Hotel parfaitement situé pour aller dans le parc. Navette gratuite pour y aller et revenir. Chambres spacieuses et confortables. Personnal accueillant. Rien à redire.

overall fair..... no hot water in the room until the next morning we also requested a non smoking room got a non smoking room but it smelled like smoke had to spray to get some of the smell out overall the hotel was great they also have a great breakfast

Pleasantly surprised. Usually we won't book anything less than a 3.5 star but this hotel is only rated a 2.5 stars and we took a chance based on the reviews for a 1 night stay. Very friendly staff. Very clean. Nice full breakfast. Great location to Park. Since we had our own car, we did not use the shuttle service to Busch gardens but it seemed to run […] pretty regularly. 20 minutes after we checked into our room, we received a call from the front desk checking to make sure everything was satisfactory with the room. We appreciated that. We usually only get that at a higher rated hotel. When we go back to Busch Gardens, we will most likely stay here again. Lisez la suite

My family and I had a great time while staying at the hotel,staff were very helpful and made us feel quite comfortable,breakfast was also very good,we would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat.

Pool was smaller than we thought it would be, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

I was very surprised at how clean and up to date the hotel was! The bathrooms are very open and nice, would definitely return and recommend : )

Very convenient location if your destination is Busch Gardens; very clean & staff is friendly. However - we did have an annoying beep throughout the night which I mentioned to the front desk & which they did not offer any compensation.

Good Clean Room

Keep the price and give it a higher Star rating. This place impresses which is not easy to do these days.

All hotel staff were excellent and extremely friendly. The room was large and very clean. The free breakfast was ample: fresh fruit daily, hot and cold meals were also available and delicious. You could not beat the close proximity to Busch Gardens. Walking; took approximately 20 to 25 minutes at a normal pace. If you wanted the hotel provided a free […] shuttle. Great Value, Quiet AC, Large rooms, Good biscuits and gravy at breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

I was given a password to use their wifi, but when i went to my room none of my devices (phone, tablet, notebook) would detect the wifi. I asked the front desk and they gave me a phone number to call for support...after a few minutes on the phone with them, they said they have to call the hotel to reboot the router and then call me back. This hotel was located next to Busch Gardens and close to restaurants etc. Very convenient! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel is one of the cleanest I've been to in Tampa. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The complementary breakfast was excellent, lots of choices to pick from. The shuttle to the park was very convenient and always on time. Best experience in Tampa.

The holiday inn express was surprisingly the nicest hotel we've ever stayed in over many other more luxurious hotels....the beds were pillow tops and the only complaint I could possibly think of is that the water pressure in the shower was less then I'm used to....but everything was still great!!!

Right next to Busch Gardens, I have no complaints, hotel was extreme clean and beautiful and staff was Friendly.

This is a nice hotel with nice reastaurants within walking distance. They do have a shuttle to Busch Gardens, but they are avail only early am & late pm. Thus, they didn't fit our mid-day arrival and departure. That added 2x$13 to our cost for parking. The first non-smoking room we were given had obviously been smoked in so we returned to the front desk where we got an apology and an upgrade and the second room was perfect.

THE ROOM WAS OK HOT TUB ALITTLE DIRTY I CLEAN OUT AND THE TEMP. IN ROOM TO COLD THE WALL UNIT DIDNT CONTROL THE TEMP WE HAD TO FIGURE IT OUT MANUALLY

If you are going to Busch Gardens, the location can't be beat. Very friendly staff. Very clean room.

Hotel staff was very friendly and check in service was fast. Room was very spacious and clean. Very close to the larks only 2 blocks away. Great continental breakfast. Very very plesant stay. Only complaint is the neighborhood is not so nice. Many restaurants around to eat.

Very nice place to stay if you are visiting Bush Gardens. Couple of good restaurants right next door. Good breakfast, helpful staff, nice pool. Would recommend.

Took my wife here for her birthday. The hotel was fantastic. Couldn't beleive how nice it was for the price. The room was very clean and cozy. There was a microwave and mini fridge which was even more convenient. We easily aceessed the complimentary WI-FI for our laptop. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance of the hotel. Since our […] trip was focused on Busch Gardens, it was so nice having it right down the street from the hotel. We woke up and had the breakfast which was included. It was a grand buffet by the way which was well prepared. We had scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuit and gravy with orange juice and coffee. There were plenty of other choices like cereal, fruits, toast etc. Our room was at the bac of the hotel so we just drove around back and used our key card to carry our things up stairs. I would recomend just bringing your bags in the front entry to use the elevators which are just beyond the front desk. We had a great stay and wonderful time at Busch Gardens as well! Lisez la suite

The hotel staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. There were stains on the carpet and bench next to the desk. There were live roaches in the room. The management responded quickly and called a pest control company to spray the entire hotel.

The hotel was nice and clean. We asked for a 1st floor room when we booked the hotel but we did not get it. That was the only complaint. The room was clean the breakfast was yummy and the stay was pleasant. The surrounding area was a little seedy but other than that it was a great stay!

Great Breakfast, Great Location, Friendly Staff, Comfortable Bed. The only one thing I notice that was not clean was the bathroom counter and surrondings. It had a thick layer of dust on the parts that were not clean. You know what I mean...just drying was is wet and cleaning the sink and toilet..etc.. but not thorougly clean. Very nice clean hotel, spacious rooms.. very good for the price. 2 minutes away fro the 2 parks, nice restaurant next door.. family friendly. Breakfast is good.. coffee is horrible :) Will stay there all the times I go to Busch Gardens

It took over an hour for us to get a room. The first room they put us in had not been cleaned; the sheets on the beds had not been changed (there was hair on the pillowcases) and there was still trash and food in the room from the previous guests. We immediately left the room with our belongings and complained to the front desk. After waiting for another […] 45 minutes or more we were put in a different room where the trash was at least emptied and bathroom appeared cleaned but the linen on the beds once again appeared that they had not been changed (yes, hair on the pillowcases again) and the mattress pad rolled up in the middle of the bed with the wrinkled sheet pulled over it. The front desk staff was not rude, but they were not alarmed or apologetic at our complaints either. The mattresses and pillows on the beds were very uncomfortable no one got very much sleep. The airconditioning unit in the room was loud so each time it came on it woke everyone in the room up; plus the thermostat did not appear to be working properly, the room was either too hot or too cold the entire time. The breakfast service was okay, but the area was very cramped and food kept running low. We were very disappointed in this hotel and would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Lisez la suite
