Castle Inn - Varsovie

Fantastic location in old town. Staff very friendly. Rooms interesting.

We spent 3 nights in Castle Inn hotel. Staff was nice, helpful and they even opened the door of our hotel room! The location of hotel is nice if you want to spend your time in Old town. All historical highlights are close to and easy to reach from Castle Inn. If you want to spend your time in shopping centers, book hotel near Centrum. It takes about […] 15 minutes to walk from Old town to Centrum and in Old town, there aren't any shopping centers. In winter time Castle Inn hotel is a great choice, because there isn't any noise around Castle Square. The temperature of hotel room is quite cool, take a hot bottle with you. Sometimes running water was also cool, but it didn't bother us. And take a tourist quide with you, because the official city tourist map didn't contain enough information of anything. Lisez la suite

We enjoyed everything about this hotel. The only small problem was street noise. The location is unbeatable. We would definitely stay here again. The staff was very helpful.

well located but... no elevator, in a pedestrian area where taxis are not allow to get in, the decoration of the rooms is horrible, breakfast is not in the price ( so I think is expensive) and the do not know how to do an invoice

Rommet var veldig fint, og servicen vi fikk fra alle som jobbet der var eksemplarisk. I tillegg snakket de fleste så godt som flytende engelsk, så her er det fem stjerner på alt :)

Ett mycket charmnigt och personligt hotell med trevlig och hjälpfull personal.

Fanrastisk beliggenhet i gamlebyen, rett ved bymuren. Gangavstand til sentrum. Utrolig sjarmerende hotell, flotte rom med ulik innredning. Veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening i døgnåpen resepsjon. Minus er ikke heis, ikke minibar. Kaldr drikke kunne kjøpes i resepsjonen. Klokketårn i nærheten som ringer hver halv/hel time. Men det lå ørepropper på […] nattbordene for gjester som sover lett. Very friendly and helpful staff, nice room, ok breakfast and PERFECT location. We have already recommended this hotel to friends and would certainly stay here again.

Rimelig, koselig hotell nær busstrase 175, kjempekoselig rom med stort , rent og fint bad.Koselig betjening Minus: Ikke heis, ikke kjøleskap på rommet, men rikholdig rimelig utvalg i resepsjonen.

The hotel is found in an excellent setting in the Old City of Warsaw, and romatically situated in an old house. Accordingly, the technical conditions are different from a modern hotel: there is no elevator, e.g. . All rooms are individually decorated (not to my taste) but they are not functional. My room was very dark, no light at the working desk, […] no power supplies close to the working desk, wireless LAN very week. A cable borrowed from the reception to provide power on the desk was removed the next day.The room was big but uncomfortable, bad pillows. There were two cosy arm chairs and a small tabel to sit and rest, but again, there was no light that made it possible to read. The room was illuminated by an ugly modern ceiling lamp using three low energy bulbs, one of them broken. When being bright after a while, the light was uncomfortably cold, and the light source was blending if used when sitting in the chairs. On day three, the broken lamp was replaced by self-initiative of the staff. There was a TV above the chairs, but one could not sit and watch (I did not need to) unless one turned round the chairs and sat in front of a wall. There was no mini bar but maybe as a compensation there was a transparent liquid in a caraffe on the table with two glasses (obviously waiting to be used for quite a while). To me it was not clear to what extent the caraffe content was fresh tab water or not - I did not dare to drink, and I bought some soda from the reception. The reception was friendly but not competent: they did not care about my luggage to be transfered to my room (as had been agreed), adviced me that it was useless to phone for a cab but sent me to the wrong place to find one (in front of the tourist information - just close by). The private bathroom was huge and provided a shower that worked. There was only a very small shelf (needed to store their hairdryer), and one towel rail, no hooks at all. Mitt första besök till Warszawa, och långt ifrån det sista! Hotellet är trevligt, väldigt rent och fräscht, och personalen hjälpsamma och trevliga. Perfekt läge att knata hem till efter en heldag på stadens gator, en lugn och trygg vrå i en i övrigt mycket levande, slamrig, bubblande storstad.

Das Hotel Castle Inn liegt zentral unmittelbar am Königlichen Schloss mit Blick auf die Siegesmund-Säule. Von dort sind die Altstadt, die Neustadt und die Marienstadt leicht zu Fuß zu erkunden. Neben den individuell und kreativ eingerichteten Zimmern ist besonders der kleine Frühstücksraum zu erwähnen: Beim Blick auf die Wandmalerei hat man den Eindruck […] als säße man auf dem Königsplatz.
