"Good Loaction and Value"
Great location and good value. Excellent location to walk to the sites, stores and Opera square. No need to take the Metro or a car. The staff was helpful and spoke English. Breakfast was included and fine. Room was large. Hot water was a little low in pressure but usable. Would stay again and recommend it. Clean and the bed was very comfortable.Avis véridique Hotels.com

this is a excellent choice of accomdation for a trip to yerevan . the room that i stayed in was . modern & clean & a good size . bathroom & shower were modern & bed was comfortable . the location was excellent very near the national gallery not even 5mins & about 15 mins from the cascade & Matenadaran museum ( walking ) . the price was good & staff […] were very helpful , friendly & informative . they helped myself organize a few tours outside of yerevan .ie ( garni ) would recommend this hotel & would use this hotel again myself Lisez la suiteAvis véridique Hotels.com

"Great potential with major flaws"
Not a great hotel for the business traveler. The location is good (close to Republic Square), but this hotel needs to make some changes to attract business travelers. First of all, they don't serve breakfast, which makes it very difficult because Yerevan has few, if any, places to eat breakfast. So, you either have to go to the supermarket and figure […] out something to eat, or skip breakfast. Not very good if you need breakfast and need to be somewhere in the morning. The front desk staff were nice and helpful, but the maid service was atrocious. The maid spent all of three minutes each day "cleaning" the room. She also walked in my room several times without knocking. The rooms don't have latches or anything, so anyone with a key can just waltz right in.
