroom was the size of a postage stamp. Also- […] my sister did not have control of the air conditioner and so the room was stiffling. There was no place on the grounds to buy something to eat (it was about 8:00 PM and we were forced to go to Winn Dixie. I would not recommend this hotel. Lisez la suite

Clean room, beautiful setting, fantastic pool. we really enjoyed staying here. It could be a bit closer to downtown however the trade off is that it was very quiet. will come back again!

Well maintained grounds, big/clean rooms and nice pools, but it's kinda far from downtown, and the surrounding area leaves a lot to be desired. It's just across from a Walgreens/Home Depot shopping center, and you can hear the cars whizzing by on the road, which kinda takes away the charm you'd expect when staying in the Keys. The "beach" is a small […] strip of sand w no access to water, not that you'd want to go swimming in that part of the bay regardless. Also, there's a back drop of power lines over the bay so don't expect to take amazing sunset pics. Maybe we're a bit spoiled after staying at the Southernmost last year, but Parrot Key just lacked that island paradise feel. They try, staff is very friendly, but next time we'll spend the extra money and stay at Southernmost. Lisez la suite

We stayed in this Hotel for 3 nights, it is absolutely overprized and you hear a lot of the traffic from the main road at night. Breakfast is awful. The rooms are large and very clean but the beds are noisy. Parking is free and they have sufficiently spaces

Very clean and beautiful landscaping. We only stayed 1 night and parking was less than desirable but other than that real nice place to stay.

We loved Parrot Key and will stay here again. Rooms are amazing, clean and comfortable. Service was fabulous! Front desk woman gave us great recommendations for which beach, which restaurants things to do. Very helpful and friendly.

Other than not being down town it was fine

Such a great place...can't wait to go back. Just far enough away from Duval Street to get a good sleep, but only $12 cab ride away.

Enjoyed our stay at Parrot Key Hotel, although it was a distance from the middle of Key West we didn't find it hard to get around town. The room (a garden view with two queen beds) had plenty of room in it, however I thought it needed more chairs and bigger tables to use while we were in the room. UPSCALE ISLAND DECOR, COMFORTABLE BEDS AND CLOSE TO TOWN BUT AWAY FROM THE HUBUB.

We were checked in by a young woman at the hotel who seemed nice enough but knew nothing about the island.. Upon booking this hotel stay I specified that I needed a room that would sleep three adults and one infant under 1 year of age. I was placed in a second floor villa with 12 steps to the second floor... Why would they put someone with a toddler […] in a second floor unit?? I don't know... To top it off my mother in law had nowhere to sleep because the couch in the living room was not a pull out. When I called to the front desk I was told there is no pull out couches on the whole property! ironically enough there was a second set of 12 steps that led to a locked room at the top... Once again, another set of stairs we had to keep our toddler from climbing and falling. I proceeded to call hotels.com to cancel our second night and book somewhere else. Our phone rang and it was the front desk manager apparently hotels.com called them and told them my mother in law had no where to sleep.. She was nice enough and offered to unlock the other mystery room at the top of the second set of stairs. Which turned out to be a complete second bedroom with a walk in closet and a full bath!!! That was the only good part about this experience, if you are a smoker... Good luck with that! They shun you to a dark corner by some tall bushes where all of the drunks and homeless hang out... Good luck with parking! you are lucky if you get a parking spot anywhere near your unit, if you don't get a decent spot be prepared to park in the seedy parking lot of Walgreens.. Our check out date had arrived and we wanted to enjoy the pools in the morning since they seemed nice and tranquil... When I asked if we could get a later check out, the lady at the desk said NO and we had to vacate the property at the scheduled check out time... I don't have a problem with that but when you leave a place on a monday and half of the rooms are empty, you would think they would let you stay and extra hour or two. Lisez la suite

Nice place, quite a ways from Duval St. need a car to get around or taxi (appx.13.00) to get there. Food at Cafe just o.k. and overpriced. Sevice was usually good. Comfortable beds and room clean when arrived. We were there for a week and househeeping could been a little better, floors all tile and not wiped up until I asked. Arranged for a Taxi for […] 5:45 a.m. departure by front desk, they never showed, and lobby doesn't open until 7am locked out of our room. E-mailed about problem when we were home, no reply. We loved our stay here last weekend. The surrounding area is not amazing but once you're on the hotel grounds you don't care. It's a great idea to rent bikes from the front desk and drive into the main part of town. Our room had a lovely little porch that lead out to a beautiful view from the water.
