Holiday Inn New York City - Wall Street - New York

Avions 2 chambres pour 5 personnes. L'accueil est correct, l'hôtel bien situé pour rayonner dans Manhattan. Les chambres étaient relativement petites et sombres, mais dans un état impeccable. Bonne adresse pour le prix.

hôtel est bien situé,prochhe du métro et de wall street,la salle de bain laisse à désirer,le rideau de douche n'est pas adapté et la salle de bain est vide inondée,la chambre est très petite surtout avec les valises,sinon le personnel est sympa,le quartier est très agité en semaine et très calme le week end

chambre pour 4 vraiment trop petite impossible de ranger les bagages, nettoyage de la douche pas effectuée tous les jours, mais bon c'est NY et hôtel pas trop cher

Hotel bien place dans le quartier financier de New York (à 2 pas de Wall Sreet) très calme le week end et le soir. Hotel à echelle humaine avec un personnel tres pro. La chambre est grande et la salle de bains de bonne proportion (un bémol pour la taille du lit moins de 140) Un joli ecran Lcd dommage pour les chaines de Tv (que de l'americaine et pas […] les meilleures ...). Quartier sympa à 2 pas de Century 21 et de Wall Street. Metro à moins de 50 m (ferme le week end mais il y a 1 autre entrée à 200 m) Starbuck (petit dejeuner etc) en dessous de l'hotel et pleins d'autres petits resto dans le quartier. Chambre petite mais très confortable,salle de bains de même.Accueil impeccable . Hotel assez calme surtout à NY.

Hotel agréable, petite réception, 20 étages a proximité des transports publics, de Wall street, du pont de Brooklyn, de Ground Zero, je n'ai pas essayé le restaurant/Bar, accès internet Wifi gratuit

Hotel abordable et propre, dans le quartier des affaire (FiDi), a deux coins de rue de Wall Street et pres de Battery Park ; facilement accessible a toute heure de la journee et du soir. Commis extremement joviaux et sympathiques. Stationnement a proximite tres abordable et facile d'acces. Sejour agreable.

Hotel was on the smaller side from our various experiences of NYC hotels. The bathroom door was designed JUST enough so that it cleared the toilet so you could close the door, but that left you with only a small space between the sink and toilet to stand in unless you climbed on top of the toilet. We only stayed for one night, so it had the basics that we needed, but for the price we paid, there are much better options. Easy access to a subway station. Two stops away from the china town canal and little Italy. Walking distance to world trade center. Hotel staff gave us lots of extra blankets when I asked for them-- disappointed that they could not give me double beds when I requested them and that the room was cramped and smelled weird. Nice prints on walls, nice bathroom, but the room was very small. I expected that, but the furniture should be rearranged so it's not so hard to get between bed and desk chair. Also, the outside of the window was dirty, so I left the shade down.

The hotel has a good connection to all major subway line which makes it very convenient for exploring NY

Hotel located in a corner surrounded by much taller buildings, so dark shadows instead of sunshine is what you see when you walk out the front lobby. The rooms were so small, difficult for two people to walk around at the same time. Bathroom so small, when opening the bathroom door, the edge of the door barely clears the edge of the toilet bowel. The […] carpets are stained and a slight odor was detected. We arrived at around 10PM in the evening only to be met with piles of garbage bags blocking the front entrance; shouldn't be the place to store garbage for trash pickup. I was so dissapointed that I check out after spending only one of three planned nights there. Mnager, Lori, refused to give a refund because we didn't complain before we checked out early even though my wife lodged a formal complaint after hearing of this lame excuse to refuse our request for a refund. The fact that we were very dissatisfied with the Hotel, it's location, it's rooms, AND we had unused days after checking out early would lead one to believe that any legitimate business would gladly issue a refund because the customer was not satisfied and gave the reasons for their dissatisfaction. However this Hotel chose to cower behind a technicality to refuse our request for a refund. Only words come to mind are cheap and low class. Very Dissapointed. Lisez la suite

