Très bon hotel. Permet de bien se ressourcer après une journée de route ou de marche ! La piscine est propre et bien entretenue.

Petit déjeuner très banal. Pas de apin, pas de fruit, Le buffet du samedi soir est limité, arrivés vers 20h, il n'y avait plus de dessert. rien pour remplacer, mais prix inchangé;

super rapport/qualité prix, de loin l'un des meilleurs que j'ai eu. Jolie piscine intérieure chauffée avec jacuzzi, chambre spacieuse et propre qui donne sur la piscine et non sur l'extérieur. La réceptionniste chaleureuse et attentionnée, toujours prête à aider et à rendre service. Petit déjeuner continental complet. Bons restaurants tout autours où l'on peut accéder à pied. Je vous le recommande vivement, vous ferez une très bonne affaire.

Très bien situé à l'entrée du Parc des Great Smoky Mountains. Les chambres donnant sur l'arrière sont au calme... Gatlinburg étant extrêmement touristique (beaucoup trop pour nous) et engorgé de voitures, de monde et d'attractions diverses. On peut se faire faire une omelette à son goût pour le petit déjeuner (ce qui n'est pas très courant et ma foi, fort agréable), et la piscine intérieure (que nous n'avons pas testée) est de belle proportion. Seuls bémols, le réceptionniste n'était pas super accueillant et n'a pas fait beaucoup d'efforts pour se faire comprendre de nous qui ne sommes pas d'ici et les places pour le petit déjeuner ne sont pas en nombre suffisant pour que l'on puisse tous s'asseoir au moment où tout le monde, justement, est prêt pour le prendre!

"Get Better Beds I was very uncomfortabe"

The beds were very uncomfortable. The carpet was not swept. My sheets had lots of short hairs on them. We had a non smoking room but the room next door was smoking and the smoke was coming thru the connecting doors.Avis véridique Hotels.com
There was huge cop webs above the beds. There was a dead squashed fly at eye level on the wall near the fridge and coffee maker. The low boy had two drawers that were stiff and one of them fell apart. There was a dirty rag under the sink. after the first night when they came to clean the room they too one of the 2 wash cloths and did not replace it […] as well as the fact we had to ask for more coffee and cups. We arrived about 830-9p and given our room key. The room we entered had not been touched. There was trash still sitting everywhere, sheets and blankets were bunched on the bed like someone had just rolled out of it. It was just a minor inconvenience since we were assigned another room immediately. Our beds were hard as a rock and pillows were pretty […] flat. Overall it didn't ruin our trip. "Awesome"
I was so shocked when I walked in my room. We stayed in a rm with a king bed and fireplace. It was so beautiful. Would make a cute apartment. I would definitely stay here again. Overall, the hotel was good. It was clean, the staff was nice, and the location was good. It wasn't too busy, and was located about 5 minutes from the main part of Gatlinburg and about 10 minutes from Pigeon Forge. My friends and I would stay again.Avis véridique Hotels.com

I was very disappointed. It wasn't what I was told over the phone. It wasn't where I was told it was on the phone. Very poor quality establishment for the price I paid. It wasn't anything like a red roof inn I have sta yed at before. It definetly wasn't what it was on line that I looked at or I woudn't have taken it. I won't stay at the red roof inn […] again from this experience. I am very not satisfied. It didn't have the amenities that I was told it would have. We had reservations to stay at this hotel for two days but due to possible snow in the mtns. we decided to come to the hotel two days early. The hotel staff went out of their way to make this extension possible for us. I found them to be most helpful. The hotel does need some updating but for the most part, we found it comfortable and would recommend […] it to anyone. If you Don't care to have clean towels or your bed made up.. Then This hotel is fine.. For the price.. The breakfast was good if you wanted more to eat then Begals or cereal and Waffle.... When we did ask for our room to be cleaned the just threw blankets over the bed.. But on our drive home we figured it out why they didn't clean the rooms..
