Chambre sentant la cigarette Fortement ! Taille ridiculement petite ... Salle de bain un peu douteuse Je n ai passe qu une nuit dans cet endroit et je ne souhaite a personne la meme chose ! Heureusement accueil gentil.

J'ai passé un weekend dans cet hôtel avec ma petite amie et je trouve qu'on a été très bien accueilli. La chambre où nous avons séjourné était très bien aménagé et très bien entretenu par le personnel de l'hôtel. Points positifs de cet hôtel : Ouvert 24h/24 7j/7, Personnel aimable, Personnel adapté à la langue du client, Chambres entretenues, Bonbons […] sur le lit à chaque fois qu'un client prend une chambre d'hôtel, Hôtel situé près des transports en commun (métro...) Points négatifs : Clé devant être laissée à chaque fois qu'un client doit sortir de l'hôtel, Ascenseur non adapté aux handicapés, Non présence d'une tablette dans la douche pour y placer le gel douche, les shampoings etc Lisez la suite

This is my 8th year at Music Messe. I have always stayed at another hotel, but due to scheduling, was unable to book my "normal" hotel. I booked this hotel in the blind, but it was convenient to the Messe, and was priced right. I was pleasantly pleased with the location, room size, but mostly the friendliness of the staff. The day and night clerks during […] the week were extremely friendly, remembered me by name each time I entered or left, and were constantly asking if they needed to do anything to make my stay more enjoyable. This is a small hotel, with 5 rooms per floor (so a total of about 30 rooms). The breakfast was better than many of the German "Continental" breakfasts I have had in the past, including meats, cheese, eggs, sausage, fruits, bread, yoghurt, cereal, milk, juice, coffee and tea. The lobby bar has a nice selection of beers and liquors, and is friendly. In fact, I made some new friends, who have stayed here each year for the past 6 years. I look forward to seeing them again next year. Part of me is reluctant to post this positive review, because I don't want to make it difficult for me to book this hotel next year... haha. But the Sophien is definitely my number one choice for Frankfurt from this point forward. Lisez la suite

VERY FRIENDLY STUFF, nice district, rooms are small and you can hear your neighbours, but clean. Good economy hotel

The room was extremely small, no amenities at all. The bathroom lighting was bad and no AC

the receptionist staff are generally nice and polite, but cannot be said to be well trained. my biggest complaint is that the receptionist did not warn me that the wifi service (which i bought upon checking in) only worked for ONE machine (a computer, or an iPad, or an iPhone -- but not two of them). in other hotels, one username & password is assigned […] PER ROOM, which allows for more than one gadget (at the very least, two machines). i had an iPad and an iPhone with me, and had logged in first with my iPad, though the iPhone was much more important because i needed to upload photos. after an argument with the receptionist (a lady), she agreed to expunge the first wi-fi purchase, so i can purchase another wi fi connection for my iPhone. (i felt bad about this, thinking that she probably had to pay for the "mistake" from her own pocket, so I offered to pay it the next day, but she rejected). so in the end the hotel staff handled it well (we even had a small friendly conversation to clear the air). but i still think the hotel should change its policy, so that each username/password is assigned for each room and can be used for at least two machines/gadgets. these days people travel not only with computer, but also a wi-fi phone and (in my case) an iPad. the other objection i had was the coffee at the hotel's cafe. it was never sufficiently hot. who drinks warm-almost-cold coffee?? the last guy who served me coffee just turned on the coffee machine and started dispensing it into the cup, not even waiting for it to be hot enough to serve. he was nice/polite, so i felt bad to complain. but seriously, the staff needs to understand that nobody likes warm coffee -- it has to be hot. one last problem is the thinness of the walls separating each room. the boys who stayed next door came back at 2 am every night. they woke me up with their chatters and kept me awake the whole night with their snore. i had a peaceful stay after they checked out. given the hotel's location (nea Lisez la suite

small, clean, close to u-bahn, friendly staff. I enjoyed my stay.

