Stayed seven days, room was never swept those days, oh well. everyone on staff was so nice and helpful. Will be back here for vacation in April 2013. Close to the beach, hotel was quiet. Nice to have breakfast on site everyday.

Hotels.com states all rooms w fridge and microwave....not true. Their basic room is what your money gets you. However, when I called Hotels.com to inform I needed and expected both amenities, they did upgrade my room. When I stayed the next day the manager on shift didn't make me go through the hassle of calling hotels.com, she did the upgrade for me. […] Service was great. Breakfast good, pool area nice. I always, I try to stay at a Hampton Inn because they are typically very clean and the interiors are modern and up-to-date. True to form, this was that! I recommend this Hampton Inn. An Avid Traveler!

The hotel people that worked there were super nice to us and bent overbackwards to help us. Hubby got sick, my semi handicap was bothering me...they were awesome! Actually they were 100% out 0f 100%

Not only were they rude, they messed up our reservation and charge us twice.

We just needed a place to stay on our way home from the keys. This hotel is right off the interstate, convenient to gas, food, and only a couple of miles from the beach if you're interested. Room was clean and comfortable and quiet, breakfast was included, and was very well organized and varied. Great stay.

The rooms were beautiful, clean, comfortable, spacious and quiet. The breakfasts were amazing - lots of choices - hot and cold options with a variety from morning to morning (we were there for 6 nights so we had a good sampling). The front desk was courteous and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and were very satisfied. My only very slight complaint […] was that it would have been nice to have more than 1 washer and dryer as it seemed people were always waiting to use it. The location was a little out of the way as we spent most of our days in St Augustine but we knew that when we booked and it was nice and quiet although close to the freeway. Also close to grocery store, gas stations, restaurants etc. which was convenient (the rib place next door was really good!). Lisez la suite

not happy with check in. hotel attempted to charge me again for a room that was prepaid. manager never came in to correct the problem and my card had a freeze on it for new charges they were trying to charge me. double check at check in. hotel also made no attempt to offer anything comp to make up for their mistake. othr than that the rooms were very […] comfortable Lisez la suite

We stayed here for several days because our car broke down as we were passing through Palm Coast. We had major issues with the mechanic, so what started as a 2 hour fix turned into a 12 day nightmare. The management and staff of this hotel were incredibly compassionate and made our stay as pleasant as possible under the circumstances. The manager, […] Johan, even personally drove my wife, three kids and me to the beach since we didn't have a car available. Another of the management team, Ryan, picked us up and offered to take us wherever we wanted to go while we were there. The entire staff, from housekeeping, to the front desk to the food staff was incredibly kind and went out of their way for us. In addition, the hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The food area was large and the breakfasts were very good. We have nothing but positive things to say about the Hampton Inn and Suites in Palm Coast. We'll definitely look for Hampton Inns in our future travels. Lisez la suite

Upon calling the hotel to check on the reservation that i had made through hotels.com, the girl on the phone was very rude and not helpful at all. I asked what her name was and she told me "Sheyla". When I arrived at the desk later that day, I found out that "Sheyla" was the manager on duty????

we have stayed there after Christmas day, the front desk staff was not nice and helpful at all. Room was nice and clean. I cant complain at the service just front desk girl have attitudes, probably she is not the person who can work with people.

The staff is exceptional. Great breakfast, comfortable room, and close to hospital.

Very good breakfast. Friendly staff, clean and well kept rooms. Got a good deal on hotels.com. Was more expensive when we tried to get it directly.

This motel was awesome! We stayed here for 5 nights to attend a wedding in December 2011. We had reserved a motel room in Daytona Beach, but upon arriving, found it to be filthy. So we checked on-line and found this Hampton Inn last minute. Needless to say, the staff, the service, the cleanliness of the room and the breakfast buffet were all remarkable! […] The rate we received was also better than any motel we had priced previously. We originally wanted a motel right on the beach, but it only took us a few minutes from here. It was close to everything. We will definitely stay here again and will recommend to anybody we know. The staff and everyone at this hotel made our stay enjoyable the entire week we were there! All smiles and always superior customer service! The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. From the front desk reps to the kitcehn cleaning and other hotel staff.....4 stars! Bravo to them for making our stay a pleasurable one. The only negative comment […] I have is I have a data stick for my computer and the cell area where the hotel is located is very weak. I could not get Internet, even trying to use thier Internet access ethernet. connection. But other than that.....a great stay! I would definitely recommend this hotel. I stayed for 3 nights in December 2011. My room was clean and quiet and the beds were super comfortable. There was breakfast every morning that included everything from cold cereal, to fruit, to hot eggs and potatoes. All of the staff was very friendly. Very nice hotel. Excellent breakfast

Pleasant staff, comfortable suites, close to everything, lots of hot water and pressure in showers and a great sleep every night. Suites are preferred over other rooms.

This Hampton Inn was covenient to I-95 and reasonably priced even though it was Bike Week. Great value for the dollar.

The Hampton Inn has always been our favorite and still is. Biketoberfest or bike week is no time to be staying at those hotels. NO SLEEP!!! Motorcycles everywhere till 3am

Clerk was very helpful with a late arrival and provided usefull information relating to departure times to see the last shuttle launch. Although located fairly close to the interstate, the room was quiet and comfortable.

Very nice hotel, breakfast was always stocked and hot. Although we only used it to sleep, the beds were really comfortable and staff was very friendly. Will stay here again next vacati

Very nice rooms, great staff, and good selection for breakfast.

It was listed under St. Augustine hotels but was really about 20 minutes away. We ended up having to backtrack the next day to visit St. Augustine. The pool is outdoors by the parking lot and not heated. Sort of disappointing for the kids. The staff was very pleasant, however and the room was decent.

enjoyed the stay- great breakfast!

The staff was friendly and despite it being bike week and the parking being a little crazy it was overall good. Checking in and out was very quick and easy. Only thing I noticed was that the top comforter on the bed had a makeup stain on it, eww but the sheets underneath were clean along with the rest of the room. Very nice, quiet hotel room, beautifully appointed and oh so comfortable king bed. Hotel is right off highway and has a nice selection of restaurants in the immediate area along with a grocery store across the parking lot. Swimming pool is nice but unheated so it was unusable in January. Continental breakfast had a great selection.

We like to come to Palm Coast for its natural Beach and laid-back lifestyle. This was our second time at the Hampton in Palm Coast and as always we were very happy with our stay.

Even with it being directly off the highway and be full with kids for a soccer tournament it was quiet and clean. I was amazed.
