L'hôtel est agréable avec une belle piscine. La réception ne parle pas français et à peu près anglais. On s'est débrouillé. Une petite marche est nécessaire pour aller sur le site de Téotihuacan, mais c'est plus agréable qu'en centre ville et propre. Les repas sont tout à fait bien. Le personnel est très gentil.

Trés bon hotel, un peu de bruit dans le couloir toutefois à cause d'une porte battante menant à la laverie. Si les responsables de l'hôtel lisent ce courrier, je les invite à rendre silencieuse cette porte voisine de la chambre et de rappeler au personnel l'intérêt qu'il convient de porter au repos de leurs clients ! Cet hôtel est situé près du Zocalo ou se trouve la Cathédrale de Mexico. A proximité du Métro, c'est un quartier populaire très très animé qui donne réellement l'impression d'être au Mexique. Il y a une forte présence policière rassurante pour le touriste, mais on ne se sent pas menacé. L'Hôtel est très confortable et le personnel affable et efficace. […] Café, thé ou tisane sont en libre-service dans le hall toute la journée. La chambre standard est assez spartiate, aussi il vaut mieux investir quelques dollars de plus pour une chambre plus grande. Accès Internet sécurisé haute vitesse avec ou sans fil ou petite salle avec 2 ordis et une imprimante, très pratique. Salle de lavage. Hôtel relativement près de l'aéroport. "Charmant hôtel super bien situé"
Cet hôtel de qualité est situé en plein coeur de Mexico city, à 2 pas du Zocalo. L'accueil y est convivial dans un bon anglais (pour ceux qui ne parlent pas espagnol). La chambre est spacieuse et impécablement propre. Le wifi est gratuit et même 3 ordinateurs sont gratuitement à la disposition des client jour et nuit dans le local "affaires" avec bien […] sur l'accès internet gratuit également. Bon hôtel pratique à 200 m du zocalo dans un quartier agréable. L'hôtel a du cachet avec une belle verrière à l'intérieur donnant sur un patio central. Les chambres sont fonctionnelles et très propres. Une bonne adresse à Mexico city

Très bon accueil, le personnel sympa, le cadre excellent et typiquement mexicain proche du centre et de rues commerçantes. Belle chambre idéale aussi pour couples avec enfants ou ado car 2 king size bed. Nous sommes resté 4 nuits au Hampton Inn de Mexico en Aout 2010. Hôtel très bien à tout point de vue: propreté, confort des chambres, calme et surtout pour le personnel (acceuil et info) et sa situation géographique (env 200m du Zocalo). Nous le conseillons à toute les personnes séjournant sur Mexico.

très bel hôtel ! Un superbe ascenseur transparent vous emmènent dans les étages.Le personnel est au petit soin pour les clients.Les chambres possèdent un grand salon avec un bureau ,un frigo où on peut mettre les yaourt d'ETN ,une grande télé écran plat et un canapé-lit. Nous étions 3 dans la chambre : mon fils a utilisé le canapé lit pour dormir et […] la femme de ménage a fait son lit tous les jours .La chambre que j'avais , offrait une vue sur la tour latino américaine et possédait une autre grande télé avec écran plat. Si on a oublié son dentifrice , l'hôtel nous en fournit gratuitement.. Le petit déjeuner est sous forme de buffet. Il est très copieux et délicieux. Il y a aussi un restaurant "fruits de mer" et une cafétéria qui sert de jolis petits gâteaux.La petite salle de gym est très propre et équipée d'appareils neufs.Il y a aussi une terrasse très agréable ou on peut fumer,manger ses chips ou boire son coca.Aucun bruit dans les chambres ! Hôtel de style colonial a l'extérieur, très bien rénové, grande chambre super propre, lit super confortable, housse de plume, oreiller moelleuse, très bien insonorisé, il manquait seulement un frigidaire a mon bonheur. Près du centre de la ville et du métro, super emplacement, tout se fait à pied. Les employés toujours là pour répondre a vos questions. […] Belle terrase sur le toit ( 5iem étage), petite salle équipé de 2 ordinateurs ( 6iem étage). Petit déjeuner inclus servi entre 6h00 et 10h00, très bon, 4 plats chaud, fruit frais, céréales, ,patisserie, yougourt, machine a gauffre, il y en a pour tout les gout, café chaud 24/24. This charming hotel is very centrally located in Zocalo. The breakfasts were typical of an American hotel. Filling, but not fantastic. I would have preferred to have had 'WIRELESS' Internet in the room. The WI-FI in the lobby was a nice gesture, but expand it to the rooms! Overall, really very good.

