Hotel tres bien placé, chambre tres bien pour le prix, buffet petit dejeuné complet et varié, seul bémol cet hotel ne possede que des chambres avec deux lits séparés et pas de lit double...

Nous avons réservé cet hotel avec un ami en tenant compte du rapport prix/emplacement et nous ne nous attendions pas à atterrir dans un endroit de ce standing. Ce qui s'est avéré plutôt agréable. Rien à redire sur la propreté des chambres ou de la salle de bain. Le petit-déjeuner aussi était très bien. Le seul éventuel bémol sont les travaux actuels à proximité de l'hôtel qui n'offrent pas franchement un cadre enchanteur...

The hotel is really wonderful! In the middle-age style, very well placed (very center of the city). Bright and large rooms, all comfort, very pleasant people working there. The breakfast is awesome (try pancakes - it's the chief's specialty). Anyway, you have a personalized attention, very good advice about restaurants and places to visit. All around the hotel - excellent restaurants and pubs, so we advise it, don't look for another hotel - this one is a very Prague spirit one!

We were allocated a smaller room on our 1st night - place was fully booked mainly due to a wedding at the time. However on request, we were transferred to a much nicer and bigger room for the next 2 nights. Thanks to Adela, the lady at the reception who was exceptionally helpful, cheerful and friendly. "horrible hotel"
i will never stay at this hotel ever again. first of all the room was dirty, you would have to be a very short person if you wanted to take a bath in that tub. for what i payed for thay hotel you would think the ac would not leak all night so you hear dripping. this place stunk and it was hard to find nothing around.Avis véridique Hotels.com

