Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour dans cet hôtel sympathique. La propreté de la chambre, les petits déjeuners copieux et la dégustation des vins le soir ont été très appréciés.Merci au concierge de l'hôtel qui parlait le Français et qui nous a bien aidés.

Etant tres bien situé cet hotel est neanmoins plutot bryuant (comme bcp a Miami beach). Il est tout de meme agreable et offre la possibilite de regler la climatisation (la plupart ne le proposent pas) et founirt les serviettes de plage.

The location of the hotel is convenient. The front desk service is sparse to say the least; as in the wandering concierge has to call someone to the front desk for assistance. The hotel needs renovations in the "garden" area, the rooms are EXTREMELY small, and the walls are apparently paper thin; the windows must be extremely old because you can hear […] EVERY noise from outside as if it is in the room with you. I slept with earplugs and was still constantly disturbed, and that is after being out drinking 'till way in the morning (meaning, normal noise should not have bothered me!). There is a continental breakfast, but it ends too early for me. When I'm on vacay, I shouldn't have to get up at the crack of dawn in order to participate in my "free, included" breakfast, which was, by the way, very sparse. The best that has this hotel is the location and that the rooms are very clean and have a good space, but the hotel itself has not been remodeled and needs some mantainence. Although it is a good option if you are looking for a cheap hotel with a very good location.

This place is a bit north of the majority of shops on Collins, but still within easy walking distance. This hotel is attached to the South Beach Plaza Hotel, and you have to walk through one to get to the other. Front desk staff was curt but not unfriendly. Better than expected. Check in was quick, staff was helpful. Elevator was kinda old and really small. But being on the second floor, it was no problem to just walk up the stairs. This is a very basic hotel There are no creature comforts. The staff is average and the ammenities fair. But, you cannot beat the location in the heart of South Beach. It is within steps of Ocean Dr. and Lincoln Rd. The convenience of the location helps to offset the genericness of the hotel itself.

I liked the area and would stay there again. What I didn't like was that had to drag my luggage myself to my room when I arrived at 3am tired and sleepy. Otherwise I only needed the room to freshen up and have my stuff in a safe place and a place to sleep so therefore I would stay there again in the future and would recommend it to otherzz.

we stayed 2 nights before cruise. breakfast was good enough. convenient location to beach, shopping area. The building was very very old, which we can tolerate, The problem is it is very very very noisy, some people screaming or yelling after midnight. can't sleep well at all. not recommend for people who has light sleep, especially senior.

During our 3 days stay we met 4-5 different persons at front desk, but just one was a bit service-minded and showed you some interest. Official check-in time is 3pm. Our room was not ready till well past 3, no excuse given. Second day we got back at 330pm, our room was not cleaned, no excuse. We rented a room with a kitchenette equipped with a 4-hob […] gas cooker with oven, a micro, a dishwasher, a fairly large fridge and freezer and a number of cupboards. All seemed to be quite new, BUT there were hardly NO kitchenware except for 4 plates, 1 bowl and 2 sets of fork and knife, nothing else. I.e. there were NO glasses, NO cups, NO pots etc. Even though we repeatedly ask for some equipment nothing happened. Thus the kitchenette was useless, but it gave the room more space. according to expedia I was to receive free parking as part of my package,upon arrival that was not forthcoming, HOWEVER So. beach Plaza Villas is a neat property thats in a GREAT location as far as proximity to EVERYTHING south beach has to offer(3 min. from beach) and I would def. stay there and again and would most certainly recommend!

I traveled to Miami for business,and also had a cosmetic surgey procedure . I checked in at 2 pm and the front desk made me wait untill the 3pm check-in requirement.I was fresh out of surgery,and my assistant explained this to staff,and yet they still made us wait for a room that was clearly ready to check-in.
