This was a great little find for us as we were on a budget and wanted to be close to the city. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially towards our one year old son...going out of their way to make sure he enjoyed his time there as well. The room was clean and the area was peaceful and quiet. Only downsides were that there are many flights […] of stairs to navigate the hotel (with no elevator), and the shower was either ice cold or scalding hot. This small hotel is conveniently located, has nice and spacious rooms & good breakfast. The staff is very kind and extremely helpful. We felt truly welcome. Good value for your money! Notice that there is no large hotel sign on the street. Instead there is just very small sign on the doorbell button. Located extremely well in the centre of Rome, the b&b suited us to the ground. On arrival, the reception was really helpful and pointed out bits of the city as well as places to eat. If you look at the price of this hotel, it could sounds as a scam... but it is not! Great location for going around Rome just walking, people working on it are very nice and it was a pleasure to have a talk with them both to have suggestions about where to go or just to have a nice informal speech. I strongly recommend it.

This hotel was disappointing to say the least. While the service and hotel location were fantastic, the room left much to be desired. The room was very, very small with a very uncomfortable bed. To be fair, I can't rate this hotel because I never stayed there even though this hotel confirmed directly with me my booking and a transport from FCO airport to their property. Upon arrival, there was no driver even though I waited for an hour. No one ever answered at the phone numbers provided so that I could understand if there were any issues. I […] ended up arranging for alternate transport. Once arriving at the location, the place was shut down. It was the kindness of the next door restaurant that helped me. By sheer luck, they gave me an alternate hotel about 10 mins away via taxi that they thought the Residenza Ki sometimes would refer other guests to. It turns out that my booking had been transferred but no one ever sent me an email about this, nor was there anyone ever available to answer a phone call with my confusion. Incredible service. Room with 2 comfortable beds and a very spacious bathroom. Location is great for those who want to remain within the main and more attractive Rome area: downtown. Walking distance to every important site. Breakfast included. Not big deal, but enough.

One thing to note, this is more like an apartment then a hotel. There is no elevator and therefore you will have to lug your luggage up many flights of stairs. The hotel room was decent size with 2 individual beds and 1 double bed and provided enough room for the 4 girls traveling together. One HUGE downside was no hair-dryer. This was unfortunate […] for us because ours had a blow-out prior to arriving. There is a free breakfast served each morning which is delicious (mostly pastries, coffee and orange juice); however, it is in the common area of the floor we were on and the walls were thin and therefore we could hear everyone else up and eating. The location was fantastic. It is about a 5 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain with many cute restaurants along the way for dinner. We were able to walk to everything; Trevi Fountain, Pantheaon, Colessium, Spanish Steps, etc. Then we took the train to Vatican City which was extremely easy as well. For the price, this hotel had pretty much everything we needed as we weren't in it for very much of the day. If you are wanting a hotel to sit around and relax in this is probably not it, but if you are wanting to explore the city and have a homebase for a good price, this would be a great hotel for you! Worst hotel EVER. (And we loved all of our hotels during our Italy trip, and we stayed at mainly 1 and 2 star hotels.) There were a whole bunch of problems with this hotel which add up to the worst hotel stay I've ever had in my life. But in the end, it boils down to this: if something goes wrong past 4pm at the Residenza Ki, YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN. It […] seems like an unnecessary convenience to insist on when you search for a hotel, but most Italian hotels (even the dirt cheap ones) have a 24 hour concierge desk, so why pick one of the few hotels that doesn't? Let me be more specific though. Several minor problems, two major problems. Minor reasons: *Air conditioning doesn't work *No elevator (slightly annoying with luggage) *Beautiful flat-screen TV has no English channels *Strange location, up a very steep street *Arrive past 4pm (when their concierge desk closes) and you'll need to walk 10 minutes with your luggage (mainly uphill) to their sister hotel, Saturnia. They'll give you your key, and then you're told to walk back another 10 minutes to Residenza Ki. Major problems (which were an excellent combo): *Building door lock jams randomly and can only be opened from inside *No 24 hour concierge desk After 4pm, the Residenza Ki concierge desk closes. You can call the desk at their sister hotel, Saturnia, but at night there is no english-speaking desk staff at Saturnia. Even better, when we got an Italian speaker from a local restaurant to translate for us to Saturnia that the Residenza Ki building door was jammed, we were told they couldn't do anything right now!!! While we waited over the next three hours, 4 other couples staying at the Residenza Ki tried to get in with their keys and couldn't. We had our bags locked upstairs in our hotel room, and we had to fly back home the next morning! Luckily one of the couples had a sister in a hotel room, but she wasn't answering her phone because she was taking a shower. We had to go down a dark alley behind the building, Lisez la suite

