Pratique quand on arrive de l'aéroport de Knoxville car situé à environ 3 km seulement. Excellent petit déjeuner avec du salé (steaks, omelette, beacon) et du sucré (gauffres, céréales, confitures), jus et café.

super rapport/qualité prix, de loin l'un des meilleurs que j'ai eu. Jolie piscine intérieure chauffée avec jacuzzi, chambre spacieuse et propre qui donne sur la piscine et non sur l'extérieur. La réceptionniste chaleureuse et attentionnée, toujours prête à aider et à rendre service. Petit déjeuner continental complet. Bons restaurants tout autours où l'on peut accéder à pied. Je vous le recommande vivement, vous ferez une très bonne affaire.

Très bien situé à l'entrée du Parc des Great Smoky Mountains. Les chambres donnant sur l'arrière sont au calme... Gatlinburg étant extrêmement touristique (beaucoup trop pour nous) et engorgé de voitures, de monde et d'attractions diverses. On peut se faire faire une omelette à son goût pour le petit déjeuner (ce qui n'est pas très courant et ma foi, fort agréable), et la piscine intérieure (que nous n'avons pas testée) est de belle proportion. Seuls bémols, le réceptionniste n'était pas super accueillant et n'a pas fait beaucoup d'efforts pour se faire comprendre de nous qui ne sommes pas d'ici et les places pour le petit déjeuner ne sont pas en nombre suffisant pour que l'on puisse tous s'asseoir au moment où tout le monde, justement, est prêt pour le prendre!

This hotel staff are some of the friendliest people we have experienced. Our room was cleaned thoroughly each day, and the hospitality staff always had a smile and something nice to say. The vending machine on our floor was out of bottled water. I normally stick to national chains for the comfort of knowing approximately what to expect. Music Road exceeded our every expectation. "Nice Hotel"
We had a room with 2 queen beds and sofa sleeper. Room was very nice, we were next to the elevator and I worried that it would be noisy...did not hear a sound all night. My husband and I have tried a lot of hotels in this area, and have to say this hotel is the best we have had so far. We loved the ambiance of this hotel but a few things were disappointing.First, the Jacuzzi in the room was broke so it was more of a big bathtub than anything. And the line for the breakfast was disorganized. With the hotel being so busy they should have a hostess directing people to different stations instead of getting in a line and waiting for 20 […] minutes only to realize you are in a line for something you don't want. "A new tradition"
We came to Pigeon Forge for Thanksgiving this year. We usually always stay at The Inn at Christmas Place when in Pigeon Forge but we are going to be there in December and could not afford two stays so close together. That is how we ended up at Music Road Hotel. Staying at The Inn at Christmas Place has made it next to impossible for us to stay anywhere […] else and be satisfied. However, we were pleasantly surprised with Music Road Hotel. It was a beautiful place and very neat. The room was quiet and comfortable and most of all CLEAN! We enjoyed the indoor pool even though it wasn't heated as we were expecting....cold but fun. The breakfast was good, providing a large variety. "Front Desk needs work"
Asked for two things when made reservation. First that I was not near the elevator and extra pillow. My room was right beside the elevator and no extra pillows. Had to wait three hours before checking in finally at 5pm. I was told the first two times I checked that the room was being finished up to check back in an hour. Finally after the third hour […] they explained the maid had not updated the room. The hotel was very clean and I loved the view of the river eating breakfast. Breakfast was not the best, the food was not restocked as soon as it needed to be. Front desk was friendly but didnt help me when we first checked in to work out the check in problems. It was convenient, room was ready before time, pool was cleaned each morning. Lots of kids and families stay here- so ideal also for single women as safe. Breakfast foods were replinished quickly in the morning. Small deck is nice for fresh air. This was our first stay at your hotel. The only complaint that I had was the member who greeted us when we arrived to check in. We walked in and was in the process of being waited on when we asked if we could see the room first - her comment was "it doesn't matter - you have to pay for it anyway". That may be the case however she could have been more […] professional. Other than this one employee the hotel was very nice and clean. I just suggest some training to the first desk. The hotel was in a great location in Pigeon Forge. Check in was easy and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was big and the bathroom had two sinks which was nice. I was disappointed in the pool. The lazy river was dinkie and didn't flow fast enough to keep you moving at a good pace and it wasn't wide enough. It was very cramped. […] That was one of the main reasons I wanted to stay at the Music Road Hotel, to use the lazy river and the pool. I wasn't a happy camper. But the rest of my stay was very nice. My 8 year old son and I stayed at the Music Road Hotel. The location was great, close to everything on the main strip. We loved the outdoor water park and the buffet breakfast had a good variety, something for everyone. WE LOVED THIS HOTEL!!! THIS WAS OUR BEST STAY EVER IN PIGEON FORGE, TN... THE ROOMS WERE GREAT SIZED WE HAD PREMIER KING WITH SOFA BED AND JACUZZI IN THE ROOM AND IT WAS GREAT! THE OUTDOOR POOL WAS AMAZING! THE FLOATING TUBES, THE WATERSLIDE, THE WATER UMBRELLA, MY KIDS HAD A BLAST!
