The Suites of Market Common - Myrtle Beach

Loved it here. Higher priced than even the beachfront condos but still a great value. Clean modern and in great neighborhood. Surrounded by shopping and restaurants.

We stayed in a one bedroom condo and it was perfect for our family of three (two adults and a 4-year-old). As a bonus, it cost the same as a hotel but it was so much better! The unit was spacious and has a full kitchen and washer and dryer. The location in Market Common is awesome! There are shops, restaurants, a grocery store, parks and a gym all within […] walking distance, and the drive to the beach is easy. My only complaint is that the bed was WAY too soft - as in RIDICULOUSLY soft. Otherwise, this was a great place to stay and a great value for the money. Lisez la suite

Stayed at ResortQuest Rentals at Market Commons for a week. Room was large and clean. Bed was great. Location was decent (sort of away from many attractions), but it was in a great area of town. Overall a great value. We would consider staying here again.

The hotel was great. Location and things to do from shopping,meals to walking the park across the street was good. The only negeative thing was the bed was ok not great

Very new and in great location in Myrtle Beach. Large and comfortable. Draw backs are late check in and early check out. Housekeeping banging on your door at exactly 10a.m., so be sure to be ready to leave! The room was great once we got in. We had to call maintance up because our code would not work, they tried several before they got one to let us in . On sunday we went to go in the room and code would not work again, we had to call again and get another code. You had a code to get in the building(got locked out of the building because we left code in […] room) and a diffrent code to get in the room. This was an amazing stay for my husband and I, very quite, spacious and comfortable. The location was great because it was surrounded by shops and restaurants all in walking distance. It was only a mile and a half from the beach! The only thing I did not anticipate is that you don't get towels and linens fresh everyday unless you pay for it. They provide […] a washer and dryer for that. So it's not a "hotel" per say with room service and housekeeping. Great room and location. Everything you need after a day of golf or the beach, food, drink, and entertainment.

I was so please with my stay at the Market Common, Myrtle Beach, SC. From actually making the reservation to the very end of my stay I was so very pleased. Once arriving onsite the attendant, Joseph, was courteous and very professional. This was a business trip and everything that I needed from internet usage to making my own breakfast to having a night […] outside on the deck with tables and chairs it was just supper! There was a washer/dryer located in my one bedroom with den for my usage as well. I would definitely and have definitely recommended this place to others as I have stayed here before and it has kept it's standards. If you like sleeping on cotton/feathers then you will sleep well! Could not connect to the internet. Requested a cord because the one in the room was worn and I had to call twice to get that (it was delivered the next day, not good). So I had no internet for 3 days, that sucked! Oh, and the blender did not work(I wanted a smoothie so bad.) The little things mean so much!

Nice property and location. Would recommed higher end finishes as at times reminds me of a college apartment. Very nice though overall.

We absolutely loved this place. It was located right in the Market Commons, where there was food and entertainment not far away! The space itself was really nice and clean! We plan on making this our little getaway spot. If you plan to stay here you won't be disappointed at all!

I loved my stay here and would highly recommend it. My only draw back --- the parking. But that would not deter me from staying here again... already scheduling next visit!!

Apartment had everything I needed; Wish my place back in NY was as nice & quiet; tried to find a place within walking distance to buy a newspaper but no luck ( very minor inconvenience ); one of my best hotel experiences ever; would definitely go back

We loved walking around and being surrounded by the Christmas music. Awesome movie theater and California Pizza down the street. We enjoyed the shops. The only thing I was disappointed with was that there was no WIFI...you had to hard wire in.

Great location! Close to everything. Rooms were clean, but master bedroom king bed was way too soft! Futon in den could not have accomodated two adults. The sofa bed turned out to be the most confortable thing to sleep on. But view was nice, kitchen well-equipped, staff very nice and helpful!

After two separate stays at Market Common in the past year, we have grown to really enjoy the location. Close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment, and still not far from the ocean. We will be back soon.

Is like a home away from home.

I would recommend this resort to every one I know.