From the moment we arrived at this place, it was a nightmare. We could not find the hotel, because it is poorly marked. The check in is on the 2nd floor of the building, and there is no elevator. The hotel reception manager was very rude. The bedroom we stayed in (my sister and myself) was tiny. The beds were actually two twin-sized cots pushed together. […] The cots were incredibly uncomfortable, and since I have returned, I had to get a massage to unkink the knots in my back. The bathroom was also tiny- there was no room to even wash your hair in the shower without the door open. Also, they do not provide you with a hairdryer. The free WiFi is actually one hour of free Wi-Fi. Our room had no window. The phone only allowed incoming calls, no outgoing calls. The breakfast was a croissant and coffee, not the continental breakfast advertised. Also, the desk clerk left at 5PM, so if you forgot your keys, you were locked out for the night. If you were traveling with someone, you each could not have your own set of keys. This was honestly the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel or bed and breakfast. I cannot discourage people enough from staying here. There were plenty of nice hotels on Via Rasella that were of comparable price (I ducked my head in to check!). Just as an example of how horrible this stay was, we checked in Thursday and by Saturday the check in manager had made me cry twice! Lisez la suite

The first thing to mention is that the location is fantastic. Literally across the road from the Trevi Fountain and a further 10 minute walk to the Pantheon. We couldn't have asked for a better location. We were glad that we emailed to confirm our reservation before our arrival, as we were pre warned that we had to collect our keys from their sister […] hotel, a 10 minute walk away. When directed to our guest house we were told it was the Green door on the street, amongst about 5 other Green doors! The Guest House is not clearly marked !! The room for 3 adults was a Queen sized bed and 2 single which was perfect for us. The room was clean and comfortable but I would say that the air con was a little disappointing. It wasn't particularly powerful and although it was reading 16 degrees, it certainly didn't feel very cool, especially in the August heat! The staff are really friendly and as we checked in late, they made an effort to come and say hello and introduce themselves the next day. If you're staying on the 2nd floor be warned that you will receive an early morning wake up when the staff prepare for breakfast. Breakfast was not great, but you get what you pay for. Our only complaint would be that on our last morning there was only 1 croissant and a few biscuits left for us to eat. It was perfect on the first day, but they don't seem to replenish the breakfast after each day! Nice simple hotel in a great location. A few minute walk to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and close to the Metro. Still walkable to ancient Rome but bring your walking shoes. Great shopping, dining and people watching. If you're looking for a quite little place in a great area you can't go wrong with the Residenza Ki. Nice staff and nice simple […] breakfast. Reasonably priced hotel, which was basic but adequate. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and although we were earlier than check in time we were shown straight to our room. Neighbourhood appeared safe and room very secure; a lockable door from the street, another to the floor level and of course to the room. Veldig sentralt. Hyggelig mottagelse med god informasjon. Rent og pent. Deilig frokost med hyggelige frokostvertinner. Vi vil benytte dette hotellet ved senere besøk og vi anbefaler det til venner og kjente. Vi anbefaler hotellet å sette opp et tydelig skilt ved døren slik at det blir enklere å finne. Det eneste vi har å bemerke er at hotellet bør få opp et skilt med hotellets navn ved inngangen. Vi bestilte drosje fra flyplassen via hotellet og ble sluppet av utenfor hotellet. Tror ikke vi hadde vært like fornøyd hvis vi skulle starte oppholdet med å lete etter inngangsdøren. Hjelpsom og hyggelig betjening, veldig bra beliggenhet i forhold til severdigheter, […] nydelig frokost, veldig rent og pent. RELACION CALIDAD PRECIO INMEJORABLE

Otima localização, pertinho da fontana de Trevi onde iamos todas as noites, o funcionario que nos atendeu era brasileiro nos deu varias dicas de onde comer .O café da manhã é bastante satisfatorio, o quarto é bem amplo e limpo.Não tem elevador mas não é uma escada muito grande nada que desabone o hotel.

