Plutôt bien quoiqu'on n'ait jamais ce qu'on a demandé : pas d'escalier (les blocs D & E obligent à en emprunter), tel bloc plutôt que tel autre... Ustensiles de cuisine incomplets mais cela s'arrange à la première réclamation. Bruits de plomberie et de ventilation très importants mais intéressant tout de même car on évite les dépenses de restaurant […] et on peut laver, sécher & repasser son linge. Propre. The staff was always very pleasant, we arrived very early (5:30am) because our flight was an early one. Check in isnt until 1:30, but they worked very quickly to get us in the first available. We were not satisfied with the first room because it was in the basement level so it was not very bright, they did not hesitate to give us a new room immediately! […] They were very helpful with everything. Rooms are very nice and beds were comfortable. Only downfall, no cable, but they do have a dvd player. And the washing machine took ALL DAY to do one load of laundry. Wow! Really loved this place. The apartment was huge with a balcony overlooking the city. A very convenient location in walking distance of everything, but tucked away on a small street away from the crowds. We will book here again!

Ok, I really didn't know what to expect when we arrived. I had read good reviews and bad. We were happy. It is spacious and comfortable. Good amount of hot water day or night. I had read there was no hot water at night...not true. No 20min showers but enough. Kitchen in adequetly equipt and has everything you'll need to make simple meals. Central location […] is walking distance to everything!!! Negatives: The sofa bed was broken and unuseable. The bathroom has no plug if you want to dry your hair, you do it in your room. They say there is a washer and dryer, however the dryer is a loose term. We went on 3 dry cycles and the clothes were still wet. and there is really no where to dry them. They also didn't have any laundry soap to purchase so I had to go buy some, but you can only buy the ones to do several loads not just 2 or 3. Left the rest there for the next few people. You can hear everything. If someone above you moves a chair, it sounds like it's in the room. And Saturday there were a lot of partiers all night, so we got no sleep. Overall we had a great time and I would stay there again if we had a group. If it was just my husband and myself I would probably do a nice hotel. Lisez la suite

Stayed for one night in a 2 bed apartment with four of us in the group. Apartment is lovely, modern, clean and well kitted out. Balcony in every apartment. Staff were very helpful. Good location, short walk to city centre (although we taxi'd due to cold icy night). Free wifi was hit and miss as tried to connect via mobiles but either very slow or not […] connecting at all. Apartment block is huge and we were in the end block so about a 3 minute walk through the building and up and down stairs/lifts to get to it. Biggest let down was the fact that there is only enough hot water for two people (in an apartment that sleeps 5!!) unless u read the info and see that u need to boost the water for two hours. Maybe reception should make a bigger deal about this. And the fire alarm was set off at 1020am on the Sunday morning but not long enough to evacuate (but definitely long enough to wake you for the 11am check out despite the fact we paid for late checkout. This was a very reasonably priced efficiency apartment hotel which met my needs very well. I was very pleased with the quality and competence of the front desk staff, who were very knowledgeable and helpfiul. THE APARTMENT WAS OK BUT THERE WERE CERTAIN THINGS MISSING WHICH I INFORMED THE RECEPTIONIST ABOUT.THEY INCLUDED LACK OF PHONE AND COOKING UTENSILS.ALTHOUGH I REMINDED THEM THE ITEMS WERE NOT REPLACED DURING OUR 2 DAY STAY .THE ROOMS SHOULD BE MORE CAREFULLY CHECKED BY THE HOUSEKEEPER BETWEEN VISITS

The apartment location was great and in general terms it was a very pleasant stay. It's in a very quiet street but very close to much more activity around Temple Bar area and Christchurch for restaurants and bars. Some minor drawbacks, WIFI was available in the apartment, however it was a fairly inconvenient to have to pick up a code for each device, […] each day. Only other minor criticism is that the kitchen was a bit lacking - dishwasher didn't work and only 2 pans to cook for 5 people was tricky. Staff were accommodating and allowed us to check-in to an apartment close to another group of friends who were staying there too. It was nothing spectacular. It served our purpose but there were many things that could have been better. It's hard to get a sound night of sleep because the street noise is really loud. Depending on who your neighbors are, you could be dealing with more annoying noise(The walls are really thin). There was bad smell coming from under the sink and the […] dishwasher in the kitchen. The plumbing in general is dodgy. They must shut off the hot water after 6pm so you must do this special "boost" thing in order to take a hot shower at night. You need to wait 15 min in between flushing the toilet or it doesn't work. The front desk forgot to give us a wake up call one day and we almost missed our tour. The beds were really comfy but the pillows were flat and stiff. There's a door and every room (including the living room and kitchen) so you have prop them open with something heavy if you want them to stay open. We arrived last night with my family hoping to have a "home away from home". So the first thing: the room was filthy. The floors were sticky and had unswept hair in the bathroom and the kitchen. Beyond disgusting. Carpets in the bedrooms have not seen a vacuum cleaner since the place was built: bordering on health hazard. Bed sheets, while washed, had […] stains and rips. The clencher though is the water heater: it gives you enough hot water for 2 5-second showers. The apartment is a maze of corridors, lifts and stairs so navigating - very tough. Our first night - there was a party outside at 4am and we were woken up by alcohol induced screams and songs. The only saving grace of this hotel is the washing machine. BTW - when they say dryer - they meant a drying rack to hang your clothes on. We used the heaters and our clothes were done in 2 hours - especially since with the luggage being lost we had to do a quick wash. It's great value for money but as the title indicated, the balcony of the unit we stayed in needed serious cleaning even though the unit itself was spotless. There were dirty socks and plenty of grime so it must be policy not to clean the balcony. Additionally, someone has bashed in the washing machine glass - could be a previous guest but while the […] machine was usable, the dryer was absolutely useless.... the management must know about this because the maintenance man warned us that the dryer was "slow". For people on the road, that's inconvenient. We ended up with damp laundry for the rest of our trip but can't say we were not forewarned. Top marks for the staff though - very responsive!