First time to New York. First of all the hotel was very old. Watch out for those nice pictures posted online. I recommed to view and inspect before you book only if you can afford to do so. The staff seemed friendly at first but when they seen we had problems with our reservation they kinda started getting unfriendly.its always best to treat people […] with respect because you never know who that person is or know. We tried checking in early. They got us a room early. It was not the room hotel.com booked me for. We contacted them and they contacted the hotel directly. We spoke to the hotel and they were like ok what you want us to do. They said we have a roll out. If you want a double bed you have to pay the full price. Only if they knew why I was in town. I could have paid for 10 rooms. The manager became unfriendly stating ok can we get your phone number and we will give you a call when the room is ready. That was a sorta get out the lobby. They never called us back to inform us the room was ready. I would never recommend this hotel to know one. Lisez la suite

This was the first hotel I have been in over several decades that HAD NO SHOWER CURTAIN! I had to take a shower quickly and that resulted in a big puddle. I went down to the front desk on my way out and told them what had happened. When I returned later that night I found the towels I had thrown down to absorb some of the water still in the same place […] although somebody had put up a curtain in the meantime. Our first stay in Lower Manhattan and we were thrilled with how close it was to major sites. Wall Street, the World Trade Center site, Little Italy/Chinatown, etc. It was great. We were close enough that with a pair of tennis shoes, we walked basically from the bottom of the island to Soho. Brooklyn is reachable by foot as well. if you want to change the taste, to downtown around wall street, not upper east of mid town, it could be a choice.

This is a no-frills place. Just a room to rest your body at the end of the day. It is what you get for the price. Couple of pizza places nearby for food and easy walking distance to anything in the Financial District. I wouldn't stay here for any more than one, or at most, two nights

I was in town for seminars on Wall Street and found this hotel to have a fantastic location, easy walking distance to my meetings, very friendly front office staff, Michael .. great job, clean room, quiet area, room was a little small but I wasn't in it much. easy access to subway on Fulton Street, restaurants in hotel and many more close by.

If you are contemplating going to a ticker tape parade down the Canyon of Champions, I highly recommend this location. The hotel is pretty standard and the staff was not so great, but the room was clean and quiet and the location to the parade route was very convenient.

The hotel was exactly where we wanted to be for the NY Giants Superbowl Parade. We went in the night before the parade. We were able to get a late checkout which was perfect. The surrounding area had a lot of things to offer plus alot of quick food places for when you want something quick.

Very clean and convenient place to stay in financial district

When I arrived at the hotel, they changed me from a double bed room to a king size, the problem, they did not have any other rooms, and a business associate and me had to share the bed.

Was well situated. Directly across from where my conference was being held. Not a great location in terms of restaurants or night life. It pretty much shuts down after 5pm. Hard to get a taxi. The staff was friendly, but slow to get things done. I didn't have a shower curtain for 2 days. The on site restaurant wasn't that great.

Very good service, very good locations, surrounded by very good food!

Nice hotell, close to some shopping in the area, take subway to Soho for shopping and walk all the way down, when you are at china town its onley 15-20 min left to the hotell, Dont include"brekfast" when you oder the hotel, they give you only a voucher on 20 $ for each room, (even if you are 4 persons in the room) to dine for at the Federal Cafe, and […] there is no way that you can be satisfide for 20$ we where 3 person at Federal cafe eatch morning and had to pay an extra 15-20$, even if we includet brekfast when we odred the hotel...:-(( Lisez la suite

This hotel was great for it's location to Wall St. Broadway shopping, etc. But the rooms, albeit clean, were VERY SMALL.

Very short walking distance from City Hall to Statue ferry, and green, red, and blue subway lines.

My family stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Location and service was excellent. Would recommend to anyone. Would stay again.

If you want to be in lower Manhattan or have to be near Wall Street for work, this is a great little hotel. Very small, but the rooms are super clean (cleaner than most 3-4 star hotels I've stayed at in Manhattan). It also has a small bar and restaurant, which is convenient for business travelers. Convenient location - walking distant to World Trade Center memorial, and to the subway. The rooms were nice, clean, but small. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

This hotel is great if one seaks Ground Zero, but the rooms are quite small and the angles of things don't match; making it seem smaller.

This hotel is tiny! and the room is small. If you want to be in Wall Street area it is great but just know it is small and no convieniences. The staff is very average.

This hotel is located 1 minute walk from my daughter's dorm building. But, the room that we booked few weeks ago and paid for was not ready when we arrived. Instead, we were offered a different room ( 1 bed only instead of 2 beds ). Our compensation was a free breakfast for one , not for my wife and me !
