Les atouts de l'hotel: un emplacement parfait pour du tourisme, juste à côté de la gare Termini, chambre assez spacieuse et terrasse sur le toit de l'hotel. Les déceptions: le jaccuzzi n'est pas en service même quand il fait 27°C et est minuscule (2 pers maxi), le service bar à la terrasse est décevant (aucun choix et très cher pour ce que c'est). Pour Rome, bon rapport qualité prix même si pour un 4 étoiles, on pourrait attendre plus (c'est davantage un 3 étoiles)

Le séjour a été très agréable, pour des chambres modernes. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, et le personnel très serviable. L'hotel est bien situé à proximité du métro.

L'hotel est plutot bien place a cote de Termini et a proximite du metro A et B, donc access direct au Colisé ou au Vatican. L'hotel n'est pas de premiere jeunesse mais reste confortable. Les chambres ne sont pas tres grandes mais restent habitables. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas lors de notre passage car trop tot dans la saison. Niveau bruit ca reste acceptable, la rue n'est pas trop passante. Le petit dejeuner est de moyen, le cafe n'est pas tres italien mais ca reste acceptable. Pour le prix de la chambre, ca reste une bonne adresse.

Nous gardons une très bonne impression de ce séjour. Nous avons été très bien accueillies. L'hotel est bien placé, pas très loin du centre ville et des transports en commun. Cadre très agréable.

Séjour avril 2012 avec bébé de 1,5 ans (suite avec 1 chambre). Chambre propre et confortable, design intéressant. Hôtel et quartier très calmes, chambres en retrait de la rue et jardin très agréable à l'ombre des arbres. Chambre assez sombre, qui nécessitait d'allumer la lumière même le jour, donc plutôt un hôtel pour un séjour estival. Wifi gratuit, mais connexion assez lente. Petit déjeuner très bon, même si l'on peut regretter le manque de plats chauds. Quelques améliorations possibles: le personnel ne nous a parlé que du métro, à 10-15min de marche, alors qu'il existe d'autres solutions notamment le bus 628 au coin de la rue qui dessert plusieurs points touristiques très intéressants. De manière générale le personnel offre peu d'informations touristiques. L'emplacement n'est pas le plus central, mais c'est le prix à payer pour le calme. Prévoir entre 1/2h et 1h de temps d'approche total pour le centre touristique. Attention cet hôtel est catégorisé comme appart hôtel mais nous l'avons trouvé plutôt mal adapté à cet usage: pas de four ou de micro-onde, très peu d'ustensiles de cuisine, meubles pas toujours pratiques, etc. C'est une cuisine d'appoint pour des clients qui mangeront la plupart de leurs repas en ville. C'est pourquoi nous ne le recommandons pas forcément pour des familles, même si les enfants seront très bien reçus et que le personnel est très sympathique, attentif et serviable. Globalement l'impression générale reste très positive et agréable.
Situation
Au cœur de Rome, Relais Group Palace se trouve tout près des sites suivants : Palazzo Crivelli, Basilique Saint-Pierre et Piazza Navona. Les sites Panthéon et Forum romain se trouvent également à proximité.

Située au cœur du centre historique, la place Navone (Piazza Navona) est la place la plus célèbre de Rome. Telle une immense scène, elle accueille le spectacle de la vie quotidienne romaine parmi ses tables de cafés et ses trois fontaines. La fontaine des Quatre-Fleuves (Fontana dei Quattro Fiume), chef-d'œuvre baroque du Bernin, est la plus admirée des trois. Le Panthéon, merveille d'architecture antique et l'un des plus grands symboles de Rome, se trouve à proximité.

