L'hotel est relativement calme bien que placé entre l'autoroute et une route à circulation importante. L'exxtérieur de l'hôtel mériterait d'^tre rénové et mieux entretenu mais les chambres sont grandes, confortables et propres.bon accueil

petit hôtel ne payant pas de mine, mais bien situé (proche Grand Canyon). accueil initial un peu "froid", mais s'ameliorant par la suite. seul "défaut": un petit dèjeuner vraiment léger, mais peut-être en rapport avec le tarif. chambre propre mais viellissante.

"In the heart of Flagstaff, but quiet"
Nothing fancy, but adequate for our needs and the room was clean. It was very quiet at night. This hotel is within walking distance of most everything in downtown Flagstaff. If you are going to the Grand Canyon, the road going there is almost right out the front door. They do offer a breakfast of doughnuts and coffee, but the coffee is terrible, but […] there are several good places to get breakfast in town, so that was not a problem. Lisez la suite

"Knights Inn"
You get what you pay for. I wasn't looking for anything fancy, so I was very pleased with my stay! The staff was friendly. The room was smaller, but it worked. Online I booked one king room on the second floor and got one queen room on the first floor. The bathrooms are very strange. The windows have no coverings and no screen if you want to open them, […] so anyone could climb in... Also there was a RV parked directly outisde of the bathroom window and people could walk up to it if they are walking behind the hotel and literally look right in. Everything else was good though. Although, when housekeeping came they took a lot of important paperwork and keys that were on the bed and put them on the counter behind the corner of the TV, where it was slightly hidden. We noticed it, but forgot to grab it when we left, and by the time we called, it was too late... You really do get what you pay for though! So if you just need something for the night, it is great! The check in was quick and easy. The room and bathroom was clean. The only issue is the bathroom was a little small but other than that very good place to stay.

I think next time I will spend a little extra money to stay at a nicer hotel. The carpet was so dirty we had to wear our shoes the entire time we were in the room. The room was extremely small and smelled funny. The hotel's idea of a continental breakfast was coffee, juice (I agree with both), prepackaged honey buns, bread for toasting, and Hostess […] Donettes that they took out of the package and put into the case with their bare hands. the room was clean and neat the grounds were ok, the location was centrally located, that was a plus but beware of the people that run the office, she was a real hagler.

"Not Up To The Knights Inn Standards"
The clerk was talking on the phone, speaking loudly (in her native not English language) and continued during check in process. Did not look to see that I had a reservation until everything had already been filled out (even though I presented the computer generated receipt/confirmation paper). The room was barely big enough for the (?) queen size bed. […] The bathroom did not have a new or large roll of toilet paper. The "shower stall" was 3 feet by 2 feet by 6 feet (a maybe an inch or two more). The coffee maker required the "pause" button to be depressed for the duration of the coffee making process. I have stayed at plenty of Knight's Inn and 2 other hotels during this time in Arizona. This hotel was the worst. If you told me I was staying at a locally own, "get it on" type place - well it was functionally for that (barely). But i spent less money at other hotels not only on this trip but in others and got far better comfort(s) for the money. I strongly believe this hotel does not deserve to be associated with Knight's Inn or hotels.com. Lisez la suite

We have stayed at Knights Inns in the past but this was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at.Posted check in time is 12:00.We arrived at 1:00 and told our room would not be ready untill 3:00.After waiting 2 hours the room was horrible.The room was so small with 1 queen bed,1 night stand and 1 chair.The chair was so stained I wouldn't even set anything […] on it.Holes in the walls were make shifted patched.Plaster in the bathroom was peeling off.Only one light in the bathroom over the vanity so the shower was in the dark.No place in the bathroom to set anything,no closet or hanging rack for clothes.Room did have fridg,coffee maker and microwave but when yor plugged in the coffee maker the t.v. shut off.Over all this place is a dump. "not a good motel"
the staff is so unprofessional, and the room i stayed is dirty... the bed sheet looks yellow(supposed to be white) and the whole room smells cegarrett ( i booked a non smoking room) and there was hardly nothing to eat for breakfast. with the price i paid, i could have found a better hotel...

"Good room for the money"
Room was very comfortable. Strange layout but comfortable. Map system I used showed it to be about a block from where it actually was but not hard to find.
"Alright hotel, Snippy staff"
The hotel itself wasn't exactly a gem. It was small (Not a problem if you're only staying a couple days like we were), and the bed was hard (not my thing.), but worst of all was the counter guy. We got lost on the way there, and when we called to try and get an address he was very short with us, and couldn't give us directions from a convenience store […] that ended up being only three blocks away. It didn't help that he had a thick accent and I had to ask him to repeat himself twice. When we finally arrived at about 5am, he insisted that we only had a one night reservation and would have to check out in a few hours. When he was finally willing to check the receipt (finding we in fact had two nights reserved), he made no apology whatsoever, and simply handed me the keys and disappeared into the back room. This hotel would not give us the rooms we reserved. They said we would have to pay extra for them even though we had our reservation that was sent via email with us. There were no refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms as advertised. The bathrooms were unbelievably dirty. The air conditioner hardly worked. You had to pay a quarter for ice.