"Comfortable hotel in excellent location"
The hotel was beautifully located and in a lovely old building with stained-glass ceiling over the central atrium. We walked everywhere in the Centro Historico day and night, and felt completely safe. The room itself was very clean, with a modern large bathroom and all amenities. The room had wired internet, the lobby had wireless. Only complaints were: […] there was only 1 chair (secretarial at that), sono place for 2 to sit in the room; insufficient and inconvenient towel racks in bathroom. The staff were very helpful - getting transportation, resturant reservation, and setting us in the right direction for walking. The location of the hotel is blocks from the Zocolo and some historic buildings, but found a taxi or metro necessary to see the areas we wished. Mexico City is amazingly spread out and public transporation is easy, but would […] rather be located more centrally next time. Just a few blocks from a souvenir market. A couple blocks from the main historic square. English speaking staff and very courteous and helpful. Electricity (except for some lighting in hallways) went out in the morning, but it was apparently the whole region and came back on by 7am or so. Everything was excellent. This place is a great stay....after finding we had no hot water for showering on two separate occasions it was remedied by us moving into a different room. Problem solved and upgraded as well. Would definetly recommend. Great hot breakfast buffet as well!!!

At fist they were going to give me a really bad view. I had paid for a better one, long story short spoke to the manager and they kind of fixed it!. But the bed and the pillows were just like the states !! So u want a nice vista?? Ya not for you ! You want a cumfy stay! A++. And hotel.com being a younger site has come through!emails and confirmations […] ,follow ups and revenues 10 out of 10. I have a couple more nights ! In diffent hotles Read my other stuff! Great place in the heart of the city, nice, neat and very clean. The duty manager was helpful at times but not always. Seemed to fuss about minor things. For example, we asked for a cab for 4 passegers and he said need to book it at least a day before, but the bell boy organise it within 10 minutes!!! The rest of the staff were EXCELLENT!!!

The hotel is very nice, it's the 2nd time I've stayed there for one night, and the only complaint is that this time the room was too small. This time I had the breakfast buffet, which was very nice.

Loved our stay. The staff was very gracious and helpful. We are English speakers, and they were able to direct us easily to where we wanted to go, including a lovely candy shop and an nice but inexpensive restaurant with both typical Mexican dishes. Having coffee and tea available at any time in the lobby was very nice. The lobby had plenty of seating. There […] is a terrace on the 5th floor seating and nice view of the city. We took our coffee up there to start/end our day. The hotel is within walking distance of many of the sites we were interested in, including the Templo Mayor. Good hotel for the cost. Just stayed overnight and left early. Breakfast was good and plentiful and the cafe near the entrance is open till 10 at night.

Beautiful old Spanish architecture contains this nicely remodeled American chain. The staff is friendly and attentive (more than I expected in a three star hotel) and even the maintenance guy was wearing a sport coat when he came to adjust the shower handle in my room..., the rooms are small (typical for this area) but well appointed and comfortable, […] and the breakfast is big and bountiful (and included on some packages). The hotel was just remodeled apparently, according to my coworker who lives downtown in Mexico City. It's just a couple blocks from the Zocalo (BIG square with the old cathedral and government buildings surrounding) and minutes from the airport. The only drawback I noticed is that the rooms are not as quiet as more expensive places - I could hear my neighbors talking, and their doors shutting made mine rattle. One of the best hotels we have stayed in our 3 weeks in Mexico. Every comfort from multiple pillows, clean, comfortable bed, wi fi, washing/dryer machines. A beautiful old building, renovated only several years ago, it has retained its art deco features (blue and white tiles in the walls,beautiful lead light roof etc) but the rooms are extremely modern […] and sparkling clean with all the mod cons. As well as the most comfortable and luxurious hotel, it was one of the most reasonably priced hotel we stayed in. The staff were friendly and helpful. "Excellent hotel in the heart of the old city"
Hampton Inn & Suites was an excellent, centrally located hotel within walking distance of many of Mexico city´s main attractions. It was near the Zocalo, the Palacio de Bellas Artes, among the many places to visit. It was also near the subway station. The hotel itself had a wonderful buffet breakfast with the day´s newspaper available for guests and […] a coffee-tea bar open 24 hours a day. It was well maintained and clean. "Hampton Inn and Suites Centro Historico"
TheHotel is an American Chain, so it has all the comfortsm that one would expect in the U.S. We were upgraded to asuite when I explained we had an extra person, and they don't have roll away beds. The extra cost was minimal. Very nice hotel in a historic setting if you want to be near the Zocalo.
We found this hotel to perfectly suit our needs. It is clean, comfortable and the service is excellent. The locatiion is very convenient.