This hotel is cleary a converted apartment block; We were on the top floor of the hotel and although the lift was quick and quiet my friend found that the skylight coming in at the top of the lift a little off putting. The room itself was clean BUT very dusty; this might have been because as we were in the rafters ( really) and had the slates above […] our heads to prove it along with the beams; I would expect there to be dust! The staff were a delight and were so helpful; calling a taxi on Easter Sunday and providng us with information. There was a complimentary bottle of spumanti in the fridge; which we laughed so hard trying to find the fridge...when you stay there you will know! Noisy area; as the hotel has a bar at the side of the entrance and we were at the front. Tea and coffee was from a vending machine on the ground floor; plastic cups; not great nor very safe when you then are heading back upstairs; but would I stay there again; absolutely; the most wonderful happy and totally enjoyable experience! This was a great hotel, and I'd recommend it to anyone. It's not a 5-star hotel, but that's because it's a house/3-story flat converted into a hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. You call the front desk in the morning and they deliver breakfast to your room. Breakfast was different than a normal continental one, but it was plenty for my husband […] and me. The location was great--we were able to walk everywhere even though we were there during the great snowfall of 2012. There are a coffee machine and computer in the basement for hotel guests. "Perfect for Rome"
The location was awesome! Right off a main road with quick bus transportation and walking distance to just about everything historic. Breakfast was nice and a plus - they bring it to your room every morning when you call. The place is very nice. We like walking all over the place so not having the metro next to us was not a big deal. It's actually not […] a noisy area even though it's a block from the busy main road. Wonderful stay. Great location, right in the bend in the river across from the Vatican, within walking distance of all the sites and tourist bus, and with excellent restaurants close by. Service very friendly and good, though the breakfast service was a bit unreliable at times. No breakfast room, but the breakfast delivered in-room is very comprehensive […] and good- (juice and coffee/tea/chocolate, with a wide variety of bacon and egg (not very hot!), ham, cheese, cereals, bread buns, croissants and jams. Excellent (and free) coffee machine all day long. Rooms are a bit dark, but this is inevitable in a historic building on a fairly narrow street. Highly recommendable. Lisez la suite
"Great location in Rome"
We stayed at this hotel on the last night of a whirlwind tour in Tuscany and our only night in Rome and loved the convenience of the hotel. It is a very short walk to Piazza Navona, Campo di Fiori, St. Peters, etc. We stayed in suite number 7 which was very large for the location and very comfortable. "Reais group palace, not a 4 star hotel"
Air conditioning leak, no hot water, sit down bath tub showers only, they didnt have a working clothes iron. The staff tried to help, but this just is not a 4 star hotel.
"Cheapest room is noisy but comfortable"
We stayed in the cheapest room at this hotel. The facilities are fine and the room is comfortable enough but keep in mind you get what you pay for: there is loud street noise coming straight through the tiny window, people stomping above etc: Staff are friendly and helpful and the location is fantastic. The staff was helpful. The rooms and bathroom are big and clean. Breakfast was satisfying but cold. However, there are no amenities at all. There were no glasses in the bathroom, there was a kettle however no cups, The soaps are teeny weeny. The tiles in the floor were broken. The bed was lumpy with only 2 thin pillows. "Relais Group Palace - Great experience"
I'm not sure what the standard rate is for this hotel, but my wife and I booked it last minute during our vacation to Rome and it was easily the nicest place out of the 4 hotels in Italy we used during our vacation. We had a Junior Suite and it was fantastic. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and one even loaned me a 120V converter plug from her house […] so I could charge my phone overnight. Breakfast was delicious and actually included scrambled eggs, which was a fantastic treat considering the standard European breakfast fare rarely includes more protein options than some cold pieces of deli meat. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place a short walk from Piazza Navona, The Vatican and Campo de Fiore. The streets surrounding the hotel are smaller and you can find many of the items for sale in the markets being handmade inside these shops for much better pricing and higher quality than what's typically available in the markets. "Relais Palace - Walk to Vatican and Pantheon"
Unique older hotel in historic neighborhood. Elegant fixtures and finishes. Service was a priority and staff treated us like family. Location is ideal for quiet stroll along the Tiber, dining al fresco, close to vatican museums, Pantheon, other sites. Short block away from #40 Express or #64 Local buses to Termini, Forum and Palatine.

Very old rooms. Floors needed replacing. Bath had no shower. So dark in the room, you couldn't see to unpack. Room didn't look anything like the picture on the website. Very misleading especially for the price.

Detta hotell har blott 10 rum. Vi bodde 5 dar i nr 7, stort, något slitet men inte utan charm. Riklig frukost, serveras på rummet. Vänlig och serviceinriktad personal. Engelska fungerar bra. Bra läge, Corso Vittorio Emanuele just om hörnet, med busshållplats in mot centrum. Piazza Navona, Campo de Fiori 10 min. promenad. 15 min. att gå till Vatikanen […] med dess fantastiska museum och St Peterskyrkan. 3 min. att gå till Tibern/Tevere. "God Beliggenhed"
Lille Hotel med Central beliggenhed, for ture til seværdighederne i rom. Morgenmaden serveres på værelset. alt i alt en god oplevelse til en fornuftig pris.
Jeg boede paa hotellet af to omgange - forste vaerelse var ok - I det andet virkede aircondition ikke.

Hotel a conduzione familiare di scarsissimo livello. Servizio e pulizia imbarazzanti. Sala per colazione arrangiata raggiungibile attraversando un cortiletto dove stazione la pattumiera. La stanza a piano terra, era piccolissima, senza finestra e molto sporca; bagno piccolissimo, manutenzione inesistente. Posizione dell'hotel ottima. Hotellet ligger perfect i forhold til turistattraktioner og shopping. Der er en afslappet atmosfære og receptionen er meget venlig og imødekommende.

Es un hotel para especial para familias, la habitacion es muy grande (para Europa), solo debes tomar una habitacion que no de a la calle, es demasiado ruidoso y complicado dormir con tanto ruido.

Good classic hotel. Aircondition which is a must in hot summer Rome. Location is great - besides close proximity to Navona, Del Corso and the sights you live in one of the most italian areas outside of Trastevere and Testaccio. Campo Fiori is authentic and has good eating places and cafes to just sit and enjoy life. Good travels
"Udemærket"
Fint hotel, med rigtig god placering, og god service i receptionen, hvor man taler både engelsk og tysk og kan hjælpe med både det praktiske, og lidt guide'ing. Eneste problem var morgenmadsservicen som ikke fungerede, med det var primært pga. renovation i restauranten.