Business guest who stayed at the hotel to attend a trade fair. I found the hotel met all my needs, and was within walking distance to the exhibition hall. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful especially regarding directions and places to go. I would stay there again.

excellent location close to the station, walking distance to the heimtextil Fair, 5 minutes in train to the main shopping area and all the attractions.

Small but clean and ok compared to all the surrounding hotels.

Room very small, even by city centre standards. The bathroom was so small that the sink was in the bedroom. To sit on the toilet you needed to put your feet in the shower! The room was clean but mould on bread at breakfast! Would not visit again

Lille hyggeligt hotel som ligger tæt på messecentret. Flinke og venligt personale.

dette er et hotel jeg gerne vil anbefale, beliggenhed 10 minutters gang fra messecentret, hyggeligt hotel med fin lille bar med et ok udvalg

Positiv ist die Sauberkeit und der freundliche Service zu bewerten, sowie die neu eingerichteten Zimmer einschl. Bad. Negativ ist lediglich, dass die Heizung im Bad abgestellt und das Ventil entfernt wurde.

Betjeningen var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Frokosten var fin, hadde det jeg trengte, men ikke overdådig. Rommene hadde ikke aircondition. Måtte derfor sove med åpent vindu. Problemet da var at man ble vekket av trafikkstøyen flere timer før man egentlig ønsket å stå opp. Prisen i baren på hotellet var veldig hyggelig. Alt i alt ikke så værst, […] men vet ikke om jeg hadde anbefalt venner å bo der p.g.a trafikkstøyen. Men, alt i alt så var dette bra Lisez la suite

Charmantes Umfeld zwischen Bockenheim und Westend, nicht üppig aber genau ausreichend in netter Umgebung und mit freundlichem Service.

Einzelkimmer mit Bad, in dem man sich gerade so um die eigene Achse drehen kann, aber bei dem günstigen Preis unschlagbar, da alles sehr sauber und auch das Frühstück in Ordnung war.

Trata-se de um hotel razoável, embora eu tenha pago um ALTO valor em função do período (abril), o qual é realizado a Musik Messe - e nessa época os hotéis centrais se esgotam rapidamente. Solicitei a troca de quarto após o 3° dia de hospedagem, uma vez que meu quarto ficava no primeiro andar - piso acima do bar do hotel, onde hóspedes menos educados […] podem 'encher' a cara e se tornarem barulhentos. Ainda durante a minha estada o hotel enfrentou problema com a falta de água quente. Com isso, num frio de 8°, eu e demais hóspedes fomos obrigados a tomar banho gelado por 2 dias. A internet, paga a parte, funciona bem. Conclusão: fora o barulho de hóspedes no bar e problemas com a falta de água quente, o hotel é razoável - destaque para o café da manhã, que de 0 a 5, é nota 3,5. Lisez la suite

Mitt besök till Mässan i Frankfurt blev helt lyckat med ett nära boende till mässan. En bit att gå men med taxi endast 45:- sek kom man dit på ca 5 minuter. Trevlig personal som gärna hjälpte till om man undrade över någon ting. Återvänder till detta hotell när jag besöker mässan nästa gång.Helt ok med rumspriset. Töreboda Design Clock Ronnie Käll

Zimmer und Sauberkeit OK. Frühstück überteuert Vorhaenge konnten nicht vollstaendig geschlossen werden, daher starker Lichteinfall durch Reklametafel am Haus Zimmer zur Strasse laut durch Strassenbahn vorm Haus Service freundlich, trotz kleiner Mängel werde ich dieses Hotel wieder buchen

A really good hotel. Very fine service and hospitality by the staff. Rooms were fine, not to big, not to small. A cosy bar for the evening and a very good and also healthy breakfast. Were there for business, but would also use it for private whenever needed.

Udmærket morgenbistro. God beliggenhed i Frankfurt. Man fornemmer storbypulsen. Pænt, rent og venlige mennesker.