The people and hotel were great. It was away from the center, but they provided a free cab into town daily. Getting back by subway & bus was easy if you are familiar with those methods of transportation. Hotel offers 1-way to city center by taxi. have to make your own way back from City center by metro and then bus, walk 300m from bus stop to hotel. Walkway may be a little too quiet for my comfort. We were welcomed warmly by a "smiley" receptionist who was able to communicate with us in English. She explained the usual hotel things, including the excellent free taxi run each day into the city. We were a little disappointed with the room (210) which was advertised as a "Superior" room but in size and facilities it begged the question "Superior […] to what?". Don't expect a room like the one on the hotel photographs and you will be fine. No bath and not much storage, no tea or coffee making facities, interestingly the hair dryer was conveniently placed directly above the washing basin in the bathroom...so empty the sink before you dry your hair! Breakfast was in keeping with a "chateau", good quality, loads of choice, and plenty of fresh food, but a very busy room with early morning business people mingling with hotel guests, which made the experience a little stressed. Staff at breakfast were more servile than surly, as the traditional culture of service seems to include avoiding eye contact and being "in the background" Strange surroundings for a chateu as it is bordered by a very busy main road, a railway siding, and a petrol station, but views of the small lake are very nice. Biggest negative was the state of the mattress which I have photographed (see photo), I hope the stain was coffee. Check when you arrive? "Best Hotel of our trip"
My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. We had to write some final papers there so we didn't leave the hotel for more than 1.7 days. The restaurant in this hotels is awesome! All guests receive a 15% discount and the food is one of the best you will find in Prague. When we were done with the paper at 11:30pm, we were extremely hungry […] and I went downstairs to get a sandwich and some ice-cream. The kitchen was closed and the chef was almost leaving the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay at Chateau St Havel. The facility is an older chateau that has been renovated and modernized. The grounds of the hotel itself are lovely, with the terrace off the restaurant and bar overlooking a lovely back lawn and gardens. The staff was incredible. "Ein Schmuckstück an der Autobahn"
Sehr schönes Gebäude, liebevoll renoviert, netter Service, insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert. Bei der Ankunft war ich zunächst etwas enttäuscht, dass das Navi mich direkt neben die Autobahn führte, die Lage ist tatsächlich nicht optimal. Man hört die Autobahn etwas bei offenen Fenster, allerdings erstaunlich leise. Die unmittelbare Umgebung des Hotels und […] die Außenanlagen sind sehr schön gestaltet und lasse die Nähe zur Stadtautobahn nicht vermuten. Der Bau ist geschichtsträchtig und schön instand gehalten. Zimmer, Bäder und Restaurants ebenfalls sehr gut. Was mir fehlte, war der Zugang zu den Wellnesseinrichtungen, laut Information auf dem Zimmer musste man diese Leistungen extra buchen und reservieren. Bei meinem kurzen Aufenthalt habe ich das nicht unbedingt gebraucht, aber es wurde im Prospekt das Wellnessangebot hervorgehoben und ich hätte erwartet, dass man eine Art Basisangebot wenigstens zur Verfügung hat. Unser Aufenthalt im Chateau war überragend. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war unschlagbar. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichlich und wurde auch ständig nachgefüllt selbst als wir erst kurz vor 10:00 Uhr kamen. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das Abendessen im Restaurant können wir nur empfehlen. Fazit: wenn man nicht unbedingt […] mitten in der Stadt sein möchte und die zehn Minuten Fahrt in Kauf nimmt, gibt es wohl keine bessere Alternative zum Chateau, zumal das Parken kostenlos ist und es täglich eine Fahrt in die Stadt mit dem Taxi auf kosten des Hauses gibt. "Vorbehaltlos zu empfehlen"
Das kleine Schlösschen ist ein Hotel, das man vorbehaltlos weiter empfehlen kann. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, äußerst hilfsbereit (ich durfte sogar den hoteleigenen Computer der Rezeption benutzen, da ich eine Bestätigung durchführen musste, was über das Handy nicht funktioniert hatte) und einfach herzlich. Das Zimmer war sehr romantisch eingerichtet, […] äußerst sauber, komfortabel und wirklich groß. Das Bad war ganz neu renoviert und so sauber, dass man vom Fußboden hätte essen können. Von der nahen Autobahn haben wir (bei geschlossenem Fenster im November) nicht mal ansatzweise etwas mitbekommen. Das Frühstuck war sehr gut und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Es wirkte alles sehr frisch und wenn etwas fehlte, wurde es sofort nachgereicht. Wir haben auch an einem Abend das Essen im Hotel genossen, was wirklich vorzüglich und preiswert war. Die Lage ist natürlich nicht sehr zentrumsnahe, aber durch den täglichen, kostenlosen Taxitransfer sehr komfortabel zu erreichen. Zurück kommt man problemlos entweder mit dem Taxi oder mit Metro und Bus (die Bushaltestelle ist nur wenige Meter entfernt). 4-dages ophold, som ikke skuffede. Absolut superhjælpsomt og venligt personale på et smukt sted. Havde problemer med batteriet i bilen , da jeg havde glemt at slukke for køleboksen ved ankomsten, og efter henvendelse i receptionen, stod 2 servicemænd fra hotellet klar med kabler, næsten inden jeg var nået tilbage. I løbet af de 4 dage så jeg ikke nogen […] ansatte ved hotellet, som ikke venligt smilte og hilste. Andre plusser er det rigtig gode køkken på stedet, gratis taxa til centrum hver dag, gratis parkering blandt mange andre ting. Ca. 15 min til centrum med offentlig transport via bus 121/metrolinie C. Super Hotel. Die Anbindung zum Zentrum ist super. Mit Bus und Bahn ist man in 20 Minuten da. Von der angrenzenden Schnellstrasse haben wir kaum was mitbekommen - wir haben mit offenem Fenster zu dieser Seite geschlafen - uns hat es nicht weiter gestört. Noch ein kleiner Geheimtipp: Zum essen sind wir an der Tankstelle nach Links abgebogen. Nach etwa […] 2 bis 3 km haben wir eine kleine Gaststätte gefunden (im Bietgarten stehen 9 Kastanien). Vi var en familie afsted bestående af 5 personer, hvor vi boede på hotellet i 8 dage. Der er ikke det mindste negativt at sige om hotellet. Perfekt service. Pletfri ren. Hvis man endelig skulle pege på noget ville det være beliggenheden, da hotellet ligger ca. 10km fra centrum. Vi havde et godt ophold på Chateua St. Havel i forbindelse med rejse til Prag. Værelset var rummeligt og hyggeligt indrettet. Restauranten er god og ganske rimeligt prisniveau sammenlignet med tilsvarende i Danmark. Personalet er meget serviceorienteret og er altid parat til at hjælpe. Vær dog opmærksom på, om personalet, herunder tjenere til fulde […] har forstået dig, idet de færreste taler flydende engelsk/tysk. Det eneste, der trækker ned for hotellet er, at du for at komme ind til Prag skal med både bus og undergrundsbane. "Mycket fint hotel"
Hotellet var rent och fint. Mycket trevlig frukost område i gården. Underbar med Wellness Centret som man fick boka för sig själva. Det som kan förbättras är servicen, lite snålt med schampo och tvål. Det blir ännu fräschare om mattan på golvet bytts mot parket eller liknande av hygeniska skäll. Annars mycket bra. Hvis man vil bo lidt uden for Prag er dette hotel det bedste, vi har prøvet nogle forskellige hoteller i Prag, men dette er det bedste syntes vi, dette hotel kan helt klart anbefales, der er rent og pænt og gode muligheder for parkering hvis man kommer i egen bil. hotellet ligger et stykke væk fra Prag bymidde, men hotellets personale er meget hjælpsomme […] og hjælper gerne med transport ind til byen. Vi boede i det mindste værelse man kunne bestille selv om vi havde bestilt og betalt et til 3 personer. men super flotte værelser og gode store bløde senge. morgenmaden er god og der er en del at vælge i mellem. Der er nogle der nævner motorvejen som ligger tæt på hotellet som meget støjende, den er støjende ja, især hvis det er sommer og man har åbne vinduer,(lukkede vinduer høre man den næsten ikke) men det larmer mere og bo i Prag centrum end at bo på dette hotel, generalt et super godt hotel og alle pengene værd. vi skal helt sikket bo der igen på vores næste ophold i Prag.