We have booked for 4 night - but the first night they have overbook and asked us if we could take to another hotel - they paid the cap both ways - DONT SAY YES - the other hotel is so misable - we was told is was next to colossum (there was 3 km !!). The room we got in KI was very nice. The breakfast-areal was very crowdy, but nice breakfast

Very central location, good room, and nice breakfast included. Only difficulty was actually locating the hotel as no sign on the street.

Fint lille BB, tæt på Trevi fontænen, den spanske trappe, busser og metro - og dejlig stille om aftenen. Vi startede på et meget lille og mørkt værelse, men fik lov til at bytte dagen efter, så vi havde et godt værelse med plads og vindue ud til gaden. Morgenmaden er typisk italiensk, med hvidt brød og basser, men det smager jo godt:) Receptionen var […] ikke helt til at regne med, men når der var nogen, fik vi fin hjælp. Lille hotel tæt på alt. Sød og venlig betjening.Fin morgenmad i lille hyggeligt lokale. Rimeligt stort værelse. En del støj fra trafik men forventeligt da det jo er lige i centrum.

Dette er mer et trestjerners bed &breakfast enn et hotell, noe som navnet på hotellet også avslører. Vi fikk plass ved frokostbordet 1 av 3 morgener ettersom det kun var tre bord fordelt på alle gjestene, så det var ikke så bra. De ansatte var veldig hyggelige, hjelpsomme og blide og rommet var rent. Meget centralt beliggende og god standard for en billig penge Morgenmaden serveredes på udendørs tagterrasse med skøn udsigt og et meget serviceminded personale Langt bedre end forventet til de små penge vi betalte

Hvis du vl bo tre minutter fra trevi fontenen og i gåavstand til alle byens atraksjoner er dettte hotellet for deg. Billig er det også og de snakker engelsk.

Risidenzia KI (Fellini B&B) var en utrolig positiv overraskelse, ikke mindst i denne prisgruppe. Og måske især fordi vi (3 personer) var heldige at få stedets eneste lejlighed - 5. sal, 2 værelser og 2 m2 tagterrasse. Så kan man næsten ikke bede om mere. En anden del af selskabet (2 personer) havde en fint, mindre værelse. Prisen var den samme. Både […] lejlighed og værelse var istandsat indenfor de seneste år med nye badeværelser og ok møbler. Et par skjolder i loftet i lejligheden tog lidt af skønhedsindtrykket - men vi taler Roms gamle huse, så.... Skønt morgenmadsrum med morgenmad væsentlig over normal standard - og mulighed for at spise den på endnu en skøn tagterrasse. Max. 100 meter til Trevi, og ligger alligevel på en "stille" gade. Rent og god service. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage til Residenzia Ki Lisez la suite

Θετικά: Η καλύτερη τοποθεσία (100 μέτρα από την φοντάνα ντι Τρέβι). Επαρκής χώρος δωματίου (ούτε μικρό, ούτε μεγάλο). Αρνητικά: Η κουρτίνα του ντους φαινόταν βρώμικη. Το πρωϊνό το σερβίρουν σε έναν χώρο ακριβώς έξω από τα δωμάτια του δευτέρου ορόφου, οπότε αν μένεις εκεί θα ξυπνήσεις νωρίς! Επίσης, υπάρχουν μόνο 3 τραπέζια που δεν επαρκούν πάντα, αν […] και το ξενοδοχείο ήταν μικρό. Η ρεσεψιόν και η είσοδος του ξενοδοχείου είναι διπλανές πόρτες (δεν μπαίνεις από την ρεσεψιον)! Det var en positiv upplevelse. Dock var extrasängarna inte till belåtenhet. Ta hellre två rum än ett med extra säng.

Ligger på en bakgata endast 5 min promenad från Fontana di Trevi. Bra: tyst, bra frukost, trevlig frukostpersonal, nära till "allt": sevärdheter, metro, taxi, restauranger Utvecklingsmöjligheter: ingen hiss, trångt på rummet, ingen utsikt

Hotellets betjening var venlig og og behagelig, men vi blev skuffede da vi så værelset som var ekstremt lille, med fugt på væggene og føltes urent. Det lignede ikke det vi havde set og booket på nettet. Der er dog stor forskel på værelserne, idet andre i selskabet fik et ok værelse.

Very central. Nice and quiet. Freindly english speaking reception staff. Poor breakfast.
