Clean, comfortable and well kept hotel. Good breakfast, too

I'm so glas I stayed at the Hampton Inn while visiting Kripalu yoga retreat. I had their morning breakfast's and enjoyed the comfortable king size bed. The front desk staff, including 'Melanie' helped me with all of my questions. Including how to reset my iPhone that mysteriously crashed. I will stay here again without question.

Great Hotel! Would definitely stay here again. Very friendly staff!

We have stayed at the Hampton Inn in Lenox three times! It is very close to one of our favorite ski mts. It provides a wonderful weekend away! We will stay there again and again. We have told our friends and they loved it too!

Very impressed!The hotel staff was exceptional! All of them went above and beyond to make the guests feel welcome. We also bought the ski package which included a gift bag, two adult ski passes and a $25 gift card to a local restaurant.

I would absolutely recommend this hotel. The staff was very helpful & friendly. The suites with Jacuzzi were amazing! Love that they are in the room & not in the bathroom. Continental breakfast was fabulous!

We stayed here to be coler to The Polar Express train ride in Lenox, since we were out of Boston. The hotel was clean, updated, and modern. Our room was reall nice and big. Everything was updated to perfection. My daughter loved the jacuzzi tub in the room. We went down to the lobby for a late night hot choclate (free coffe and drinks) and ended up […] playing a board game and watching a kids movie in the lobby/lounge area. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel staff was so nice and made us feel very welcome. We travel and stay in hotels about 4-5 times per year around the U.S., and this is one of the best stays we've had. Would def stay here again, and recommend. Lisez la suite

We've stayed in several hotels in the Berkshires, in what were billed as handicapped accessible rooms. Most did not even come close to meeting ADA standards. Our room here was exceptional: large, well equipped, and beautifully furnished . It conformed to the ADA standard, which made our stay extremely pleasant.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. Our bed was very comfortable and the linens impeccable. The staff members were all charming. An excellent stay.

We stayed for one night in December after attending a wedding at the Cranwell Resort. The staff at the Hampton Inn are so nice, and so helpful! They have a 24-hour tea/coffee station downstairs, in addition to fitness room and business center, and a snack bar in case it's late and you're just tired and need a quick bite. Our room was clean and comfortable. […] I would absolutely go back and stay here again if we're ever in the area. One thing, if anyone from the hotel is reading this: the Hampton Inn sign near the road is a little low and a bit obscured by some other signs/trees. We almost missed it because the sign was so unobtrusive. Might want to do a taller sign or something :) Lisez la suite

We enjoyed two nights at this Hampton Suites. It was clean, very good beds and pillows. Breakfast was basic but good and the coffee was even good. Would visit again.

Very clean and comfortable hotel which is a short car drive from town centre and lots of tourist attractions. Good breakfasts and coffee making facilities in room as well as free coffee and cookies throughout day. Although on main road hotel is sited well back so no noise. Our room overlooked lake and nature reserve - saw an otter!

Spent only one night in the berkshires at this inn. Room was awesome and bed so comfy after coming in on the red eye firm Los Angeles. Would definitely Recommend.

I stayed at this hotel with my girlfriend and brother. The hotel is the newest in the area and it shows. The rooms, lobby and common spaces are clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly. It's much nicer than some of the other hotels nearby that my friends were at. It was a little more expensive but worth the money. The cleaning staff came really […] late to clean our room and we ended up not having it cleaned, but they were nice and brought us fresh towels and soap. Firstly, I must admit a certain bias because my wife and I like to use Hampton Inn and Hilton Garden when we are travelling in the USA. They are reliable - you know what to expect when you arrive. This Hampton Inn is not actually in Lenox but close enough for touring purposes. It is on the main road from Bennington but set back so that there is very […] little noise. There is not much accommodation in Bennington and Lenox can be expensive and unreliable (we have had bad experiences there) so this is a good base from which to work if you want to see the area. Our bedroom was large and the bathroom adequate (no hooks on the wall - a common failing in hotel bathrooms). Everything worked and there were hardly any marks or scuffs throughout. The hotel has a nice indoor pool but no changing rooms (a bit inconvenient). We made use of the in-house laundry (essential on a long road trip) and the free coffee. There are eateries nearby as well as other facilities such as a gas station. The breakfast was good, though not outstanding and the breakfast room was large, unlike other places where there is nowhere to sit. We found all the staff were very helpful and efficient. We found the Hampton Inn to be extremely comfortable and clean and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Also, the staff were very kind and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel

We stayed at Hampton while on a retreat at Kripalu. Kripalu's rates are so expensive and usually involve a shared shower down the hall and very sparse accomodations. For slightly less money, we were able to stay at Hampton and have all the conveniences of a normal hotel. We liked several things in particular. First, it's set back from the main road, […] and the rooms are accessed via an interior hallway. I had read reviews of other chains in the area--and later saw them as we drove by--and they were located right along the main road and doors faced the parking lot. They looked very much like motels of days gone by. Second, it had a nice little pool; indoors and very pleasant. Third, the staff at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was a lovely group of young people who behaved as if they actually cared about the guests! Fourth, the breakfast area was large, and the selection was good. Fifth, there's a beautiful new grocery store right down the road, a CVS and many restaurants. You could even walk to them. Finally, the hotel seemed on the new side. The shower, fixtures and general condition of the place was very nice. Hotels in this area are surprisingly expensive. We were there during a busy period in the summer when Tanglewood was in session. Still, it was the best value we found in the area, and we'll definitely go back there on future trips to Kripalu. Lisez la suite

We found the air conditioning unit very hard to manage. IF we wanted temperature of 71Degrees the heat went on!!! Otherwise the room was comfortable..

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet varied and excellent. Building and rooms clean, comfortable, and cheerful. One of the nicest motels I've ever stayed at. I'd definitely stay there again if I returned to the area.

Was there only on a stopover, so didn't do much exploring, but it was exactly what I was looking for: clean and quiet room, friendly staff, decent breakfast. Would stay again.

We were very pleased with the Hampton Inn even though we did not use the exercise room nor the pool. The buffet breakfast was excellent and had a good variety of hot and cold items. We would definitely recomment this hotel to others.

This place is clean, comfortable and very well managed. It is set back from the busy road. Although the design is pretty sterile and not the most charming of places to stay, you are compenstated by the comfort of the rooms and public areas. Two day visit was delightful. Quiet, clean, great breakfast and gracious staff. Would stay again.

As with real estate, what counts with hotels is location, location, location. The Hampton Inn, in Lenox, MA, is centrally located in the Berkshires--a stone's throw from downtown Lenox and a convenient driving distance from Pittsfield, Tanglewood, Stockbridge, and other local points of interest. The rooms are spacious and tidy if somewhat utilitarian. […] There are no views to speak of--our room looked out over a parking lot (as did many). But the beds are comfortable and the place is quiet. You could do much, much worse. Service is fine--someone is always available, enthusiastic, and willing to answer questions at the front desk. The staff's directions were letter-perfect, and the suggestions of things to do most helpful. The breakfast provided was a bit on the unenlightened side. But it WAS generous, with lots of choices. We were very pleasantly surprised at this hotel. The staff was fabulous and helpful and the hotel was very clean and neat. The breakfast was very good as well. Would recommend to anyone. We were visiting the Ultrawellness Center in Leno and this was only 5 minutes away.

We enjoyed the hotel. THe room was very comfortable. We loved the bed. Wish I had a bathtub, but the shower was very nice. Nice touch with the around the clock coffee and cookies. The breakfast was also good. A few more hot choices would have been nice, but the food was excellent. Overall, I found the experience to be excellent.