The room that my husband and I stayed in was very clean. I liked the idea of the washer/dryer and dishwasher in the room. Also the coffee pot in the room was a big bonus, we didn't have to leave the room to go downstairs and purchase coffee. They even provide glasses,cups silverware,plates etc., which makes the staying a huge plus. There is a grocery […] store right downstairs if you need one, very convenient. This was a lovely place to stay for a long weekend get-away. The room was nice/clean. the area is spectacular. Stores below for shopping/dining/movies. all withing walking distance. i want to live there. It was a like a small village. Clean Clean Clean inside and out. Short drive to airport, beach, shopping and University.

Had a great time. Cant wait to return!

The motel was fabulous. We have a good time while we were there. This was the best room that we had ever stayed in while we visited the beach. When you stay in other motels, the decor always look the same. But this room looked just like our home. It felt just like we were at home. Other motels make you fill like you are in a prison. In past trips to Myrtle Beach I had always stayed right on the ocean but enjoyed the change of pace with Market Commons. The restaurants and bars along with the movie theatre all within the complex were great for getting back to the room early in the evening and enjoying a care free and convenient night. Make sure to take advantage of the free state […] park pass as ocean front parking is difficult on the strip if you're looking to walk the ocean line. Stayed in a studio room with a full kitchen. Very surprised to find a murphy bed. Don't understand why since the bed was in its own area. Pillows were very hard. The room was very large with a very comfortable sitting area. Very clean !! Will stay again and bring my pillows.

I loved this resort! It was clean and close to everything. I would def recommend it to others.

The room was more than adequate. It afforded privacy while at the same time a good view. We enjoyed the restaurants, walking around the shopping area and the park. Loved the ambiance and the outside music. Great for couples and families. We took advantage of the State Park. We liked it so much that we booked an extra night.

Like I said, everything was great at the hotel. The only thing people should do before getting this hotel, is to check the cancellation policy.....They are very strict. We we the weekend of hurricane Irene, I they were in no way trying to let us out of our reservation. It's not like we were trying to get out of it, we just wanted to come back in two […] weeks when the hurricane had pasted. They didn't seem to care for our safety. The even told us that in case of evacuation on one day, if the all clear was giving the very next day, we had to come back or we would lose our money for the remainder of our stay. This hotel/condo/time share is very nice. The reviews were very accurate in terms of the positives. There are shops, restaurants, a movie theater, huge grocery store/supermarket, and modern decor in the units. I would definitely stay there again if I'm in M.B. Kim at the "front desk office" was very helpful too! If arriving late, call ahead of time […] because the "front desk office" closes at about 7pm. Make sure to ask for free pass to the state park which is about 5 minutes drive away. The beach there is much much much more cleaner than the beach elsewhere in the area and also less crowded with an exclusive feel. Lisez la suite

The condo was extremely clean, in a great location and very close to the beach. Would highly recommend this to anyone.

Wonderful vacation spot, truly enjoyed the stay. The location is outstanding and the place makes you feel right at home.

Our stay was excellent! Many people stay on the beach front hotels but sacrifice cleanliness, space and comfort. We had them all! It was only about 5 mins from the beach but we had immediate access to grocery shopping, movies shopping, Starbucks, dinning and more! It was worth the trip and we will be back. The hotel was awesome. This was our second time staying at RQ and we enjoy it every year, We love the location and the friendly staff.. Joseph was great to work with. The only thing I would recommend is an on site swimming pool and full lenght mirror. This will be our choice every year.

This is my 2nd time staying here and I love this location. It's close to everything and has it's own scenic area and attractions. The condos are well kept and comfortable. If they add a Club house with a pool/hot tub and exercise facility on site this location would be 4 stars or higher no problem.

We loved the how well the room was set up and how close it was to shopping and the beach.

Very nice neighborhood, very clean and convenient to shopping.

My wife enjoyed it so much!! It was very quiet, very convenint, very clean, very comfortable and everyone was very friendly. Would love to go back real soon!!

Hotel was very nice and in a wonderful location. Only had one problem that was the shower curtain was molded but they replaced it with a new one.
